Seemed I gave him all his answers from my Google search. 129 bucks for him to take my dogs temperature . Git the antibiotics thanks for the meds. Dog is now better and saved 800 bucks on a ultrasound that they were trying to get me to take. Crazy the amount of money vets charge. Highway robbery

Expérience fantastique: I had such a great experience with this veterinary clinic! They recently spayed my dog, Ruby, and have taken wonderful care of her. She’s still recovering, but overall everything has gone smoothly, and I feel very confident in the care she received. After her spay, Ruby unfortunately experienced a herniation related to the procedure. I brought her back in, and within half an hour they had her assessed and ready for surgery. They acted quickly and professionally, and everything went very well. She is now recovering at home and doing great. I was incredibly impressed with how promptly and compassionately they handled the situation. The staff are kind, professional, and excellent at communicating. They made sure everything was clearly explained before and after both procedures and were happy to answer all of my questions, which really gave me peace of mind. On top of that, they took care of the herniation surgery at no additional charge. Overall, the staff took amazing care of my dog, and I’m so grateful for their compassion, attention to detail, and integrity. Highly recommend!

Expérience négative: Giving 1 star because I can’t give 0. If you love your animals don’t bring them here. Giant plexi glass wall dividing the room so you can’t comfort your pet during the exam. The vet came in, didn’t even introduce herself, came and took my senior dog off my lap without asking and then said “be right back” and took my dog out of the room without saying where she was going or what she was doing. Came back with a large bill of tests she wanted to perform. When the tests came back positive she said “we can either do emergency surgery or euthanize her.” Point blank. Like we were choosing between paint colours. They do not care about animas here. They care about money.

They understood what I was struggling with as provided immediate support and solutions beyond out immediate issue. I have been with my old vet a long time but struggling with the level of understanding and care my dog was receiving. I was constantly feeling like I was coming up short for my dog. I was looking to find a new vet to make it easier on my old man a get some better guidance. I found it. Thank you so much for hearing me and helping me in many ways.

Expérience fantastique: We had an emergency with a Cat mid afternoon on a Sunday. Our regular Vet was not open. Edmonton West Animal Hospital acted quickly, and helped our Cat. Within a few day, our Cat was home and recovering.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been taking my 2 small dogs here since Aug 2025. I find the staff helpful and organized. It has been easy to get quick appointments. The Drs that I’ve seen are all caring and I appreciate the follow up from the clinic.

Expérience fantastique: Our dog has undergone TPLO surgery here for both of her back legs and I couldn’t be more thankful for this clinic. The surgeon did a fantastic job, and she’s healed up great both times. They were very transparent about cost, and provided so much support post operation. For the most part the reception staff are good, I think they’ve hired some new staff so there has been some miss communication but the ladies that have been there since her surgery last year are wonderful. They have fair prices and I’ve never had trouble getting in for an appointment, even when I’ve had to reschedule last minute.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Chelsea Schuster was absolutely fantastic and saved my cats life from a bowel obstruction. He needed emergent surgery for it and she talked me through all the possible options and outcomes. She was thorough and her bedside manner was great. All of the receptionists and techs that I came across were all so friendly and helpful during this stressful time. I cannot thank you guys enough! While I was there waiting for my appointment I also witnessed them promptly handle an emergency with a pet and I knew my kitty would be in good hands. 10/10

Our pup was seen by Dr. Sharma he was very gentle and compassionate regarding our pup's health. Very accommodating clinic and care for your pets health! We will be changing vet clinics and be bringing our pup to see Dr. Sharma going forward!

