Fantastic experience: I just want to say thank you to all the staff that attended and looked after our 11 month Puppy Beaux. We felt very comfortable, leaving him in your care and expertise and are very grateful for being able to bring him home. He is very happy to be home and is on the mend. Thank you again for all your care and compassion.

Negative experience: Successful surgery, but unacceptable communication and care!!! While the surgery itself was successful, our experience with this hospital was incredibly distressing. For a $5,000 deposit, I expected professional communication and basic hygiene for my pet, neither of which were provided. Lack of Communication & Professionalism: After paying the deposit at 4:00 PM, I was told my dog would be taken back for surgery immediately. When I called to check in at 7:30 PM, they hadn't even started. I felt completely out of the loop. When I called again at 8:30 PM, I was told they were "having trouble putting him under." Concerningly, I met another owner in the parking lot the next day who was told the exact same thing about her pet. This raises serious questions about their anesthesia protocols. Poor Post-Op Care: When we finally picked him up, he was covered in his own diarrhea and smelled terrible. He clearly had an accident in his kennel and was left to sit in it. Because he cannot have a bath for two weeks due to his incisions, he now has to live with this on his skin. For the amount of money spent, I am shocked that the vet techs didn't take the time to carefully clean him before discharge. Rude Staff: The receptionist and vet techs lacked any semblance of "bedside manner." When I asked for a breakdown and explanation of the final bill, the staff became defensive and rude. A successful medical outcome does not excuse a total lack of empathy and basic cleanliness. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this facility to others who expect transparent, compassionate care for their pets.

Fantastic experience: We didnt know when we went in that our five year old dog wouldnt leave with us but the vet staff and vet were so incredibly kind. Through the worst day. The vet was honest, gave us all the facts and allowed us space to do whatever we needed to, to allow our dog to pass on. Im very grateful to them , thank you for your compassion to Scout and the hand written note we received in the mail.

Negative experience: I took my dog to the emergency room at 3:00 a.m. I understand that emergency cases require waiting one’s turn; however, after several hours, we were charged $293.80 for an emergency exam without my dog having been seen by a doctor. By 6:30 a.m., there had still been no medical assessment, and I had to leave to take my son and husband home. My husband returned at 8:20 a.m., and only then was our dog attended to. While the staff was courteous, charging an emergency fee without providing timely care is concerning. Additionally, bloodwork was performed and billed at $292.16 based on a suspected uterine issue, despite my dog being spayed. The invoice lists her as “Female Intact,” which is inaccurate and suggests an error in her medical records. The final diagnosis was vaginal irritation. Given this outcome, I am concerned that certain tests may not have been clinically necessary and that these decisions significantly increased the cost of the visit without clear justification. The medical decisions authorized by Dr. Parth Patel contributed to this situation and warrant further review. I came in with a very positive experience, but this situation significantly affected my trust and overall .

Negative experience: They are an emergency vet but no one is available to help with ultrasound for my fur baby. Unreliable and untrustworthy clinic

Fantastic experience: Took our 4 month old yellow lab Oakley on emergency for the first time because he thought running away from us and swallowing a plushie duck wing he bit off was a great idea. Oh boy. Dr Jasmine and all the staff prior who took his information were very prompt with the situation. Once Oakley left our arms they had the toy back out in maybe 25 mins. They were very kind, informative, prompt and overall a great experience you’d want from someone taking care of our furry friend. Good work ladies.

Fantastic experience: My Dog just had his TPLO sugary done today. All the staff (receptions, technicians, doctors) has been super nice, professional, and patient with us. I really appreciate all the hard work they have put into getting my dog better! ❤️

Fantastic experience: It's taken me a while to write this, but in October, 2025. I brought my 14 year old Pekingese mix here on the advice of my family vet as she wouldn't eat or drink anything and needed IV fluids. Unfortunately after an ultrasound, we found out that she had multiple tumors and other issues. I had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to my girl. I took her home and then brought her back here to be euthanized. My experience with this hospital could not have been better. Everything was explained to me very thoroughly by all staff at every step in the process. Everyone was extremely caring and compassionate. I was given plenty of time to say goodbye to my girl. Nothing was rushed. It was a very emotional time, and the staff at this hospital made it as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciate it.

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE FOR ANYTHING!! They take advantage of you being in an emotional state to take your money. My husband called to find out how much euthanasia for a cat would be. The receptionist told him it would be $135 plus another $50, so $185 total. After confirming it was only $185, decided that we would take the cat there. We got there, filled out paperwork and took the cat to the back room. (The staff in the back were nice.) Once everything was done we returned to the front desk for our final bill and SURPRISE, its $429. The receptionist confirmed that she was the one that talked to my husband on the phone. She then said she “assumed we knew” the cost, even though she quoted the $185. This company should be ashamed that their business is ran this way. You take total advantage of people in vulnerable and emotional states. It is such shitty behaviour to INTENTIONALLY LIE to people like that, especially when they are already upset from the situation they’re in. I will be reporting this to the BBB. Again, DO NOT USE THIS VET/HOSPITAL.

Fantastic experience: We made the drive in from St.Thomas with our sick dog. I think we knew deep down inside she wouldn't be coming back with us:( The moment we walked in I noticed the cleanliness of the facility. The professionalism, and compassion towards us was unbelievable. They took our Aries immediately and made her comfortable for imaging. We were explained of her situation, the pros and cons of surgery and did not pressure us at all. When we made our decision we didn't feel guilty or what if..... They brought her into the room all tucked in comfortably in a blanket on a wagon. She was very comfortable and so were we. We had a private moment with before the doctor came. We laid with her until she peacefully left us. The staff at this facility are the kindest, trustworthy, heartfelt people I have ever met in an animal hospital. Thank you too all who took care of our beloved Aries. Also, thank you sooo much for the beautiful card and words you sent too us. Always in our hearts Rick, Kim and the late Aries Koch❤️❤️❤️

