Expérience fantastique: I took my cat, Theodore, to this clinic when he was 20 years old and ill. He got the very best treatment until he passed in 2022. In 2023 I adopted Teddy from the Humane Society and have taken him to this clinic ever since. Everyone at Glenora from the front desk staff to the vet technicians and the vets are welcoming, friendly and professional. This is the first clinic I went to when I moved here from Winnipeg and will continue with them. I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic and every member in their employment

Expérience fantastique: Great clinic with many good vets. I feel confident booking with whichever vet is available. My timid cat is always handled very carefully and although a visit is still stressful for her she never has a reason to panic. She was spayed and microchipped here as well. They were very thorough with their information and procedures, and answered my questions during her healing period. I am so happy she has such great doctors.

Everyone from the vets to front desk are extremely kind, considerate, and an expert at their job. I can tell the place is amazing because my boy Theo is actually excited to visit :) I have suggested numerous friends this location specifically and they all rave as well.

Expérience positive: Did not appreciate waiting an hour for a procedure we coulda have done ourselves/took less than a minute. The wait time should have been communicated or they could have told us to walk a lap around the building instead of letting our dog get increasingly stressed and distressed in the waiting room. Also charged us $16 for a cone that was not needed? Tried to return it and they didn’t let us

Expérience fantastique: We are big fans of Glenora Family Pet Clinic! We have been taking our Yorkies (one is 7, one is 1.5) here since they have been puppies. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else! The veterinary care is excellent, we can't speak highly enough of Doctor Nick, Doctor Sarah, and Doctor Rachel. The vet techs and front desk staff are also amazing. Our dogs actually ENJOY going into the clinic. They love the attention and snuggles they get, and while they are always still nervous during a treatment - as most dogs are - the entire staff does a wonderful job of calming them and making it the best experience possible. The vets are very thorough as well, following up on all possibilities. We also appreciate that if there has ever been a more serious issue, we get follow up calls from the staff to see how our little furbaby is doing. I highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner.

Expérience négative: Pretty upset with the service being received by Reception not passing information along to the Vet and BILLING insurance for medication still not received it’s been 7 full business days and still nothing has been provided yet they charged me for the deductible not paid by my insurance. Absolutely absurd that a vet clinic doesn’t carry medication on hand for a common medication. Claiming only Ontario compounds it but Reception doesn’t know for sure. Hire competent people please! Edit: Vet called me Reception didn’t check the Bin of medications for pickup and it is available for pickup yet Reception told me over the phone they didn’t have it… glad the vet clarified for Reception. Again please hire competent front staff that pays attention to medications and ensures things are entered in correctly.

Expérience négative: I find that their exam pricing increases every year but nothing changes in terms of setting or service. Almost $125 with tax (not including vaccines)seems ridiculous, just 3 years ago it was $95. The furniture is old, dirty, and almost breaking, so when waiting for the appointment I find I have to stand and wait and hold my dog. I also found my dog’s appointment a bit rushed and it’s not the first time. My dog is parent protective so we usually have to wait outside the room for the exam component but once done the vet came out to the waiting area and finished the appointment there which seemed like they’re rushing you out. I felt uncomfortable asking questions as everyone in the waiting room could hear. I also find reception quite uninterested, I had to call them to get an updated vaccination record after the exam. I noticed these things a year ago as well but wanted to give them another chance. Sadly, I haven’t seen improvement. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It's obvious how much they care and understand the animals they serve. Years back I had a hamster that needed attention and they were great with him too!

She’s an older girl with plenty of lumps, bumps, and dental issues, but they handled her with such care. They performed a dental and were incredibly thorough in checking her over, giving me so much peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend this amazing team to anyone looking for a truly GREAT clinic to care for their pet!