Expérience fantastique: We needed a short notice appointment. We called at 0930 and had an appointment for 1200. When we arrived we were greeted promptly and they had our paperwork ready. We saw the doctor at the appointed time. He completed the exam, did an X-ray, and explained the results and options. We had the necessary drugs and were on our way by 1300. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Expérience fantastique: Both my dogs had surgery at Edmonton West. My 8 month old for a blockage in his intestines 5 days before my 4 years old was scheduled to have TPLO(knee) surgery. The little ones surgery was emergent as his intestines were bloated and could burst anytime and if not treated he would die. The staff and Dr’s were all so patient and calm with me. I was tired and stressed out as the cost with both surgeries as can be imagined is astronomical. Although I was able to get my boy with the TPLO Surgery his costs paid for by a foundation, I’m on disability and even with life insurance on the little one, I had to pay then submit for reimbursement meaning borrowing money I don’t have. The surgery was smooth and everything was explained in detail to me for both dogs and lots of information was sent home. I was told to call for anything I needed. They understood that it is a rare case that I have 2 dogs that have just had surgery so they were very soft and compassionate with me, really caring about how I was dealing with the situation throughout the whole process. I’d recommend them to any animal owner.

Expérience fantastique: Yesterday we brought our dog, Nacho, to Edmonton West Animal Hospital. I am always anxious at vet visits, and my neighbor came with me for support. As it turns out, I may have been more of a nervous wreck than Nacho was. Dr. Chelsea Schuster is hands down the most wonderful veterinarian we have ever met. Nacho is a very high stress dog, so in addition to an infected cyst, I needed to discuss anti anxiety medication. Yet with Dr. Schuster, he was quite 'calm', somewhat cooperative, and more relaxed than we have ever seen him at a clinic. That alone speaks volumes about her presence and approach. She is gentle, patient, and genuinely compassionate. She explained everything clearly, answered every question, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We had given Nacho medication before coming in, which we now know we should not have done. She corrected us kindly and professionally, without judgment. Nacho now needs dental work and has a cracked back tooth that most likely require extraction, along with removal of a few small lumps on his back. He has only been put under anesthesia once before, when he was neutered, so this feels like a big step for us. I have put off dental work for years out of fear, but Dr. Schuster took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel confident and reassured about moving forward. That level of trust means everything. The front staff were just as wonderful. One receptionist (I wish I had remembered her name but hope she knows who she is) patiently explained something to me several times over, and when I blanked and admitted I forgot what she had just said, we both ended up laughing because it rubbed off her for a moment. She was never flustered or impatient, just warm and kind. It is rare to find a clinic where the entire team balances professionalism with genuine warmth. We are incredibly grateful to have found Edmonton West Animal Hospital and Dr. Schuster. Going forward, we will absolutely be bringing in our other dog, Cashew, and choosing her as our veterinarian for both of our dogs. If you are looking for a clinic that truly cares, this is the one.

Expérience fantastique: This is the only Animal Care facility I would trust my animals with. They accommodate pet parents on their needs. I've had many cats neutered and spayed here and I had specific requests that I insisted upon and they were happy to help me feel at ease and accommodate me with my request. Their prices for most part are very reasonable. There were even times where they went beyond their normal protocol. But the message I wish to really relay here is that they really do care about the pets and the owners. Honestly I love these guys!

My dog was suffering from a jaw issue and also had a torn ACL, TPLO I was able to work with Dr. King and the surgeon to have both issues cared for at the one vet clinic. This was a huge relief and I was extremely happy with the care and medical advice we received I would highly recommend them

Not only did they have great Veterinary care they also had the best prices. Close to the 10 years later we only come to Edmonton West. They take care of everything our fur babies need. From the ladies in reception to the care in the back everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Expérience négative: Beware this clinic!!! They killed my cat. Without going into a novel of detail, my cat had a blockage and they treated it, he was fine and they told us to come get him. But he wasn’t fine. He was slowly dying. He couldn’t move and it was heartbreaking. We called to ask what medication he was on to make him out of it and the tech said he was on a pain killer that would make him dopey. So an hour goes by and I’m freaking out and I’m waiting for the veterinarian to get back to me and he starts twitching, and panting and I call again and they say bring him back and he died in the car on the way over. When I spoke to the veterinarian that treated him , she said he was not giving any medication before leaving and that she didn’t know what happened and he was fine before he left. So nobody knows what happened but what I do know is my cat was fine and then dead. There’s a lot of veterinarians in Edmonton, please think twice about bringing your pet here.