Negative experience: I would recommend avoiding this veterinary hospital unless there are truly no other options. On October 29, my cat was having a medical emergency and this was the first emergency vet hospital that came up on my google search so I rushed her here. The vet who was working that evening was Dr. Peter Tadrous and I have never met a vet with poorer bedside manner than Dr. Tadrous. Unfortunately, my kitty passed away on the drive to the hospital and was dead on arrival. Dr. Tadrous came to pronounce her dead and when he entered the room, he did not acknowledge me or speak a single word to me. He simply told the vet techs she was dead and immediately left the room. This was the worst evening of my life and my 5 year old cat who was previously healthy died unexpectedly and Dr. Tadrous did not even acknowledge my existence or explain to me what might have happened to my cat. I understand there may have been other emergencies, but he could have at least treated me like a person, expressed his condolences, and taken 1 minute to talk to me. I was there for almost an hour, so I imagine he must have had several free minutes during that time because the hospital did not appear busy. The following day I called my own vet to get an understanding of what might have happened to my cat, and she went above and beyond to talk everything through with me and was able to do what Dr. Tadrous failed to do. Overall very disappointed in the service I received and it made an already awful night even worse. I am only giving 2 stars because the vet techs were kind.

Positive experience: We came to this emergency clinic after my dog was attacked by another dog. It was an incredibly stressful, emotional situation, and we were there late into the night. The veterinarian was truly wonderful. They were kind, informative, patient, and took excellent care of my dog. I felt confident in their medical expertise and appreciated how clearly everything was explained during such a difficult moment. Because of the vet alone, my dog received the care he needed and is recovering. Unfortunately, the experience was completely undermined by the front desk staff. The woman working the front desk was rude, dismissive, and lacked even the most basic compassion. In an emergency vet setting, people are arriving scared, exhausted, and heartbroken over injured or sick pets. A complete absence of empathy in that role is unacceptable. The way we were spoken to added unnecessary stress to an already traumatic situation and honestly tainted what should have been a supportive environment. Front desk staff in an emergency clinic need emotional intelligence and kindness. If that isn’t something they can offer, this is not the right place for them to work. I am grateful for the veterinarian’s care, but management seriously needs to address the front desk experience. It matters more than they may realize

Negative experience: Brought a very injured suffering raccoon to this clinic last night around 9pm to be euthanized - I called prior and was advised I could bring him here - also confirmed with multiple wildlife resources and OPP as well. The two girls working the front desk last night were completely prepared to turn me away and did not want to take him in, even after I expressed how he is suffering. The one girl advised they don’t take wildlife and expected me to leave with this raccoon with no further info. I asked her if they’ve ever taken wildlife before and she said yes, I then again told her I called and was advised by multiple places to bring to this vet. She tried again to turn me away and said sorry can’t help you. It wasn’t only until I pushed back further she decided to go and check in back with someone. She then sauntered back over to me and said okay we can take him. Absolutely unacceptable. This poor animal! At this point I was pretty upset and said this is ridiculous that you would turn me away. Then the other girl started chiming in and said a phone call to LACC for consent was required and they were all of a sudden well versed in the process to admit the animal. When I asked them why they didn’t just do this in the beginning instead of going back and forth for 10 min and trying to get me to leave, they said there was a breakdown in communication. As an EMERGENCY vet the front staff should be doing everything in their power to HELP not turn people with their animals away. Especially animals that are severely suffering, wild or not. I hope the facility manager sees this and contacts me if further information required. The lady who did help from the back, I think her name was Jenn? FANTASTIC. Empathetic and not rushy like the two girls on front desk. THANK YOU.

Fantastic experience: I am so very thankful for our recent experience at London regional vets. My pet and I were treated with care each step of the way.

Fantastic experience: During the most difficult time as a pet owner, when you know your pets time with you has come to an end you could never ask for a more warm, kind and genuinely empathetic staff then those at London Regional Emerg Hospital. They allowed us as much time as we wanted in a private comfortable room and even brought in a cozy blanket for my best buddy Jake (Australian shepherd). Jake is 15 and suffering from many ailments so we knew we couldn’t keep being selfish keeping him. The staff explained in a quiet soft tone of every step that would be undertaken. When it was jakes time, they allowed Jake to stay with his head on my lap on the floor. The process was completed with the doctor on the floor as well as assisting staff. Every person was so compassionate. Even provided me with Jakes paw print, nose print and small glass vial of his hair. So eventhough the doctor is a Rangers supporter and I am completely Celtic we let that pass as his kindness, patience and compassion easily won me over haha. THANK YOU to all staff for your kindness during this horrible step as a pet owner. Hugs to every one of you ❤️

Fantastic experience: Wow, my husband and I are so incredibly grateful for this staff! Dr. Blackwell and Dr. Peter were very compassionate, informative, and advocated the best they could for our sweet furry baby, Mac. The techs were helpful and went above and beyond in their support! Reception was always friendly. Everyone loves these animals and wants the best care for them. Our Irish setter was here in May and then again in Dec, and those who had cared for him before remembered him. We cannot express our grateful and thanks enough for this team!!

Fantastic experience: Every member of the staff we interacted with were kind, caring and patient. We visited the Emergency Clinic on December 26th, driving an hour from out of town. We began the day with a call to the Clinic to inquire about holiday hours and any pre-registration requirements. The receptionist was calm and patient while answering our questions. Upon arrival we were welcomed and given a rundown of the facility and what to expect during our visit. The Veterinarian Doctor we saw was Ewain Allen and he was excellent. He explained potential causes for our visit and what tests would be needed and what our options were. At every step results were explained in depth to us, Dr Ewain would always ask if we had any questions, and costs were discussed up front. We got to bring our boy home today and we are so very thankful for the care and attention we received. We never felt rushed or pressured about any decisions. I don't know about the other Veterinarians here, but if Dr Ewain is your vet, consider your loved one in good hands.

Negative experience: Been here well over an hour, how long does it take for a vet to pick up a file at an emergency vet? Idk but too long at this place.