Expérience fantastique: I moved to the area in August and was nervous to switch my dog vets as he has seen the same one for the past few years but Dr. Kimberlee Ten has been amazing! Her and all the staff at Glenora Pet Clinic have been so friendly and accommodating and helped us not only for routine care but an unexpected scare my dog had. I feel very confident that when I bring my dog in he is going to get the best care and that we will both have a very pleasant experience each time. Expérience fantastique: Great experience every time I’ve taken my dog, Sophie. We have seen a different vet each time, but Dr. Barbaza was excellent. I brought Sophie in not sure if her leg was injured or not and he took plenty of time to assess her. He even brought us outside to walk/run and watch her gait properly. After, he went into detail about possible issues and gave well balanced advice. Being in a healthcare climate where it always feels like we’re being brushed aside or rushed, I really appreciate how thorough exams have always been here. Also, the front desk staff have been consistent since I’ve been going which is a great sign. They’re always so welcoming to myself and my pet. The appointment I had did run late to be seen but I really don’t mind if that means everyone is getting proper care. Every pet deserves it.

Expérience fantastique: We've been going to Glenora Family Pet Clinic for close to 6 years, and have always been comfortable and happy with the treatment. This weekend, we took our VERY anxious dog to see Dr. Ashley, and we were so incredibly happy with our visit. For the first time ever, our dog was able to get an actual examination, as Dr. Ashley was so empathetic and understanding of his anxiety, and treated him with such gentleness and grace that he felt comfortable. She sat down next to him and was so gentle, and he calmed down and let her examine him. She explained everything to us very clearly, including all of our options and the cost of each option. We are so happy with Dr. Ashley and feel so much more comfortable bringing our pup back to see her, and knowing he will be well taken care of, and we will be fully informed and will be receiving the treatment that works the best for him, and for us.

Expérience fantastique: EDIT 2025: still love Glenora, dr nick, and dr ashley. <3 the desk staff is wonderful, best GP vet ever. such an amazing place. my dog has a bunch of health issues and all the staff are awesome and super welcoming. dr nick and dr tyson are so understanding and helpful, and they truly care about your pets. my dog gets super excited when we go to the vet because she just loves everyone there. their prices are very reasonable, and i can usually get an appointment same day. 1000% recommend this place.

Expérience fantastique: I've only ever had the best experiences with this clinic. Everyone who works there is absolutely lovely and they care deeply about your pets and giving them the best of care. They have a separate entrance and waiting area for people with cats to keep them away from the noisy desk and any curious dogs who want to say hello. I highly recommend this clinic!

Expérience négative: They’re over priced! Brought my cats in for their vaccinations (2x) each. Had to get both examined and shots, had to go back for a follow up booster shot a month later which was the recommended by the tech. They failed to mention that if your animal hasn’t been seen in 2 weeks that they have to re-examine which is $120 pet animal. Complete money grab and instead of trying to help they just say that the work has already been done and that they’ll try better next time! Can’t believe having to pay over 800$ to have my cats vaccinated! Get a quote before dealing with this place On the other hand very nice vet tech and did very good work! Cant be mad at anyone that did professional work!

From the first phone call to picking up his ashes, everyone at the clinic was kind and compassionate. When we arrived we were taken into a private room where they walked us through the process, and then we were given time with him before and after. I had to switch clinics recently for unrelated reasons and they were very quick in sending over my dog's information to his new vet during an emergency. A quality vet office with great staff.

Expérience fantastique: We’ve been coming here since 2019 and there aren’t enough amazing things I can say. We no longer live downtown but will always make the 45 minute drive to Glenora because the team is consistently fantastic. They’re so helpful over the phone, always get us in ASAP, and you can feel the genuine care and empathy the team have for your pets. Leaving your fur baby somewhere for 8 hours, under anesthesia is super scary, but Dr.Sarah and her team were so amazing with Archie today, and with all the doting and attention he got, you’d think he had a little vacation. Fees are always super reasonable and they’ve always offered to do everything we need in one go to save us the trip, or fee. Keep up the amazing work

Expérience fantastique: We have been using Glenora Vet Clinic for many years. Our experiences have always been very positive. We love Dr. Nick and recently had an appointment with Dr. Tremino. He is also very good with both people and animals. He spent a lot of time explaining issues in plain terms and taught us how to easily clean our labs ears to avoid infections. The staff is also very helpful, prompt and friendly!

Expérience négative: I had brought my dog here a few times in the past for issues that I felt like were concerning but I was always told that she looked fine and was healthy. Unfortunately my dog passed away yesterday from suspected stomach cancer so obviously my dog wasn’t fine..will never support this clinic again.