Expérience fantastique: Recently our two dogs, both fully vetted were subjected to Opioid poisoning in our backyard on Sunday February 1st. Packet was found later in yard and confirmed by police officer that it was indeed fentanyl. ** Our larger of the two 130+lbs was literally at death's door and our other boy 65lbs was heading there when we brought them here. **Although of course we did not have appointment being it was an absolute unexpected emergency they were immediately tended to. **At first it thought to be a toxic substance issue but after afterwards it was determined to be Opioid poisoning. **We cannot express how grateful we are to the care and treatment our furbabies received. Both have survived despite the original prognosis. **The veterinarian on duty along with the rest of the staff saved our boys from death due to Opioid poisoning. **They were absolutely transparent regarding all of the costs, procedures and any possible outcome. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and beyond for saving our boys and helping us keep our sanity during a most heart wrenching incident.

Expérience fantastique: I have now visited this clinic twice in the past month with both my pets. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful. The vet was very kind and understanding. She addressed the concerns I had brought my senior dogs in for, but she was also very honest and realistic about expectations for them- she did not try to push for unnecessary interventions. I really appreciated her approach and felt that she was looking at what was best for my dogs to provide them the best quality of life for what time I have left with them. I will definitely be going back to this clinic for all my pet's needs in the future!

Expérience fantastique: Wow! What an experience! In and out within 25 minutes.A shot, an exam and nail trim. Thorough doctor took lots of questions from Mom and Dad. Our dog was shaking when we first walked in but Dr. King started giving her some pets and by the time she was sitting on the table for 3 to 4 minutes she was melting in Dr. King's hands. A thorough exam took place with a talk about things we should watch out for. Then before we knew it they were calling us to come and pick her up as she was done with her shot and her nail trim and she was ready to go home all within about 25 minutes. The staff was wonderful. Smiles behind the desks. Eager to help with questions answers to every one. Reminders to bring our fluffy one back to have nail trims in a month and out the door we went. Fast asleep in the car within minutes for the drive home. I have nothing negative to say about our visit to the West Edmonton clinic. I would highly recommend them.

Expérience positive: We chose Edmonton West Animal Hospital to neuter our rescue cat because they offered the quickest appointment time and they appeared to be the most affordable (if you are JUST getting the neuter done). We were a bit surprised that the Lion Cut costed more double than the neuter ($280) but it was necessary for our cat. The price was not mentioned during the phone call when we made the appointment, I recommend in the future the cost be said right away because I was not prepared for how expensive it was when dropping him off for his neuter. There are other options for an extra cost which turned our $130.00 neutering fee to $527.00. This was for the lion cut, the neuter, the pain medication for 3 days and fluids. To us, our cat Whiskey Jack is worth the cost but just be prepared if you want to opt up for the extras. Staff were friendly, helpful, and kept us updated. We dropped our cat off at 7:45am and he was ready to go at 2:00pm.

Expérience fantastique: I always take my cat Tucker here, the front desk staff and the vets are always so nice and patient with him. He recently got dental surgery and I was incredibly nervous about it but he’s doing very well, was totally back to his normal chatty self only a few hours after the procedure. Their prices are reasonable and you can tell that they really care about your animal. I will always recommend this place.

