Fantastic experience: Recently switched to Whitehills from another animal hospital in the Masonville area. The entire process has been excellent and I believe we are receiving first class care. Follow up has been great and the entire staff are courteous and caring, just what you want. I wish I had made the change years ago.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Whitehills Animal Hospital for 15 years now. The staff is so gentle and caring and the vet is very knowledgeable and spends time talking with me at every appointment about my pet.

Fantastic experience: My dog recently got diagnosed with Addison’s disease and the team at white hills could not have done more for us. Dr.Oster recognized the symptoms immediately which allowed them to get a confirmed diagnosis within 24hrs and start treatment in record time. With this being such a rare and difficult to diagnose disease, I’m can’t believe how quickly they were able to get my puppy back to normal. Thank you to everyone at white hills, you all made such a huge difference last week for Lady and us.

Fantastic experience: I have a traumatized 3 yr old terrier, and when she needs to go to WHitehills, I know she will be carefully handled so as not to increase her anxiety. Last week, Dr Parker sat on the floor beside Corey, just talked quietly to her, allowed her to get comfortable, and then addressed the cyst that had brought her in. Fantastic experience: Really wish I could give this clinic more than 5 stars. The care and service provided are wonderful and I'm confident having any of the veterinarians here see my dogs. Their service has always been fantastic but yesterday it was on an entirely different level. I had concerns about one of my dogs and was worried about GDV (bloat). They asked me to bring her up immediately where they did xrays and fortunately it wasn't GDV but the xray showed one concern and a physical examination found another area of concern that they helped with. This is a very busy clinic and another clinic might have told me to go to the emergency vet clinic, but they were willing to fit Skye in. Dr. Oster, you have no idea how much I appreciate you and your staff.

Fantastic experience: I love this place all my pets have gone here and they are treated like mini Royals. Staff and Dr.'s are incredibly helpful when you have to do stuff like collect your dogs urine. Such a wonderful place highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I love this place, and so do our dogs! Dr. Oster is so kind and great with my sister's cat. If you're looking for cat specific practice this is a wonderful one. He's always understanding of my budgetary restrictions, which i appreciate. Lately we've been seeing Dr. Christina Parker and my Chihuahua loves her. She's very kind and sends really detailed email follow-ups. Really appreciate that the vet actually sends those emails, it feels like they really care here. I recommend this vet office to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lam is great. She's been dealing with our labs arthritis (newly diagnosed) for over a year. Always takes time to answer any questions and explains things in a way you'll understand. Is mindful about your budget and sends referrals quickly. She's the only vet I'll have see our boy from now on. Front desk staff are great too!

Fantastic experience: Thanks to dr Parker who was our late dog Maks doctor for 12 years. The last few weeks of his life was difficult. We met dr Lam when Maks got really sick. She explained the treatment and was communicating with us on daily basis. Thanks Dr Lam. Staff at the clinic very professional caring and compassionate. Always return email snd phone calls. Dr Parker guided us through this difficult and painful process. I would highly recommend Whitehills Clinic.

Negative experience: I've tried multiple times to reach this vet clinic over the past week through phone calls, with no success. When I finally received a call back, I was told they are no longer accepting new patients—something that could have easily been posted on their website out of respect for pet owners' time. This was especially frustrating after seeing so many positive reviews on Google. A clinic with such a strong reputation should make the effort to communicate clearly and respectfully.

Fantastic experience: We would like to extend our gratitude to the outstanding team of professionals Dr. Oster, Dr. Lam, Dr.Parker, and Dr. Kushner, who provided compassionate and gentle care for Penny during her illness. Technicians Alonna, Maria, Katie, Kendra, Kaitlyn, and Paige demonstrated sensitivity and calmness in addressing Penny's nervousness. Receptionists Jessica R. Brittany, Marianne, and Jane responded promptly and courteously to my inquiries and requests for appointments. We appreciate the efforts of everyone involved in taking care of Penny's health.