Expérience négative: Brought my one year old mini poodle in for itching and was told it could possibly be from hair growth inside the ears so off he went for plucking and shaving of his inner ear and out he came looking like the below. Accidents happen, especially with a moving little guy and I can sympathize for this… but I felt like he was handed off to me with a 10 second explanation that he was accidentally cut - it was glued - he should be fine. Plop into my arms (bloody ear in front of my 4 year old) and off the vet went to carry on with her day. I stood there a little confused, so I let the front desk staff (green haired unpleasant girl) know I wasn’t super happy this accident occurred and asked a few questions. I asked why if they were struggling they didn’t come get me to ask for help calming him or to ask if he usually has issues at groomers (he does not by the way). She responded he was “bucking” around and he was super challenging. Next I asked if he was super challenging why they didn’t give me options before proceeding with a “challenging” puppy. She said to give him sedation it would take 2 hours of their time. This made me feel like a quick number or transaction to them versus prioritizing animal care or giving options to avoid stress for the animal. She went to grab the vet who was super kind and explained my dog really wasn’t that challenging and it was just an accident. As I explained to the vet my experience with the front desk staff, the receptionist walked away shaking her head presumably at me. I did felt like the vet techs and vet were good and that this was a total accident but just the over all communication of the event was poor. Especially being handed back a bloody pup with me preschooler. If a small child was brought in for a hair cut or medical appt (they move a lot too and also don’t listen similar to my puppy…) and this child was handed back to me with a cut would it be acceptable to just say hey sorry, we glued it back together see ya later? I’m just overall very unsettled about this entire experience. I do appreciate that the vet examination fee was waived but I was still charged a plucking fee and charged for sedatives which I have never been told he needed for grooming by any of the groomers I’ve ever brought him to. We have pet insurance anyways so it’s not even about the fees but just the theory behind it all. I also wasn’t told if there’s any after care for this cut, how deep it was? Should it be cleaned? Should he still go for his grooming in a few days and to top it off this all happened days before we are leaving for a trip.

Expérience négative: I'm disappointed with a recent experience I had. I'm on a limited income due to a recent layoff and I was ripped off after being charged $86 for a nail trim and ear wash when I could've just made the extra trip to my groomer's to have it done for $15. I understand that these are extra services that a vet clinic offers and that you're "not a groomer," but most clinics I've been to either don't charge for these services or warn up front about the costs (especially if they are more than 4-5x what anyone else would charge). It was supposed to be just a "since my dog's already going in the back to have a wound washed out" sort of thing. Had I'd known that it was $80+ instead of $20-$30 total, I never would've gone forward with it. The fact that the vaccinations that were administered were $7 CHEAPER than the nail trim and ear wash is frankly insane. When they messaged to ask how my dog was doing a few days later, I politely asked for a head's up about the costs next time so I can make a more informed decision regarding my budget. I have not received a response or any sort of acknowledgement that they have received my feedback. Just crickets. I cannot in good conscience recommend this clinic anymore due to the lack of transparency and price gouging. I've been taking my 3 pets there for 5 years and they just lost my business over $86. Edit: someone reached out to me to basically reiterate that these are extra services and that they'll add a note to my file to remind them to ask first about extra charges. I will not be going back.

Expérience fantastique: The entire staff has made an unexpected emergency for my kitty much easier to navigate- the ladies at the front desk, all of the techs, and the vets all had their hands on deck and assured us that they were giving Maggie the best care that they could in every way possible. I’m so beyond impressed with the care they provided in our time of need.