Expérience négative: THEY KILLED MY HEALTHY CAT. Inadequate safety standards and human error killed my cat, then they covered it up. They've treated 3 of my animals. One larger male dog for a neuter,2yrs ago, and an ear infection 2mths ago. As well as rabies vaccine renewals. Neuter went well, no issues. Ear infection never cleared up, even with their $100 ear drops. So spent hundreds with testing to verify which infection, and still have the issue.....sigh. 2mths ago my female cat got spayed. Healed well, no issues thus far. Then I brought my male cat in to have a ear hematoma looked at and fixed. Booked him in. Paid a lot of money(refunded after, as well as cremation covered). Then they killed him. Their OR oxygen machines are NOT up to standard. They have NO pressure alarms. No monitoring beyond visual, which they missed, thus popping my cats lungs like a balloon by overfilling them without noticing. A simple pressure alarm would have saved him. STANDARD safety feature.....that they dont have. They then covered it up. Even when asked if it was human error, the day of. They never said anything of the truth, saying instead they highly doubted it. Saying that "cats sometimes just die for no reason on the table". I was suspicious but let my people talk me outta it, saying it was my trauma talking.....as I just kept asking put loud what did they DO to my cat!?! 8 days later, got an email, from a tech in the vet office, anonymously.....informing us it was human error that KILLED my cat. To please investigate and report. So we contacted the vet again, requesting forms from the procedure.... basically he then admitted that yes, it was human error mixed with inadequate safety features, that theyre now looking into MAYBE purchasing in the future. We contacted the investigator board. They're now going to be investigating. So if you've had an animal die on their table recently......ask questions. They might be hiding things. Esp as the tech involved in mine, has a documented case of human error similar to my cat's case before(that animal survived thankfully), that i know of, she may have more, and they still let her work on patients in the OR after! (Altho now say she wont be anymore) So ya, if you had an animal die unexpectedly on their table....id start asking more questions. Just saying. As they killed my cat and then played dumb. Til a tech informed us....then it was ya, it happened, but that stuff just happens, people forget to flip a switch here or there, it happens often in the profession. Or so the vet said. They kill our pets due to human errors often How do I now trust another vet then!?!?!? Esp when my male dog still needs his ear treated, as their treatment at this clinic did nothing for his infection they charged me hundreds to diagnose, and by the time I realized that, theyd killed my cat, so they are not going near my dog again! But gave them a cat who was healthy as can be for a decade, alive and whole, so they could fix his ear, and they gave him back dead in a cardboard cylinder, in ashes..... Cuz they dont have standard safety equipment and humans messed up. (I have all the email correspondence with said vet to prove my statements and where its admitted they do not have the standard safety features, like the pressure alarms. Also that said tech has had other errors to. I have all the receipts. I can back up my review with facts and admittance from the vet in his own email replies to our emails.) Never thought id see the day that I'd have to ask vets if they have STANDARD SAFETY features on their machines.....id have thought that would be a given, but this office proved thats not always the case. Some offices dont even meet standard safety.....scary. So now ill be asking and having them prove it......to ensure no other professional kill's a soul i love more then words can explain.....simply cuz they couldnt be bothered to have standard safety in their practice. Still trying to make it make sense if im honest. They killed my cat, and apparently it happens often. Make that make sense, if you can!

The kindness and compassion the vet techs and vet showed me made the process so much easier. They were with me every step of the way and answered all questions and concerns I had. They were very gentle with my new cat, and made him feel comfortable (as comfortable as any animal can feel at the vet!) I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone.

Expérience négative: A few days ago my cat received his second shot at this clinic. I was told that if there were any reactions, I should call back. About two days later, he started eating less, and by the third day he completely stopped eating and drinking. I called the clinic and explained the situation. I was told to keep watching him and to bring him in if he continued not to eat or drink. Because the clinic closes early on weekends and my cat still hadn’t eaten or drank, I had no choice but to take him to an emergency vet clinic that was open until midnight. They did blood work and other urgent tests over the weekend. First thing Monday morning, I called this clinic again and explained everything, saying my cat had not eaten or drunk for almost three days and needed to see his regular vet. I was told I had to book an appointment and the earliest available was the next day. How can a cat that hasn’t eaten or drunk for nearly three days be expected to wait another 36 hours? This is called a hospital, yet you can’t come in, wait, and be seen in an urgent situation. I am extremely disappointed and honestly regret using this hospital for so many years. This experience has been very stressful and upsetting.