Jessica McEachern Posted on Google 4 months ago

Fantastic experience: I visited this clinic yesterday evening after a stressful weekend of tending to a very sick cat and had to make the difficult decision of putting her to sleep. Dr.Nick (I didn’t catch his last name) was incredibly kind and understanding of my situation and provided me with several options, but ultimately supported my choice to end her suffering. He was very informative and professional throughout the entire process but also went out of his way to be comforting and compassionate. The rest of the staff were so sweet and accommodating as well. I’d highly recommend visiting this clinic if you’re ever worried about your fur babies. They’ll be in great hands :)

Negative experience: Only looking to charge you money not for the wellbeing of your pet . Front desk people are not welcoming either . Not offering solutions juts money money money ! Worst animal emergency hospital . Don’t go there if you want a real solution for your four legged kid!

Negative experience: Brought my dog in for bloody vomit, it was 2 hrs before we were seen by the vet tech for triage, then another hour and a half before the vet came in.....then another 2 hours for them to examine her and do trays, they suggested kenneling her with them and surgery to rule out obstruction.....follow up with normal vet and it most likely is stress

Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in the door reception made sure they had all the information required and made us comfortable. Dr Jennifer was amazing with Ruby and ordered some bloodwork after a thorough examination. Our little Ruby was diagnosed with pancreatitis and an inflamed liver. Dr Jennifer prescribed some medications and explained everything in detail and forwarded to our veterinarian. Our little senior girl was feeling much better by the time we arrived home. We would highly recommend London Regional Veterinary Emergency and so happy with all staff and the service and support they provided.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I’ll be dog grooming nearby starting November 3. Low capacity daycare and boarding as well. Glad to know there’s an emergency vet nearby, though thankfully I haven’t had any emergencies in my seven years grooming. I’ll be near Maitland and Simcoe Streets. I’m offering the best prices in town. I’m already open for appointments. Search “Best Value Dog Care Services for my contact info.” I look forward to coming in to say “hi.” Do you happen to have a bulletin board that I can leave a poster or business card on? Thank you,

Negative experience: I called the night of the 29th of September around 950ish in the evening and the lady I spoke to was the most ignorant person Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with & I wish I had the right headspace to ask her name because she should not be working here. I called when my senior dog lost motor function and had muscle loss in the whole lower half of her body & was told unless she was actually dying not to bother because of "costs and long wait times" so unfortunately we had to make her wait until the morning of the 30th for her vet to put her down as she was beyond the point of saving. DO NOT bring your animals here at any cost because it's clear they only care about how much money they can gouge from you. This is a disgusting practice when people who are coming here are dealing with enough bs & shouldn't have to put up with this.

Cheryl Posted on Google 6 months ago

Negative experience: I spoke to a person name Mallory. She was the most ignorant person I have ever spoken to you before she shouldn't be doing her job. My dog was dying and I asked her a question and she was so ignorant and belligerent I'm so disgusted. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. Then I asked to talk to a higher up person and the same person was just as ignorant.. But when you're dealing with your best friend dying you don't need people like this that are inconsiderate of it I guess. Honestly don't bring your pets to this place because they are inconsiderate people. I understand they make money off of people that have to bring their pets to the vet on a 24-hour emergency they should be more considerate to the people that are coming there and calling. It was so important for me to write this post for my little friend of 15 years that is dying and these people wouldn't even tell me if she was having an elliptic attack or not. These people should be closed down. The vet that owns this place obviously is not compassionate to pets it's a cash cow for him. I'm disgusted! This place should be boycotted! I'm sure I'm not the first person to say This

Positive experience: I've recently had both my dogs, at different times to the VEC, with the same aliment. They both received wonderful care from all the different veterinarians we dealt with, the numerous vet techs and office staff. With the exception of one vet tech - thus the less than perfect score. My dog was very ill and while trying to explain something to this one tech, I was interrupted, talked over and dismissed. She was rude and arrogant. She has no compassion, no empathy or care for either the patient nor their owner. When I asked her to let me finish speaking, she told me she didn't have to deal with the situation, stomping around the room, through the blood and mess and stormed through the door. My dog was staggering, falling over, bloody at both ends. She just didn't care.

Fantastic experience: Had to rush my cat in due to ongoing issues following pancreatitis. The staff were very sweet and wonderful, especially when I was emotional. Dr Orjuela was very considerate and took great care of her. He was also the Dr that had to put down our family cat in July, and he was wonderful then too. Yes, there will be a wait, but it’s a busy place with lots of different situations happening at once. They have water, free coffee and a vending machine to access while you wait which is very helpful. Thanks for all the help!

Kira Metselaar Posted on Google 7 months ago

Negative experience: My cat had a bowl obstruction, the first response was to euthanize him (only his vitals were taken! No xray or ultrasound!!) Clearly not an option. When I could not pay 4500$ for surgery, or 700$ to dislodge bowls... I was told that animal services will come and take him away. Not kidding! DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!!! My cat is sound asleep in his bed, breathing normally, drinking water. Wow. I have reported this vet. What a terrifying experience. I could have come home without my baby, as I am sure many others have.

Fantastic experience: Just had a visit for what we suspected was a blockage for my almost year old puppy. We received prompt service as it was not busy. Every staff member we interacted with was kind. Dr Juan explained all our options and risks very clearly to us and gave us space to make decisions. I’m really over the moon with the service after going to Cambridge so many times. Very thankful for all the employees there.

Jesse Proctor Posted on Google 8 months ago

Positive experience: Had my cat put down there. They was great. From the receptionist to the vet they was very nice and sympathetic to the ordeal.

Kyla Johnson Posted on Google 8 months ago

Negative experience: Scott, it seems to be that you are the one to discuss your clients' experiences. I would appreciate if we could have a chat regarding my experience at your clinic on the evening of August 4th.

terry green Posted on Google 8 months ago

Negative experience: My 2 stars are for the staff because I thought the people I interacted with were wonderful. I took my dog in on the weekend because he wasn’t doing well. I initially went to another clinic where I had X-rays done etc ($1200). We were referred to this clinic as he would need surgery. I’m grateful that he lived however the cost was $9300. That would have been fine ( it was a choice I made). After surgery he had a drainage tube. This tube was removed on day 3 in hospital despite them telling me they were still seeing quite a bit of drainage. Fast forward a week later he developed a large mass of fluid. When I called the clinic they said it would be another $117 to see him. My own vet ended up having to go in and replace the drain. They also wrapped him to support the area. A week later he’s almost healed. It’s pretty upsetting that for $9300 there’s no responsibility to follow up. I don’t think it’s about the staff as much as the poor money making business model. CBC marketplace did an article about corporations taking over these places and making them money making machines.