Expérience négative: We had our dog spayed at Glenora Vet Clinic in 2023. During the procedure they called to let me know something had gone wrong and the surgeon would call me (my dog was still sedated). This left myself and my husband panicked as they wouldn’t answer any questions about what happened. I received a call back explaining there was an error/accident during the surgery and we would have to be extremely careful during our dog’s recovery and monitor her closely for internal bleeding. We were understanding, although very stressed and confused. To add insult to injury, we were overcharged on our invoice due to the mistakes made during the surgery (extra meds, etc). I was in touch with the clinic manager after and some of the costs were credited back. We still paid more than we were quoted but we let it go. Our pup recovered and that was all we really cared about at that point. Several months later, we returned for an exam and our dog’s yearly immunizations. I asked if they wouldn’t mind trimming her nails before we left. I was shocked to see the invoice afterwards that we were charged $40+ for her nail trim. Please keep in mind she is a 7 lbs chihuahua mix. The nail trim is not a difficult service. I once again got in touch with the clinic manager and she explained that the vet techs are more skilled, that is why it costs more. If they had been upfront about the cost in the first place, I would have politely declined and taken her elsewhere as $40 is absurd. I was offered a refund but at that point, I had lost patience with the clinic and decided to move our file. They are very quick to overcharge and then apologize later when called on it, which didn’t sit well with us. The clinic manager is very nice and willing to work with patients, however, we were happy to bring our pets elsewhere where we didn’t feel like being overcharged for very basic services and being charged for their mistakes.

Expérience fantastique: I am new to Edmonton and needed a find a new Vet. I googled and saw that Glenora Family Pet Clinic had a 5 star rating. I read the reviews and made an appointment. The reviews were correct. I was very pleased with my appointment. This is the best Vet clinic I have ever been to. They made me feel like Scrappy was their only patient and their priority. Dr. Nick and staff are amazing. Very attentive and genuinely care about your family member. I would without a doubt recommend this clinic for all your family pets!

Dr Ashley was great our first visit and my cat was very comfortable with her doing the exam and her vaccinations. She explained the results with me, when next vaccinations would be due, and preventative dental hygiene. Really great experience! We saw Dr Nick at her recent annual checkup and he was exceptional! Very gentle and respectful to her behavior during the exam and he was patient with her when she hissed at one point. He listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease as well. Can’t say enough good things! Not only are Dr Nick & Dr Ashley great at what they do, but they also have excellent bedside manner with both animals & humans. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vet!

Expérience négative: Dr. Nick is awesome but I would recommend finding another vet for your pet. They are probably at capacity. For the second time my dog had an issue that required attention soon and they said the next appointment is a month from now. Definitely useless by then. What's the point of them being their vet if you have to find another clinic when you need it. I ended up doing his annual check up and vaccines with the other provider, I'd recommend just finding a place thats not so busy.

Expérience positive: I had been coming to this clinic since 2016 for my dogs. Generally my experiences have been good with Dr. Nick but I have noticed the clinic has been way busier since the pandemic. The front end staff has been frustrating at times with messy communication (saying they have prescription diet over the phone only to find out it’s out of stock when I get there… lots of follow ups required to get a thyrotab prescription refill… saying they would call to follow up and then they don’t). It was annoying but I understand that they’re busy. For the most part, I’ve only really needed appointments for annual checkups so I let it go. However, my now-senior dog has required a lot more support recently as he is in his final stage of life. The last few times I’ve tried to get an appointment, I was told the next available appointment was at least 3 weeks out. I don’t want to have to go to an ER vet like Pulse for non-emergent concerns that should be addressed sooner rather than later. I’ve ultimately just switched to a new clinic, and have felt a lot more supported with the switch. Overall, Dr. Nick is a really good vet but the clinic is so busy I felt like we got lost in the shuffle when we needed them most.

Expérience négative: I Could have given this 0 stars. I am disgusted and appalled with this clinic. I had called them to ask if I could use this vet for an application. When I had called earlier they had said yes. After the organization had contacted them with a form to fill I called them for a follow up only to be told that they were unsure about the application and besides they were very busy and couldn't book a dog exam until August. But when I had called earlier no one had told me all that. Why don't they tell people if they are busy and full to capacity the moment people call to inquire about their services?

Expérience fantastique: This clinic is great about seeing pets quickly, I have been able to make multiple same day appointments in the past by calling when they open. Everyone at this clinic is very kind and the vets are very thorough and clearly care very much about the animals they are working with. We’ve been helped by Dr. Lesniak and Dr. Nick and I would highly recommend them both.

Expérience fantastique: All the staff were very welcoming. Today was a big visit for my two kitties. They treated both with love and care. Everyone took their time and answered all of my questions, explained things and helped me understand better. I did not feel uncomfortable, neither did they make my animals feel uncomfortable throughout the whole visit. I am willing to spend every penny I have to guarantee my kitties are in good health and good hands. Thank you for helping me look after them.

