Fantastic experience: Best vet in Regina. Recently renovated and expanded. It's got the most compassionate staff. I've taken all my pets here for all their medical needs. Best prices in the city too for spay and neutering.

Positive experience: I recently boarded my cat, Rio, at Victoria Veterinary Clinic from August 29 to September 1, 2025, while we were away on a short trip. I am very pleased with the care and attention Rio received during her stay. The staff was professional, kind, and made sure she was comfortable throughout. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was in a safe and well-managed environment. The boarding arrangements were clean and well-maintained, and I truly appreciate the compassion shown toward pets. Positive experience: Imagine being new to a clinic and when you come in after talking them on the phone the receptionist says: I am not dealing with a new person. I don't want to book a new client. You're going to wait and its going to cost you $100. I get you have rules about the deposit which is fine, but other clients were shocked by how rude the staff is.

Fantastic experience: Cat Boarding - we have used Victoria Vet Clinic to board our two cats on a handful of occasions. Our cats always seem to be well cared and find the staff to be pleasant to deal with. The location is easy to get to, with lots of parking available.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Murphy is a fantastic vet. It's just joyful to watch her interacting with our furry family member. She is so very kind and skilled in her approach to providing care, explaining everything in great detail. One can tell she is a true and passionate care provider and above all a passionate professional. I only wish my family people doctor was like her ... and BTW her clinic is also much much cleaner than by family doctor clinic... hint hint Getway Alliance clinic East!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely love the fact that they don't try to push things on you that are not needed or try to sell you more just to get more money out of you. Honest, great, and very welcoming not only to myself but to my sweet little Prince Charming and Disney ( My 2 persians). We also have a pug named Joey that we take here. All our fur babies are in the best hands here, always!

Positive experience: Very good clinic for the little loved ones. They seem like they really genuinely care and offer many solutions to help...the downside is those solutions are expensive. Must be trying to pay for the new building, the new facility is very nice

Fantastic experience: My cats get amazing care from this clinic. All the staff go above and beyond for the pets here and really make it feel like we are all one big team to care for my cats. When I let them know one of my cats passed suddenly they expressed their condolences upon contact then also sent a card signed by all their staff which meant the world to me. My parents even switched here for their dog with the level of care I have received. I will always highly recommend Victoria Vet Clinic because not only do I get amazing service, the service is very affordable.

Negative experience: Called at 8 am to ask if a bisque was adequate for my dog to take her pain medication as she did not want food at I waited so long I had to use my own judgment I feel like they got ap bunch of money from me so now I can just be ignored

Fantastic experience: We are glad. Our cat was sterilized at this veterinary clinic. Everything went great. The very next day we had to confine our cat in a small room so that she would not run around the house, since the healing process of the wounds was supposed to take two weeks. However, our cat felt so good the very next day that she did not agree with the doctor's conclusion.

Negative experience: I tell u what, boardcat for one mouth cost me $1000, and i don't know how they treat my cat, after my cat came back he turned to irrational, Uneasy, anxious, aggressive, and constipation, im 100% sure I've had him for six years and he's never had any health problem! They take my a huge amount of money and didn't do my cat any good, and instead they turned him into aggressive, monsters. By the way, the attitude of their manager also terrible and impatient, what a place.

Fantastic experience: We love their fear-free practice. We bring our two house cats and dog, and the staff always make the visit comfortable for them. My one cat refused to get out of the sink so the vet just did his exam where he was most comfortable! Great place to bring your animals.

They worked with my girls anxiety and some unusual requests and gave me the time and grace we needed to move through each step of the process.. after having a very traumatic experience with my previous vet this place will be my go too for the rest of my animals and that involves a commute for them which will be more than worth it if all their service is to that standard of care! Negative experience: BEWARE... THIS VETERINARY CLINIC WILL KILL YOUR PET.We took our Bow boy chihuahua there for a check up and Victoria Vet clinic , They suggested a diuretic shot to ease his symptoms. The shot killed him . He died in our arms at home 30 min later. Victoria vet clinic denied killing him, and threatened us if we reported them to the authorities. They were very rude and charged us $700.00 dollars and threatened legal action if we don't pay the Bill for them killing my 3 year old chihuahua. We love you Bow, and we miss you Please rest in peace Bow ,Mom and Dad Love You❤️

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend, we had a prescription called in from our vet in Ontario as we were travelling from out of town and they were able to fill it for us at their pharmacy. Very thankful for their services for our pup!