Fantastic experience: I've had to bring two pets to this animal hospital recently, and during both visits the staff were absolutely incredible. I've had the experience of having the staff diagnose, treat and discharge a pet on medications, as well as the experience of having to say goodbye to a pet quite suddenly. During both visits, the front desk staff, vet techs, and vets were all incredibly compassionate, knowledgable and very upfront about pricing and what they can and cannot do. I was impressed with how much choice we were given in regards to what end of life care for our pet would look like, and will forever be grateful that the staff were kind and thoughtful but not all overbearing. I felt supported but not surveilled or treated as "fragile" while grieving, and was touched by how gentle and thoughtful they were with our pet.

Philippa Gammon Posted on Google 8 months ago

Negative experience: Ummm an emergency clinic too busy to see a dog! an unwell dog who had ultrasounds done there. They actually said they were at capacity! What a sad state London is in. Our regular vet for the last thirteen years actually told us to take him there.

charles Hawkins Posted on Google 9 months ago

Negative experience: Ive had the unfortunate experience of having the try and deal with this clinic and its a nightmare. All the staff ive delt with were incredibly rude and dismissive of my pets issues. They are miserable and jaded people who seem like theyre there to refuse you service for whatever host of reasons they can come up with, with some ataff contradicting others. This the type of place that makes you feel like your pet is least important thing going on. They had the nerve to tell me my pet didnt look that bad . They denied him help and told me to drive to guelph with him on deaths door If i hadnt had the help of my vet in dorchester, hed actually have died due to an internal blockage Don't go here unless its your ABSOLUTE last resort and even then, you need to plan on where youre going to go after when theyve given you the worst assistance they possibly can

Positive experience: Hours of waiting until the doctor came to talk with us after the vitals checked. I was told that they have been waiting for my vet to forward Leonardo's file. That was a very unnecessary and useless process. What will be happen if was Saturday and my vet is closed until Monday??? If, I didn't have a vet the process will be faster with two hours. After receiving the file from my vet the doctor came and asked me about Leonardo's past, and recommended blood test Results came in half hour and we doctor recommended hydration and medication.

Negative experience: Our dog came into the clinic around 7:00 pm and was completely ignored by the vet on staff. Between myself, my son and my wife we waited over 10 hours. This used to be a good place but I think it’s been run by new vets. Apparently they can tell what is priority and what isn’t without even looking at your pet. If I could leave a 0 star I would. I believe they are picking and choosing.

Tina Dickenson Posted on Google 9 months ago

Negative experience: I called them at 4:45am to ask if they were busy and was told “not at the moment” so I took my very sick dog and arrived there at 5:30am to then be told there was no vet on staff until 7:00am. I waited until 9:30 in a room and left as I managed to get an appt elsewhere. Not sure why they wouldn’t have disclosed during my phone call that they did not have a vet as someone had called in sick. Terrible lack of transparency

Negative experience: I recently moved to London so I have yet to find a vet. Several people (other local vets) told me to take my cat here for emergency services, I even called prior and the message system said to bring your pet in for emergencies. I went but was denied service. As I was crying at the front desk with my sick cat, I was told by reception that I could use their waiting room to call other vets in town and ask for an emergency appointment. I ended up having to drive an hour and a half to my prior vet for emergency services.

Fantastic experience: We had to unfortunately say goodbye to our much loved family member yesterday. It was sudden so we had to visit the Emergency Vet Clinic on Adelaide Street. We had never been there before, so didn’t know what to expect. What we experienced was professional, polite, caring staff from the reception desk back to the exam room. The technicians were wonderful, as was Dr Whitehead. Dr. Whitehead performed an examination of our dog and explained everything to us, along with different scenarios. When we were ready, we returned to the clinic. Both the technician and Dr. Whitehead were caring, kind and compassionate. Thank you to everyone for being so wonderful at such a difficult time.

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our Sasha to Dr. Woods for a few years now and she is amazing. Her compassion and caring is amazing. She is so gentle and knowledgeable, and listens to every little thing we tell her about Sasha. Thanks to Dr. Woods for all she does for us. Robin(CS) also has been amazing, whenever I call her she always looks into my issues and makes sure to answer all my questions. The Vet techs and front desk staff are so helpful and caring whenever we have to visit or need anything. Brenda, Tom and Sasha

Negative experience: I brought my cat in a couple weeks ago, I called on the phone prior to heading out as it's a 45-50 minute drive one way to London. I strongly suspected my cat had a urinary blockage, so I called to see what the verdict was even though I know a male cat blockage is extremely serious, life-threatening even. Whoever was on the phone didn't seem too helpful, let alone like they could give any sort of actual advice other than "come if you want". My home vet isn't 24h so it was a toss between London or Brant Norfolk, how I wish we chose to go to Brantford instead. We waited about two hours before anyone even came to see us and when we did finally get to see a vet he didn't seem to urgently concerned about my cat. When we finally got testing done and a urinary catheter my cat kept blocking the catheter so obviously this was a serious issue, why no one seemed too concerned before that actually baffles me. Just to send him home and trust the catheter would not block again (it likely would have), was around 2k. Keeping him for a night and doing more tests was estimated to be over double that amount. Finally, when it was known my cat needed a cystotomy due to the severity of his condition, the vet gave us the estimate of 8-10k. The absolute shock and horror of this is appalling and made me feel genuinely sick, I swear this clinic is in it for the money. I understand having a 24h emergency vet is going to cost more, but I cannot fathom the amount of times other pet owners have had to let their animals go due to this issue here. Cherry on top, picking up my cat the next day I get a call halfway home to say the staff have forgotten to give me my cats collar. I genuinely have no idea how this could've possibly been allowed to happen in the first place. He came in with his own crate with his name on it (that they removed for some reason) and somehow no one thought of just attaching his collar to the crate? Leaving it inside? They also have this "credit loan" or whatever it truly is, even if you're strapped for money, do not go through with whatever this is. They want 29.9% interest on whatever they can give you. So essentially they wanted me to somehow come up with around 10k with about half of it as a down payment before we left the building. 10k for TWO days, surgery, meds etc. My vet did all of this, keeping my cat to be extra safe for 5 days, for 2k. Almost the same amount of money I had to pay to even leave for that night, which had been about 5 hours since arriving. The only good thing about this vet in my experience are the staff. They're incredibly friendly and the two ladies who did my intake on the night I first arrived were incredibly kind. As much as it made me feel like the vet attending to my cat didn't seem to think things were too serious at first, he was doing the best he could and I can appreciate that. If you can, I'd recommend skipping this emergency vet and going to the Brant Norfolk one instead.