Expérience négative: $300+ for blood tests te: checking possible thyroid issues and two weeks later no communication. Telephone calls result in “vet”who saw my boy @ was away. Then suggestion email was sent. Not received because email is 3 years old. Message would have indicated it was not deliverable. Never asked to update the email in 3 years. Provided new email and promised email would be resent. 7 hours later nothing! Have contacted new vet who will pursue matter. Never had a vet who didn’t know me or my pets in 50 years! This is a first and last!

Expérience négative: I have been bringing my cat here for years. She has asthma and every year I come for a check up and get her more refills for Flovent. They email me a copy and I can get it filled using an online pharmacy. This year I brought her in and was given a paper copy. I asked for an emailed copy and they acted like this was the most confusing request ever. At one point I was told to use my Ontario vet if I am filling a prescription in Ontario, which is odd given this clinic is in Edmonton, I’m in Edmonton, and I’ve never lived in Ontario. It was a HUGE pain to get them to just forward me a digital copy of the prescription they gave me (Flovent with 2 refills). I literally had to forward them years worth of emails FROM THEMSELVES showing that they’ve done this every year for me. My god. Well, when they did finally send it they didn’t put any refills. When I followed up and said my prescription had 2 refills but what they sent me over email had 0 refills they told me “refills are up to the vet’s discretion” as if I am asking for something that wasn’t already prescribed, with refills, at the vets discretion. So now they are wanting me to go in again for another exam so I can get more refills despite having just been in and paid for an exam and given prescription with 2 refills. Real strong feeling they just want me to fill it at their clinic so they get paid, bring her in for another exam so they get paid again. Sigh. Was so happy here for many years and will now be moving on. If anyone knows of a clinic that knows what a PDF is and how to send emails, let me know.

Expérience fantastique: We started going to Glenora vet nearly two years ago with our first pup, Millie. It honestly is the nicest vet clinic I have ever visited. From the front desk to the patient room all of the staff members are friendly, empathetic, and listen to your concerns well and without any judgment or condescension. Even after moving out of downtown we would not want to take our fur babies anywhere else (minus emergency situations). We would highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone living within Edmonton!

Expérience négative: My rabbit had mites and had lost weight because of it. The doctor prescribed a topical medicine, but he had implied that we should consider euthanasia. The topical medicine worked and my rabbit ended up gaining her weight back to her normal. I think that the doctor should not have commented on euthanasia and instead should have just asked us to try the medicine first and come back in two weeks to have another check up to see how things were going. He caused me unnecessary anxiety about a common curable condition.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Nick B is great. Always patient and caring. Helping find solutions and understanding. Appreciate the compassion and empathy he has for pet parents who are sometimes struggling financially in providing vet care to their fur babies. I hope they can eventually move to a bigger office so they can accommodate more staff and doctors so other pet parents can get same day appointments or not waiting so long to get an appointment. Thanks for being awesome and hope the office and team continue to grow so they give more of their wonderful service to others.

Expérience fantastique: Amazing and thorough care for my guinea pig. The staff are great with her whenever we've been in. The vet and vet techs explain things clearly and provide estimates up front. Able to get all our medication refills with ease here, too. Thank you!

Expérience négative: I didn’t love my experience with this clinic and unfortunately won’t be returning. The Dr I started with had my cat on a prescription food to hopefully dissolve her kidney stones, I had to see a different Dr for her follow up and he was very pushy on getting my cat into surgery since the stones hadn’t fully dissolved though they were getting smaller and making great progress. I felt uncomfortable that he was so pushy about it when the previous Dr was very hopeful and said there was a second food we can try if they weren’t fully dissolved, the second Dr tried convincing the surgery and said “she might not even like the new food” which seemed off so I went with my gut to keep trying with the food. Luckily I did because it worked and my cat did not need surgery! Overall didn’t feel comfortable with their staff with that scenario and other disorganised chaos.

Expérience fantastique: Alright, I was skeptical. As I am with all vets. Went to the higher rated clinic around not disappointed in the slightest. Honestly. This place rocks. They really pay attention, they document details well, and their communication is out of this world, prompt courteous service, seems they all care about YOUR pets, and generally animal lovers. I can't say anyone here seemed like they didn't like their job. Prices are rather on the reasonable side, not outrageous, but they gotta profit. Understandably, not any insane markups that I've noticed hardly. Lots of love -Minnie's parents.