Fantastic experience: I am convinced that Dr. Parker is the best vet one the area. I have followed her here from another clinic and am always impressed with the level of care she provides. Fantastic experience: They were very accommodating when my cat Blue was not feeling well. They had set up an appointment the same day I called in. They followed up to check in the next day if everything was okay. All the staff are amazing, friendly, understating and want nothing more but to make sure your pet will get in better health.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for seeing my cat Pookie Thursday morning (Dec 19, 2024) when I brought him in before you opened. He was in so much pain out of nowhere. Dr. Kushner saw him as soon as she arrived to the clinic and after a brief check of him, she immediately offered a shot of sedation to help calm him down and pain relief. Thank you for caring for him while he stayed at the clinic, and doing various thorough tests to determine the problem. Thank you for explaining what pancreatitis is and what can be done to help Pookie during this time. Thank you for the re-check appointment to determine if he was any better the following day (to which he was a bit), and making a plan for next time if this happens again. And finally, thank you for giving me enough medications to get him through the Christmas week and possibly into the New Year. A medical emergency was taken care of as swiftly, effectively and carefully as possible. Thank you.

I trust them 100%- no upselling, guilt trips. It's about my pet and what's best for them. I feel very fortunate to have them care for my fur babies, wouldn't trust anyone else. Dr Tom really went the extra mile with our geriatric dog, calling after hours on a long weekend to make sure she was OK. He is one in a million.

We have had animals for all 30 years of my life but we have finally found a vet clinic that makes us feel great when we have to make decisions. Fantastic experience: I started going to Whitehills in 2022 when Dr Parker left her old practice and decided to follow her. My dogs have seen her since she started being a vet at her very first practice back in 2013. I can’t say enough good things about her and Whitehills. Every vet I have seen there when my dogs were sick and we couldn’t see Dr Parker have been wonderful. She respects your decision as the pet owner and doesn’t force anything and listens to your concerns. My dogs absolutely love her.

Fantastic experience: After visiting 2 other vets Dr. Oster was the first one able to diagnose the cause of my cats limping back 5 years ago. I have been going to this vet since and more recently have seen Dr. Parker. They take so much time thoroughly assessing my cats and doing as much as they can to make them comfortable during the exam. Every time I have had an issue they offer multiple different treatment options and next steps that have included over the counter and home remedies. I’ve never felt pressure to do any sort of testing and have it explained why it is recommended and whether or not it can wait for another time. They also take the time to make thorough notes and recommendations based on the appointment that are shared with you. All around a great experience every time I’ve dealt with them the past 5 years.

I've been bringing my dog here for five years and have never had a negative experience. They've always taken the time to answer my questions and have done a wonderful job with my dog. Knowing how anxious my dog gets at the vet is often stressful, so I appreciated the staff trying different methods to help calm her. Fantastic experience: From booking and attending our first ever appointment at Whitehills Animal Hospital, everyone was professional and very welcoming. We were long term customers of a vet clinic in London, that sadly had turn over with staff and leaving us with horrible experiences. I was hesitant to start over wondering if it would be worse. From the second we walked in and the way we were treated; my expectations were quciky met and exceeded. I was delighted and Honey was calm and curious. Initially Honey was reluctant to enter the exam room, the staff patiently and quickly won her over. They had all of Honey’s previous medical records from our previous vet clinic entered in their system. They went through it all with us, thoroughly. Small things in life are huge. When staff and /or Dr Parker entered the room. They did so with a quiet turn of the handle followed with a gentle door opening. There was no startle affect. Honey was calm the whole time. Dr Parker is AMAZING! She clearly loves her job and it shows. She goes above and beyond her job in how she handles your pets and their owners. What impressed me a lot was that Dr Parker was able to answer all my questions with facts and with confidence. There was no hesitations in her answers/info and she made sure that I understood. She was more then respectful when I explained how we care for Honey in regards to her diet. She provided her insight and did not make me feel that I was doing something wrong because it wasn’t “ their way”. Dr Parker was awesome in how she examined and administered any dose to Honey. She treated Honey to her needs. This made for a great overall experience. I left feeling really good with the info I was provided and a happy dog. I also noticed after the exam, how staff interacted with other customers. Everyone was super nice and happy.