I especially want to thank MJ — his gentle voice and patience truly made a difference. He took the time to explain everything clearly ! Doctor Bouclin was also amazing and followed up afterward with thoughtful dietary advice tailored specifically for my pet’s needs. It showed real dedication and compassion beyond the visit itself. Thanks to their excellent care, my mini was able to come home before Christmas, and I’m incredibly grateful. I truly appreciate their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern. I highly recommend West Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a team who truly cares about animals and their families.

Expérience fantastique: This animal hospital is open on weekends and late into the evening, which makes it very convenient for people like me who work irregular schedules. And although it was very expensive, but they examined and operated on my dog promptly and appropriately, she is still alive today. At other veterinary hospitals, they recommended euthanasia, but I am grateful that they properly examined her condition and understood the importance of palliative care for the remainder of her life.

Expérience fantastique: I've been taking my two dogs to this Vet for 10 years they are in my opinion best veterinarian's office but I've visited in the city of Edmonton I especially love Dr Elaina because financially it's a little tough for me sometimes and she will tell you what's important to get purchase at that time and what what can wait and she's understanding that way I wish I could fix my dog's completely but you know it's very expensive and she is very understanding that way. The clinic's really busy but they are reasonable, as going to the vet isn't always the greatest experience, they make it not so bad. There's lots of parking they always find ways to get you in no matter what they have technicians in the back that do other minor things that you can book private appointments with for tech appointments so you don't have to pay to see the vet for things like anal glands or whatever else people use technicians. So a lot of times I just book tech appointments and they are much more available and all around they are on top of everything they let you know when vaccines are due they email you at any given moment you need paperwork for wherever you need to bring your dog to a doggie daycare anything they will send it over right away. There's lots of it receptionists so someone's always there to answer your call you're not left on hold. It is a very clean clinic they just did a huge renovation there so now they have a surgical side and a normal side and it looks really nice in there and it's always clean so I recommend this veterinarian for sure.

Expérience fantastique: We got booked in right away for our puppy's first shot, it went well. We are booked for our next shot in 4 weeks. The vet was friendly and informative. The girls at the front are super nice! This will likely be our vet going forward, its a fairly short drive for us. The vaccination prices were reasonable. I would recommend them although we have only been there once, it was a good experience.

It cost us a bit on the high end but that comes with owning a pet and the responsibility. I appreciated everything they did with options and taking us in on a Saturday. Expérience négative: I am disappointed to write this negative review, as my review history generally reflects excellent experiences with veterinary providers. I contacted this clinic solely to inquire about pricing for laser treatment for my dog, a patient who is actively and consistently managed by her primary veterinarian, specialists, and a rehab vet technician. She has had a recent physical exam within the last few weeks and has ‘annual’ exams twice a year. She’s also had MRI, CT and ultrasound all within the last year. I shared all of this information with them. The issue is a complete lack of price transparency, which took five emails to confirm. Initial Requirement: I was first told an exam at this clinic was mandatory before any pricing could be provided, despite my dog’s extensive, documented care. Condescending Communication: When I challenged the necessity of an exam, given her recent veterinary visits, the clinic staff cited ABVMA guidelines and apologized for my "frustration," which came across as condescending and implied I was asking them to contravene professional standards. The Policy Shift: They later conceded that a referral would negate the need for their own exam but then stated they would not provide any pricing information until they received that referral. Every other veterinary clinic I contacted for the same service was able to provide either a direct price or a price range/package options without demanding a referral first, confirming this clinic's policy is out of step with industry standards for price transparency. I am writing this to urge the clinic manager or owner to review this policy and the corresponding email exchange. The admin staff's handling of this inquiry was frustrating and reflected poor customer service. Refusing to offer pricing for a standard procedure lacks both accountability and transparency.

Expérience fantastique: They have always been super helpful and honest. Great front desk staff, great vets. They have seen 3 of my dogs and always provided the best care.