Expérience positive: I didn't get the receptionist name but she was very helpful. She answered my questions and concerns regarding my cats hairball issue. She even made an appointment just in case I needed to bring my fur baby in. She seemed very knowledgeable and was very kind. I could tell just by talking to her. Even though she never met my Minnie she cared for the health of my kitty cat The location is very convenient for me and I'm sure my two cats wouldn't mind a check up. Spot on service. Thank you

Expérience fantastique: I have been coming here for several years now and I am always so happy with my cats' care and just everything about this clinic. Dr Barbaza is the absolute best and always makes sure you understand everything that you need to and really does go out of his way with basically everything - treatment of the animals, time, answering questions. He is relatable, kind, and helpful. The office staff are also great and I just can't say enough good things about everyone here. I always make sure to recommend them to my friends and family. If you're thinking of going to a new vet, I can't speak highly enough of Glenora Family Pet Clinic.

Expérience fantastique: Yesterday I brought my family’s yorkie Enzo here for emergency care; he experienced pulmonary edema due to heart failure and was in bad shape near death. The clinic had just opened but their team immediately responded to take care of Enzo. My partner and I were terrified we’d lose him while my parents are away but thanks to the incredible efforts of Dr. Nick and the team, they saved our dog’s life. Although Enzo’s early prognosis was grim, Dr. Nick kept us in the know while his team administered the best care. They were honest, communicated well and showed compassion. Seeing how they treated every client and animal patient coming in made me confident in Enzo’s care. With the blessing of their expertise and hard work, Enzo managed to escape death; he is on the road to a challenging but good recovery. This was my first time visiting the clinic and I’m so fortunate to live nearby this incredible vet team. They deserve their high praise and awards. My family is forever in your debt. Enzo is on his first day of recovery but already doing so much better given the circumstances. Thank you very much

Expérience fantastique: This is a great vet clinic. My senior cat sees Dr. Felipe who take so much time and care to make sure she is comfortable and feels safe. Dr. Felipe takes my concerns seriously and responds to my many many questions. I never feel rushed, which reinforces my sense that my cat is receiving excellent care. The vet techs are professional, kind and friendly. Things can be crazy stressful and I really appreciate all they do for peoples' critters! The layout of the clinics attempts to keep the dogs and cats apart using separate sitting areas. Prices are not a bargain, but it is located in the downtown core, so I understand why this clinic isn't pricing the same way as my old clinic does in a small town.

They went out of their way to help me and my pup through one of the most difficult times as a pet owner. Not only do they take amazing care of your four-legged family members, but they exhibit genuine compassion to their humans as well. Dr. Nick Barbaza has built a team of specialists that truly care about the pets they take care of and people that are attached to those pets. Expérience fantastique: We brought our bunny Jorg here for years and they were always so good to him. Even when they weren’t sure how to help, they found us a specialist and did everything they could. When he passed away, they were so kind and comforting. Everybody in the clinic signed a card for us, saying how sweet and loved our boy was. There are lots of great vets in this city, but these ones really care and will go above and beyond to make sure you and your pets are looked after.

Expérience fantastique: Without a doubt in my mind, I would recommend this clinic to any pet owner. Dr. Nick, Dr. Felipe, Dr. Belinda, Dr. Ashley, Star, Christine, the entire team is so amazing and their compassion and respect for animals is evident in their work. With what little they could do for my dog's terminal cancer, they ensured his last moments were peaceful and ended his suffering. They made the best out of a hard time. An endless supply of tissue boxes, solemn music, dimmed lights, a nice resting place, imprinting his paw prints. I appreciate everything the clinic has done for my dog.

Expérience fantastique: I can't stress enough how wonderful my experience with Glenora family pet clinic has been. I brought my 9 year old cat in after being given a "wait and see it's a cat" attitude at my previous vet despite his health deteriorating. I was able to get an appointment the next day and all the veterinarians and staff I saw were kind caring and seemed genuinely interested in helping. Over the next couple weeks we brought my cat in several times for minor surgeries and tests to diagnose what was unfortunately late stage cancer with no cure. During this entire stressful time the staff made me feel cared about and listened to and addressed any concerns we had about his care and financing as well as helping me get charitable funding to cover some procedures. Despite his short time with them as his vet due to at home euthanasia i would highly recommend this veterinarian clinic to anyone who is looking for a caring long term vet.