Fantastic experience: We've been taking pets here for over 20 years, and each one has been well-cared for. Incredible staff! There is one beautiful moment that stands out to me as most representative of the care that WHA offers... When our elderly Black Lab/German Shep., Zamba, had to be put down, the vet came to our home. He gave us the gift of sending Zamba home in a warm, well-known, and loving way instead of in a cold, clinical setting. She died in her favourite spot, in her blanket, held in my Mama's loving arms. We will be eternally grateful for that gift.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were all quick to answer any questions I had with regard to my new puppy, Norman. Because Norman is so young, Norman and I have been to Whitehills Animal Hospital several times for vaccines and other minor puppy concerns over the past few months. Each and every time we visit, we are treated with friendly faces, and true professionals. Although, as I said earlier, the entire staff is, in a word, "awesome," I must give special shout out to Dr. Lam... who has been Norman's prime Vet since day one. She is very thorough and explains everything in great detail... whether it's a concern I may have brought up, or how to care for a puppy in general - she's one of the best!! The receptionist, Brittany, was extremely kind over the phone and helped to alleviate some of my anxiety. Dr. Lam was so compassionate and caring towards Sprout and I. She laid out my options, explained everything I needed to know and let me choose what I wanted to do with that information. 100% recommend the team here at Whitehills Sprout is already feeling better :)

Fantastic experience: We can not recommend Dr. Oster and his team more highly. They took amazing care of our dog for close to 13 years both regular checkups and a couple of emergencies. Everyone in the clinic over the years has been wonderful but Dr. Oster is a special person. He is thorough, and takes the time to explain exactly what is happening, alleviating stress and worry in both the family and pet. He is an animal whisperer and approaches his job with compassion, gentleness and a clear love of animals.

Fantastic experience: After many years with another Veterinarian hospital, there was a change of ownership from a veterinarian-owned clinic to a corporate-owned clinic. The changeover was chaotic and there was a marked failure to provide the necessary level of care. We decided to make a change which always has its risks. We booked an appointment with Whitehills Animal Clinic which is still veterinarian-owned with a full staff of veterinarians, vet-techs and reception. Our first visit was amazing in every way with every interaction and every point of contact. Most impressive was the obvious research Dr. Parker completed on our dog’s history and her understanding as to our needs. She was caring, cost sensitive and efficient. The final report was detailed and gave us a thorough grasp on our way forward. This hospital is an energetic, positive and above all professional place to bring our pet.

Fantastic experience: My dog has had many puzzling health problems over the years, and the staff at Whitehills Animal Hospital have been consistently helpful. The latest problem involved emergency care on a long weekend, followed by surgery a few days later; the vet stayed three hours past closing time on the weekend to make sure that my dog was out of danger! I really appreciate the dedication and genuine care that the staff has. I never feel pressured to pay for unnecessary treatments, and they have been very good at explaining possible treatment routes when my dog’s diagnosis was unclear. What a team!

Fantastic experience: Team Whitehills do an outstanding job in so many ways! Our Millie, is a Beagle and when she was younger, she didn't like her nails trimmed. Fantastic experience: All my childhood pets have been patients here and now as an adult all my pets are patients here. We have never had any issues and they are always very accommodating! Today my anxious and dog reactive shepherd went in for his yearly check up, they were very understanding with him and even brought a machine to let me pay in the examination room as to not make my boy wait in the lobby. It was a small service that meant a lot to me and him! Highly recommend if you are looking for a vet and crew that truly care about their animals friends :)

Fantastic experience: I've had many animal hospitals over the years with different pets. Often it is just the veterinarian you notice and think about. Yes, Dr. Tom is a wonderful and caring vet. Tom has put together an incredible team to support you and your pet from pre-arrival to departure. They all contribute to exceptional care and support, even at the most difficult times when your pet has come to its end. Tom and his team know what you and your pet need, even when you might not. I would strongly recommend Whitehills, if they have openings.