Fantastic experience: Our dog got referred here for his anal gland removal surgery. We were nervous as it is such a delicate surgery and can have complications but the vet team was so amazing and helped us feel at ease. The receptionists were great at reminders and helping us book, and the rest of the team was amazing at communication after surgery, how our dog was through the night, meds and home care etc. They went over everything with detail and answered any questions and took such good care of our boy. His surgery went smoothly with no complications and we’re so thankful to Dr. Adair and all the vet techs and everyone for their amazing work ❤️

Fantastic experience: My dog collapsed and I called here and they were instantly very receptive to allowing me to bring him here. Unfortunately his condition was more severe than I thought and we had to put him down. But the team here managed to make one of the worst days of my life smooth and bearable . They are very professional and kind. I thank the receptionist for being so caring and making sure to get a paw print from my dog . And I think Dr. Sabrina for being very professional, skillful, knowledgeable , and courteous as she went through the process of treating my dog. You guys are angels.

Negative experience: Heartbreaking Experience – No Sense of Urgency in a Clear Emergency I brought my dog to this clinic at 9 PM because she was struggling to breathe and had a persistent cough. This was clearly an emergency, but there was absolutely no sense of urgency from the staff. We were there until 4 AM, during which time they attempted to sedate her for x-rays—three times. She fought the sedation each time, and despite all of that, no x-rays were ever taken, and no oral exam was done. Little to no communication was given to myself as the concerned pet owner during this extremely long wait period. After hours of waiting and stress, the vet told me she was “not overly concerned” and said my dog seemed stable. Wanting to avoid further distress to my dog, I made the heartbreaking decision to take her home and booked an appointment with a different vet whom was considering it an emergency for the morning. Sadly, she never lived to see that morning appointment. She died within 3 hours of leaving the clinic. This was clearly an emergency, and I fully believe it was not handled with the seriousness or care it required. I’m devastated and left wondering if she might still be alive had she received proper, timely treatment. I would never trust this clinic with the life of a pet again.

Negative experience: Hellish experience from start to finish, been here 11 hours and $2000.00 for an xray and blood sample, no staff around, one vet, dog is a wreck, why it has "emergency" in the name is a mystery, worst experience as a pet owner I've ever had. Absolutely brutal

Negative experience: Note: This review is based on my experience calling the vet. I didn't opt to go because the 2 minute experience was so bad I needed to warn people. I've called emergency vets before. Pretty much all of them will give some sort of triage over the phone, indicating whether or not you should monitor your dog or bring them in. It seems like it's standard practice. We were in a situation where we were thinking we might need to bring our dog in after hours. It was almost at the coin flip stage of things. When I called this hospital it felt like I was an inconvenience. I asked if they could do a basic triage of the situation: "Unfortunately legally we can't". Red flag #1. I asked if they could give me a rough estimate of the wait times assuming my dog's situation is somewhat severe: "Unfortunately we can't. You're more than welcome to come in." Red flag #2 At this point I'm just flabbergasted at how curt and rude this woman is. I ask if she can give me ANYTHING. "Are we talking 1hr? Are we talking 12hrs?" Her reply? "Yep it could be. Anywhere in that range." Red flag #3. I gave up, called the emergency vet in my hometown and they assessed the situation and said to monitor. London Regional feels like it's clearly in it for the money. That's it. Based on my experience and other reviews I've read it's clear the people running this place are either a mix of money hungry, disorganized or flat out in the wrong industry. I feel for anyone who lives in the Greater London Area and has to rely on these guys for after hours help. What an absolute joke. You should be ashamed.

Negative experience: Sadly our visit to this clinic was very long and not very pleasant. My husband and I took our beautiful Lucy (dog) to the clinic Easter Sunday. We knew going in that she had a stroke, all her symptoms were similar to our previous dog that did have a stroke. We stated that we felt this was happening. The entire staff told us we were wrong and it was a weed ingestion. No matter what we said they just kept saying "we seen this before and your dog has ingested weed." Husband asked them to stop with the weed but they kept insisting. We just wanted to leave and get our dog home and have some calm quiet time before we brought her to our own vet the next day to put her down. We agreed to Lucy getting some fluids by a needle and then anti nausea meds. Not to a urine test. My husband paid the bill after all the stuff was done we left. Other people were in the clinic, my dog was trying to walk /run out the dog to leave(was shaking the whole time we were there). I stated the other people there as one of the worker says loudly "see it was just weed.". She may be a dog but where is the respect and confidentially. I finally was able to review the invoice. I was charged for treatment that I did not want. Called about and was told it was even on the chart we did not want the urine test. On Monday we put our beloved dog down at the regular vet explained what happened and our vet agreed that what was occuring was not from weed as she is 10 years it sounds and looks like a stroke that has caused some paralysis in the hind legs. He and his staff apologized for the treatment from the first place. My dog was not scared (she hated going to the vets). And was calm and ready to go. I would not recommend the London Regional veterinary to anyone and if I get another pet I would avoid them if I can. I would also recommend everyone recheck your invoice. You may have billed for services you did not want like us.

Fantastic experience: We have been here twice and both times have had a great experience considering the circumstances. We find the staff to be caring and honest. They have an extremely hard job and we appreciate all of there hard work.