Expérience fantastique: Just wanted to say that Dr. Belinda and the two vet techs that helped my cat Iris today were all WONDERFUL. My cat is so anxious and easily stressed out, but I saw that because everyone who cared for her was so calm and gentle, Iris felt more calm during the procedures. I have been to several clinics over the years, and this one is by far the most professional I have experienced.

Expérience fantastique: My cat was attacked by a dog while I was away on vacation. Her ear was nearly torn off, having and bleeding severely. Emergency vet quoted me 3,500$ for reconstructive surgery. For less then 800$ Glenora stitched, gave medication, and cared for my cat. They did such an amazing job you couldn't even tell she was ever attacked. They are extremely talented, fairly priced and taught me everything step by step of taking care of my girl at home. This is now my permanent clinc for all my pets.

Expérience fantastique: We attended the Glenora family pet clinic yesterday for the first time. We saw a wonderful vet, Dr. Ashley, who assessed our precious Lucy and ordered the appropriate tests. Her exam was caring and extensive. She actually left us an email last night with the lab results as she could not get a hold of us by phone. Absolutely the best service and caring we have experienced at a vet clinic for a very, very long time. The staff at the clinic are exceedingly professional, caring, and friendly. We are switching both our kitties over this clinic from my previous one. They are absolutely wonderful..

Expérience négative: **UPDATE ON THE BELOW** My kitty, now almost 3, is terrified of all vets and offices since this place. We have to buy a sedative so the vet can provide care. I will never know what they did to my cat in that room alone, but it has traumatized him forever. Shame on this clinic. Dr.Belinda is the worst veterinarian I have dealt with. Please save your money and go to any other clinic. She ASSUMED my kitty was a rescue and gave him shots he did not require, and then lied to me and told me his file said that he was a rescue, when it did not, just to charge me for shots. I paid over $130 for an appointment that was supposed to be $60. Unsafe and unnecessary. Please keep your animals safe and pick a different clinic.

Expérience fantastique: My experiences with Dr Ashley and their newer vet, Dr Rachel, have been fantastic! I know that my kitties are in good care with them, and they both explain things really well to me, and answer all my questions in full. They’re also great at seeing us short-notice if one of the cats has an issue, and I’m able to drop them off on my way to work with no issue. My kitties actually enjoy seeing the vet, and I recommend this clinic to all of my friends with pets!

Expérience fantastique: After receiving awful care and customer service at a different vet I was recommended Glenora Family Pet Clinic. The care from Reception, Vet Techs and Vets was astronomically superior to any vet I have ever been to. My cat had been sick, not eating and lethargic for about 10 days. Both Dr Ashley and Dr Nick worked to get him on the road to recovery fast They were kind, patient, compassionate and very thorough for both his initial visit and follow up. They took the time to really examine him and determine what was wrong. You can tell they really love animals He is on his way to feeling like his old self and I don't think he would have without the help of Dr Ashley and Dr Nick Thank you so much! Would 10/10 recommend anyone to bring in their beloved pets here, I will be returning with my cat and now my dog as well.

Expérience fantastique: We take our two cats here and the experience has always been great. Prices may be a bit higher than other clinics in the city however, they provide great patient education, always interact with our furbabies, and treat them like they’re old friends. You get what you pay for here and it’s so worth it! I love that they distract our kitties before injections and answer all of our questions honestly. Never feels like they’re just pushing us out the door. We’ve seen Dr. Belinda and Dr. Ashley who have both been kind, patient, and understanding. I recommend this clinic whenever I can for pet owners.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Barbara is great and very informative. I’ve been going to the clinic since I got my dog who is now 5 years old. He’s very active and curious so he’s gotten into his fair share of messes. The clinic is great about fitting in visits when he’s not feeling well. Recently I took him in for back pain and they saw him within an hour even thought they had appointments back to back. The staff is always friendly! I can’t say enough about your great this clinic is, I highly recommend them!