Expérience négative: I brought my dog in for routine vaccines and called ahead to have them pull his medical history from our previous vet. They never did. On top of that, I was quoted around $150 over the phone, and the bill ended up being over $200 with no clear explanation. The entire staff seemed uninterested and like they didn’t want to be there until the conversation shifted to possible dental surgery. Suddenly the mood changed. It honestly felt like the only thing that excited them was the opportunity to charge more. Disappointing experience overall.

Expérience fantastique: Edmonton West Animal Hospital has cared for my dog Sterling on numerous occasions, when he needed emergency surgery a couple years ago, check ups and more recently the ulcers in both his eyes. He’s getting older and vet visits have been more frequent. We’ve been seeing Dr. Chan lately and she is very friendly, knowledgeable, supportive and gentle. She takes time to explain what’s going on with my dogs health and Sterling is a thriving 12-yr-old American Cocker Spaniel. I’m very grateful for the team at Edmonton West Animal Hospital!

Expérience fantastique: We took both of our pets are 6 1/2 year-old Labradoodle Rosie and our almost 6 month old kitten Beans In for a spay and I will say the Clinic was amazing. it was a 45 minute drive for us as we live out of town, but I had shopped around and had looked at reviews and I was looking for a place that wasn’t going to cost me a fortune. The price that I paid to have both of them done with all of the little extras was for the most part what I was quoted to just have Rosie done. The staff there were extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions and were very caring. We brought our pets home at 1 PM. They were really good. Rosie ended up getting some bruising that was concerning so we took a picture and sent it in that evening. I got a response within a half an hour. There was no vet available at that time but they would get back to me the next day. And that is exactly what they did. I would highly recommend them and I think it is worth the drive for us to probably continue to use them as our vets from here on out.

Expérience négative: Incredibly disappointed in our experience at this clinic. I have never had such a difficult time receiving any form of communication from a service provider, anywhere. We had a lumpectomy procedure for our dog conducted over two weeks ago. We have been EXTREMELY worried about this lump and asked to have it sent for a biopsy. We received the biopsy results via email four days after the procedure and it was complete medical jargon (that we could not make sense of). I called the clinic and they said that the vet would call us the next day to explain the results. To no avail, we did not receive a call from the vet. I proceeded to call the clinic every day to speak with the doctor and they would continually reassure me that the vet would call me the next day. It is now a full two weeks since the biopsy results and no one has called me to explain the state of our dogs health. I cannot get any answers. I am infuriated and trying to advocate for an animal that cannot do it herself. Absolutely ridiculous.

Expérience fantastique: Man I have nothing but good things to say about this vet. I take both my rescues to see Dr. king and he is amazing. He is calm, patient and looks out for my dogs needs. He always gives me a breakdown of pricing before I leave the room and has never pressured me into anything. I have had troubles in the past with my rescue cane corso and he was great working at Cecil’s speed and stopping when he thought he was too overwhelmed. He is great with my other dog Gigi too. She loves him so much. I recommend this vet to all of my friends as it’s been the best I’ve been to and I’ve tried out quite a few and the front desk girls are always so nice and welcoming and love my pups like they are their own.

I recently moved to the Edmonton area and have been trying to find a good compassionate vet with reasonable prices. The receptionists were really awesome when I called for a quote and to book. The facility is clean and large, and in a good location. My visit with the vet was good. I have nothing bad to say. He was thorough, and made recommendations that I agreed with. The price was exactly what I was quoted. I will likely return to this clinic for future appointments.

Expérience négative: My appointment was 2 days ago for my 2 cats spay. My one cat has been extremely agressive and has since escaped the cone, and attacked + bit me and my other cat. I’ve called twice asking if this is normal ; both times the answers seemed quite unknowing. Now after feeling helpless the solution they give me is a $130 visit. I’m quite disappointed.