Negative experience: Took our dog here at 4pm because he’s been pooping blood and vomiting blood for multiple days and has now refused food and water all day and is lethargic. We got checked in at 4pm, and then waited until 8:30pm and still hadn’t even been seen by anyone. We were originally told “worst case scenario there will be another vet here at 6pm and then you’ll be seen”. We asked multiple times about when he is going to be seen and they wouldn’t give us any answer. My dad ended up leaving at 9pm after 5 hours waiting and having absolutely nothing done. They even tried to charge their $260 consultation fee and my dad refused thankfully. I get that this is a triage system but to just sit your patient in a tiny room for hours on end and not say a single word to them is pretty awful, especially when their symptoms are possibly life threatening. We are now back to square one and will have to seek out other veterinary care from an actual capable establishment.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this place at all.... On Tuesday night we arrived at 9:15 pm got checked in and was put in a room and waited for the doctor to look at our dog, we were put in the Que, and told most severe to least severe are looked at. We saw dogs go up and down the aisle but not once did anyone come and check on us. At 2:15 am we couldn't take it anymore, so we asked the receptionist how much longer and she said our papers have not even been looked at yet. So we paid what we owed for them to check our dog at the beginning and left. We then took our precious little girl to our vet in the morning and she passed 8 hours later. I'm not saying anything could of been done, but to leave people in a six by six room for hours and not even check on them or give an update of how long it might be is ridiculous.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to take a moment to thanks the vet tech & vet who helped us as we made the difficult decision to put our 15yr old cat Dexter down today. It was the first time my wife and our 15yr old autistic daughter had gone through this and they gave us all the time in the world with him while explaining every step of the process clearly and ensured that she understood how things were going to happen, we could not afford an extra $500 for a private creamation/urn but were not pressured or made to feel like monsters when we had to opt against that part. Thank you for making one of the hardest & worst days a pet guardian can have a little bit easier. Dexter was treated with care!

Fantastic experience: They were very quick at getting my dog Noelle in for surgery. She needed both legs done for TPLO. Katee Adair has done the first surgery and it's like a miracle how well it's gone. They were totally honest about all costs, gave us complete info on the procedure, and looked after Noelle to the highest standards. We never found anyone who wasn't eager to help. Having a pet hospital open 24/7 in case of emergency is a godsend and a very big part of our choice. Definitely a well deserved 5 stars

Negative experience: Unless they consider your dog extremely urgent don't expect to see a vet for a long time. I knew something was not right with my dog but they deemed another dog more important while I waited on a cold hard floor with my 9 year old German Shepherd for over 4 hours before I decided to leave as I was told it wouldn't be anytime soon before seeing a vet. My dog had to be put down the following morning at my vet. The vet tech was very nice and helpful and that is the only reason for 2 stars from me.

Fantastic experience: They were phenomenal when our lab needed surgery this weekend. I have nothing but great things to say about their service, compassion and helpfulness. Fantastic experience: We had to rush our baby Acorn from Woodstock this morning (March 30)… luckily we knew exactly what was happening to her and all I had to say was “saddle thrombus” when I walked through the door and the receptionist & team jumped to action. I’m so impressed with our first, yet very difficult, visit with this clinic. Being greeted by an all female staff was a comforting touch, they were incredibly compassionate, thorough and didn’t waste any time to get Acorn out of her excruciating pain. She was scheduled to be sent to the rainbow bridge due to heart failure at our local vet the next day but she was ready sooner than we were unfortunately. My adrenaline was too high to catch any of the names of the team but I want to extend so much gratitude to them for how smooth they made this process for us. And we are ever more grateful to have a much needed 24/7 clinic nearby, we couldn’t have gotten through it without you, keep up the great work.

Negative experience: I phoned the team in the early evening looking for guidance regarding my pets condition. The receptionist I spoke to was rude, laughing at my concerns and insisted there was no one else to speak to. While I appreciate their answers being what they are, it’s important when animals are ill to show compassion towards pet parents in difficult times. I’ve had wonderful service at this clinic before, and I hope there’s an opportunity to improve. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone after this experience.

Fantastic experience: We lost our cat Toni very sudden and out of the blue, it was very hard and traumatic but the vet was so kind and you can tell she really wanted to help Toni. And the support staff was so empathetic and gave us so much support and information with love and compaction as we navigated this shock as we were really not ready we are very greatful for all they could do to help both Toni and our family during this heart breaking time. And a few days later we received a hand written card with they’re condolences we have never been to that clinic before so to receive that kindness during our grieving period and so unexpectedly really shows how much they care about our animals Thank you team for your support and hard work I know you did all you could do to help Toni on her last hours Sincerely, the Hazen

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to thank everyone working the evening of March 4th, as I rushed my cat Bella in. She lost the use of her back legs and they did testing to find the cause, but unfortunately it wasn't good and I had to put her to sleep forever. They were so kind and caring which is greatly appreciated. They gave me time with her and treated her with care. I also just received a card in the mail from them which is above and beyond my expectations. So thank you again!

Fantastic experience: This clinic went above and beyond with care and compassion. Our dog had been diagnosed with lung cancer by our family vet, and we had an appt scheduled to say goodbye to her, but a couple of nights before the appt, her breathing got too bad and she was in pain, so we made the decision to take her to the Emergency Clinic to have her put down. They were so kind and compassionate to us, and thought everyone I interacted with with amazing. They even mailed a sympathy card to us afterwards. We could not have been more impressed.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. The staff displayed unprofessional behavior, making inappropriate comments when I took the time to check the ingredients of recommended food and verify the medications they wanted to prescribe. Instead of respecting my diligence as a pet owner, I was met with dismissive and unkind remarks. One staff member insinuated that I was allowing my cat to suffer simply because I wanted to ensure the medication was safe, while a veterinarian stated, “He needs this food for the rest of his life or he will die,” when I was merely checking the ingredients. Additionally, the facility itself was not well-maintained. The room was unclean, and there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke, which triggered my asthma. This raises concerns about the overall hygiene and professionalism of the clinic. Furthermore, a staff member mistakenly believed they had returned my cat to me, leaving me to wonder how long he was left alone without my comfort. During times of stress and concern for our pets, a veterinary clinic should provide compassionate and professional care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere to avoid the same disappointment and frustration I encountered.