Fantastic experience: I boarded my 2 year old female cat here for a week. She came back happy, healthy, and shiny! They have a variety of decently sized rooms, lots with multiple levels and a window. Jade (my cat) got a window room upon request. While there were other cats there, they were kept separate at all times. They kept her specific food and fed her 2x a day at the same time/amount as I do at home. They cleaned her litter box twice a day. And let me bring multiple toys with us. Jade got to spend time socializing and playing with the carers every day, which was important because she loves people more than being alone. And by the way she walked out of her room when I picked her up, I could tell she felt extremely comfortable around me and the carer. She must have been cared for very well! Will absolutely be boarding her here again.

Fantastic experience: RE: Dr. Shtuka I'm 37 years old. I've had two golden retreivers in my life. One who was CKC registered, and passed away at 9 years old from cancer of the spleen, the other who was bought out of the classifieds who is presently 9 years old, plays like a puppy, but has some signs of age. Dr.Shtuka has been my vet the entire 18 years. And to say I'm lucky, blessed and grateful is an understatement. She has been there with compassion, knowledge, respect and above all professionalism since the day I walked in that clinic as a first time 19 year-old pet owner. Shes talked me through surgeries, cancer, supplements, and answered every question I've ever had without judgement. Shes taught me how to raise and treat a dog, and above all how to give the best quality of life. I came here to say she's awesome. I've never felt rushed, or as I was wasting her time. She is hands down, the BEST vet in Regina. And I pray she continues to practice for years to come. Thank you Dr. Shtuka, for what you do for animals, and even more so for pet owners. I don't know what I would have done without you, and I'm eternally grateful.

Fantastic experience: Our boy got diagnosed with heart failure at a different vet. After a long exhausting night of confusion and worry we booked an appointment with Dr. McIntyre. She took the time to explain everything we were confused about (tests, diagnosis). and treated our boy with compassion and patience. I wasn’t pushed to do any other follow up tests but rather explained why they would be beneficial with no guilt upon saying no. Their prices are incredibly fair and I’ll never take one of my boys to another vet. The staff are amazing as well. I can’t give praise enough. It’s so nice to have someone who so genuinely cares about their job. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Good experience for their routine care, spay/neuter, and anything else that has come up more urgently. Great experiences so far and we'll continue to take our pets here!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic group of people. They were so compassionate today when we called as our Pet was dying and we needed to bring her in. They got us a spot very quickly but she passed away at home before we could get here there. They made sure we were ok and offered support if we needed it. They take care of all our pets and they treat them all as if they are their own. Thanks for the great service to our fur babies and their families.

Negative experience: I could hear the front desk staff and other employees hanging around the front desk laughing and having a good old time while my dog was going through the euthanization process the next room over. Extremely callous, insensitive, rude, and ignorant behavior from people that should know better. I went to leave before the process was over because I couldn't handle it, and the vet assistant saw me and literally chased me down and stopped me while I was completely distraught and said 'who's paying? You or her (my wife who was still with my dog)? She then went into the room to collect payment from my wife while she was completely distraught and the process was not yet even completed, as opposed to collecting payment before or after the process was over. Disgusting, unprofessional behavior!

Fantastic experience: We were very distressed and worried since we're taking our pets to Europe and our previous clinic ditched us last minute, saying they wouldn't be able to do it (even though they said they would a few days before). We went to the clinic to have consultations and have some forms filled and it was an amazing experience, the vet and staff were absolutely amazing, it was probably the best consultation we had with our pets, the vet explained lots of things to us and oriented us about the travel and also gave us other health advice for our pets. Filling the forms was definitely not fun to say the least, but Leah was extremely helpful and helped us on this distressful situation and it all ended up working out. It's just a shame we're moving otherwise we would definitely go back.

When we had to make the hardest decision of our lives it was heartbreaking and they helped us the best way possible to make it a smooth transition.