Expérience fantastique: This place was there for me when I need them most. Ive had a terrible last couple weeks. We just had to put down my roommates sweet 15 yr old girl, due to mouth cancer. They were kind, up front about what needed to be done and transparent about costs. Only a week or so later, my own Kittys became super sick, from a new food. This Vet clinic is open later than most places, which is super convenient. It worth the little bit further drive, because they provide great care. My cats usually hate the Vets, but they all seemed super comfortable, despite feeling so unwell. Extra shout out to Angela! such an amazing and kind person! I wouldnt hesitate to come here. My cat had an appointment this morning that was confirmed via email reminder, and when my husband got there they said there is no appointment. Thankfully they were able to take him but I’d be pretty irritated if I went there at 7:30 for nothing. The reception maintains that I cancelled the appointment and miscommunicated with them. Some of the receptionists are really nice but others seem to be really disorganized.

If you ever notice redness, squinting, discharge, or your dog pawing at their eye — don’t wait. Go in right away. Eye ulcers can form fast, and untreated, your dog could even risk losing an eye. I can’t say enough good things about Edmonton West Animal Hospital. Dr. Sharma is incredibly empathetic, and the staff are so kind and caring. Expérience fantastique: Wonderful service and hospital getting my dog spayed, microchipped and vacinnated there recently. The Edmonton West Animal Hospital provided me with very clear instructions before, during and after my girls spaying. She was very carefully treated and operated on and when I picked her up she seemed fine even after the procedure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were gentle with my baby and very very helpful treated her like she was their own little girl. Even helped me out to the car that day with her and the stuff to bring home with her. My girl is doing great now and is almost her normal self after a week now. I am having a hard time keeping her from running like a coyote after the squirel in our back yard and jumping up and down already. The prices at the hospital are highly reasonable and the Edmonton West Animal Hospital is highly recommended by me. Honestly I will definitely take her back in the future for sure for other services for sure. Their great reputation is highly deserved for sure.

Expérience fantastique: As a VERY anxious, paranoid dog mom, I called this clinic in a panic, hoping they could get me in to look at my distressed pup. He ended up breaking his dewclaw- they did a removal & sent me home with antibiotics & a dog that was no longer in pain. The girls at the front were super friendly & kept me calm in my frantic manner. The vet was super attentive & understanding of my concerns, very informative & got everything done in a professional, quick, timely fashion. My current vet clinic is quite a ways away & they got me in within half an hour of my initial call. I recommend them entirely!!!

She still has a bit of loose stool but is slowly getting better with appetite and and her stool. Very nice Vet and desk staff. Would recommend.

Expérience négative: I’ve been bringing my two dogs here for a few years and never had an issue until recently. Both have had dental work and yearly exams, but during my last visit, things changed. When I went to update one of my dog’s vaccinations, I was told I needed to pay for another full physical exam before he could get his injection even though he had already had one. That seemed unnecessary to me, and I suggested they charge a smaller injection fee instead of repeating an exam just to cover the vet’s time, but they wouldn’t proceed without it saying “legally” they had to. I also had concerns from a previous visit when one of my dogs was checked for what we thought was dog lice. I pointed out a dark spot on his skin, and after they cleaned it, they said they didn’t know what caused it. Later, I found out he had mites burrowing in his skin. Either the vet wasn’t experienced enough to identify it or it was a way to keep us coming back and paying for different treatments. Overall, not a good experience and I feel they could have handled that better.

Expérience négative: My friend took my 15yr old female cat to this location in the fall of 2023 and was told my cat had terminal liver failure. She was prescribed medication put on biweekly intervinous and expensive food. A year later she was skin and bones and could not even climb on my bed. So in desperation I took her to my vet and was told she had bad arthritis and she needed more food. My vet was SHOCKED when I told him what we were doing. He said "my cat DOESN'T have a liver problem and to STOP the meds, food and IV.) I got her an injection for arthritis and 3 months later she almost doubled her wait and could easily jump over 4 feet. She is now EXTREMELY healthy!