Negative experience: Absolute waste of time. Waited 9 hours just to be given a number for a different vet, just to call & get an appointment immediately. They never came to check on our cat we had to call the girls multiple times asking for an update & giving an update on our cats changing behaviour. They gave us a litter box after hour 6 with no litter. Paid 60$ just to waste our day. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: Staff was kind but our concerns were not taken seriously. We came into the emergency room on advice of Smart Vet because our cat was not moving, not eating, not drinking and displaying signs of severe pain (v shaped eyes, crouch position, deep meows). After taking vitals, the vet said he’s acting like a normal old cat. He’s 10. We asked for pain meds which she gave us. We left feeling hopeful but confused that he is “normal”. Less than 18 hours later, he died at home.

Fantastic experience: The staff and atmosphere at Regional couldn’t have helped make the hardest day of my life more calm, and peaceful for myself and my angel Tatoe. She was laid to rest here in her old age while very ill, and they made the process as easy as they possibly could. They were sincere, and genuinely cared about my Tatoe and myself and my husband. And our girl was comfortable, not afraid. They were gentle, patient and kind. And explained everything with clarity, and gave me options. The sad day I have to recommend a place to lay their angels to rest I will be saying London Regional.

Negative experience: Severely disappointed with this clinic. When a 12-pound puppy ingests medication and poison control recommends immediate charcoal administration, time is critical. However, after spending two hours at this clinic, no charcoal was given, and I was instead advised to hospitalize my puppy for 12 hours—despite poison control’s clear instructions. Additionally, the estimate provided was for 24 hours, rather than the recommended 12, based on an assumption that I wouldn’t be available for pickup. This clinic does not appear to follow poison control protocols, as charcoal loses effectiveness after two hours when most of the toxin has already been absorbed. I am extremely disappointed in the delay and lack of adherence to expert guidance.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share our story about our visit to the hospital because I was extremely impressed with the staff and service we received from them. Our dog Bella passed away last night, she was 12. We got to have a true family member change our lives for the better. Every day was a treat. She passed away at home which was first for me with animals and so I had to call and see what yo do. The staff was so great and gave me all the information I needed to get her to the hospital. Once there they were so helpful and kind. Everyone was so professional with us and helped us through a very difficult time. Fantastic experience: Kennedy was 18 and had reached the end of "quality of life". I made the very difficult decision. This would be my first experience doing this and I was very emotional and shaken up. ALL of the staff, from the moment I called them were extremely compassionate. They offered me as much time as I needed before and after, and asked permission before each step, all the while assuring me that it was the right thing to do for her at this point. I highly recommend London Regional Vets to everyone, it was obvious to me that their level of care for animals and their humans is outstanding!

Fantastic experience: I took a family pet poodle in today to be treated and was so impressed and grateful for the quick response and attention that we received. Immediate care was given and all the staff were extremely polite and caring. I have never had to take a pet to emergency and it was as smooth and efficient as it could have been. I am grateful that we have this clinic in London and thank you all the staff who help us today. Our family poodle Charlotte was not a happy camper and the vet and other staff members made her comfortable and did all the tests necessary to quickly diagnose her. Thank you again for your dedication and long hours to the animal community and their family.

Fantastic experience: I want to wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kate Hogan at the London Regional Veterinary Emergency & Referral Hospital. It was sheer luck that we ended up under her care last night. Charlie, my toy poodle, had been suffering from severe pain, and the vet I had taken him to twice over the past week (spending a considerable amount of money) turned out to be utterly incompetent. Yesterday, Charlie stopped urinating, and all his attempts were in vain. By night, his condition worsened, and he was moaning in pain. Based on symptoms, ChatGPT assessed his condition as critical, noting that urinary issues could lead to a full bladder, potentially causing kidney failure. At 3 a.m., we rushed to the emergency clinic, where Dr. Kate was on duty. I have never met a more competent veterinarian. She conducted a thorough examination, identified the problem, performed necessary procedures, checked his kidney and liver function, and prescribed treatment based on the test results. Charlie is already feeling much better. The issue was a pinched and inflamed nerve in his lower back, which caused severe pain and prevented him from urinating properly. His bladder was emptied with a catheter, and the prescribed medications are already working. Charlie is back to life, though he has a long road to recovery. He’ll need 8 weeks of complete rest—no stairs, jumping, or sudden movements. The most important thing is that Dr. Kate accurately diagnosed the issue, which the previous vet completely overlooked despite having the same X-rays. The earlier vet missed the problem entirely, leaving us in the dark about the cause of Charlie’s pain. So, while I hope you never need it, if you ever require emergency care, I highly recommend Dr. Kate Hogan. She genuinely loves animals and is involved in rescue work. The way she cared for Charlie, with such love and compassion, gave me peace of mind and confidence that he was truly in good hands.

Negative experience: Decent enough and straightforward care. Bare in mind, they are (at least in my experience) completely unwilling to accept any sort of down payment or arrange a payment plan. Because they do not make any representations about the general cost of services on their website or on the phone, be prepared to sink in thousands potentially on the spot as they drop costs on you.

Fantastic experience: Staff was awesome. My dog passed away & I took him here. They were caring & took care of everything the way I wanted but at a price but he was worth it

Fantastic experience: Our beloved pooch Petita after 16 wonderful years, passed at home this evening after hours and from the first phone to leaving the hospital, the compassion and care was exceptional. I'm utterly shocked at the negative reviews because our experience was quite the opposite. A HUGE THANK YOU to the staff that were working...despite the dump of snow London got. You guys really made such a sad event bearable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Fantastic experience: Dr. Isabelle Ducharme is an absolute angel. Our boy Alfred’s health was declining rapidly, so she saw us sooner than our initial follow up appointment to see him. After discussing and being explained the severity of his sickness, there was simply nothing we could further do in his condition, other than making him comfortable with medication. Even though her schedule must be insane, she spent over an hour talking with us and comforted us in our decision to send our boy across the rainbow bridge. She was even getting emotional with us in the exam room. We felt so at ease and at peace with our decision. She is amazing and I will never forget her and how she helped us. Thank you for making this heartbreaking journey easier and being so comforting.

Positive experience: Had to take my cat in for an issue and it was a good experience. Wait time wasn’t bad first thing in the am. They are an emergency clinic so prices are about double a regular vet which is understandable given their extended care hours. Vet was kind and informative and desk staff were helpful with phone and emails. Unfortunately cat needed surgery which was too expensive here but they helped transfer care to somewhere slightly more affordable. Overall my experience was good with the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Our 11 year old boxer mix had to be put down yesterday, the hardest decision anyone ever has to make. The staff were compassionate they were so sweet and kind, they even gave me my boys hair in a vial with his ink paw prints, they were super communicative about the process and gentle with my boy Im so greatful thank you so much. Were now just waiting for our boys ashes, they were compassionate and treated my boy with dignity, thank you!

Fantastic experience: An excellent experience at this emergency clinic. Every staff member I dealt with from entering the door to leaving was kind and patient, checking in and brining us water. We were seen very quickly and they provided updates along the way. My dog was diagnosed and given a treatment plan and has followed the trajectory they predicted based on her diagnosis. I hopefully never have to access an emergency vet clinic again, but if I do it will be this one. Thank you for helping my dog and for treating me and my family with kindness.

Fantastic experience: I've had to bring my 2lb, 11 year old chihuahua, Thunder here on 2 separate occasions, we'll 3 total. He has dental issues that became so severe he had abscesses all the way across his entire upper gumline! I felt so horribly incompetent as his owner/mom...how could I be so damn stupid and negligent to not know the severity of his illness?? The vets each time we're extremely warm and caring and explained to me this wasn't my fault and not to beat myself up over it. They didn't do any unnecessary testing and anything they did do, they advised me 1st and told me what the cost would be so that I could be prepared. They were extremely wonderful each time and I felt like we were welcomed there with open arms. These are compassionate individuals that work here, the vets as well as the secretarial staff and for thr record, ppl need to understand it will cost more, it's emergency care! What more could u expect at 3am when they don't even make u wait!? Ih! And on the off chance u do have a wait ahead of u, they notified us we would likely not be able to be seen until morning (this was around midnight) and that we could go home if we felt more comfortable and they would give a call once the vet was finished in surgery, which they did and they checked him out x2 and tge 2nd time, they even waived my exam fee simply because he seemed fine to them once they examined him

Fantastic experience: My dog had been referred here from our regular vet office for a surgeon to preform a pretty invasive knee surgery after jumping off our deck. The entire staff have been incredible everytime we go. Everyone has been so caring, and compassionate. They take their time to answer all our questions and never make us feel rushed out. The surgery went great, they gave us updates, and we will be continuing with physio with them as well. Thank you everyone! *update Our dog had to have a second knee surgery on the other leg, 2 years later, we requested the same surgeon Dr. Lam! The entire process has been smooth and the team has been great again!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kate Hogan is a wonderful veterinarian, and I’m eternally grateful for her compassion and obvious love for what she does! My cat was brought in for urinary problems and seen immediately - it was very near closing time, but the staff was still exceptionally patient and able to complete a comprehensive assessment. I left the office with all of my questions answered and a bunch of printouts for how to continue care at home. I can’t thank the staff enough for all they did, and will never forget the care/respect given to my pet.

Negative experience: My cat was yowling in pain and throwing up. I live in Grand Bend, and it was Sunday yesterday so I had no other choice but to drive over an hour to this vet hospital. I was welcomed nicely, but from then on it was a nightmare. After the tech took her vitals, the Dr came in and highly recommended that we do x-rays and blood work. I was given a quote of $1200 and I croaked, but went ahead. I sat in a freezing cold room, listening to and watching other pets with severe issues, including listening to a poor family say goodbye to their dog. I had to plug my ears with my fingers. I was in tears. I was not checked on, I was not given any updates on my cat for hours. Finally hours later the Vet came in and showed me the x-rays, which were inconclusive. He basically didn't know what was wrong. I waited ANOTHER hour and a half after that for them to 'discharge' her. I had been there from 315pm to 9pm. The bill was $1881.00 for essentially nothing!!! The doctor even suggested keeping her there for 48 hours at a cost of 5k. Really? When there was nothing on her blood or x-rays. This place is a total money grab. Go anywhere else if you can. I will have nightmares about this place for years to come.

Fantastic experience: Took my pup there after hours on a Sunday night. Easily booked in and a tech met with us right away. She explained the procedure he was about to have. He had eaten a microfibre cleaning towel. He was taken away and returned when the towel was offered up. Vet explained everything to us ensuring we had no questions or concerns. Very satisfied with this clinic.

Positive experience: The staff was friendly and the tech did an X-ray but due to our traveling so far and the wait times we did not want to wait an indefinite period of time further and therefore did not get to see the vet. I would have appreciated and paid for a phone follow up with the Vet so we could have asked some questions regarding his situation. We were a bit frustrated with paying for X-rays and no conversation with the Vet.

Negative experience: Waited for 8 hours and no sign of anyone. Not a single staff member checked in with us. In fact, they were helping other patients who checked in after us, and they did not appear to need immediate attention over my dog. Meanwhile, my dog was collapsing when she tried to stand up. Truly the worst “emergency” vet I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: I took my cat here on Thursday (August 15th) due to her having difficulties breathing and they took her in right away. All staff I encountered were so kind and caring. But Dr. Jennifer Whitehead was beyond caring and compassionate with Perri and I. She examined her and was so gentle and informative when giving me her findings. She gave me all of my options and together we decided on what was best for Perri. They gave us a private room and allowed me to have all the time I needed with her prior to and following her euthanasia. She cared for Perri as if she were her own, even with the way she held her close while carrying her. In one of my darkest times I’m grateful my best friend was in such caring and capable hands.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing service. So grateful for all their help and care, my kitten is doing so much better and my nerves are so much calmer. The veteranarian we had was so compassionate and reassuring and helpful and so dedicated to making my kitten feel better. She made me feel like she would have fought off a grizzly bear to protect my pet. So, so incredibly grateful we have an after hours clinic in this city -- and one with such caring doctors!!

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to take my cat here with the negative reviews but it was a extremely severe situation, my cat had a blockage and my personal vet couldn't get me in for a few days, on the Sunday things took a turn for the worst and he became very lethargic, I thought he was going to pass away at home in my arms. We rushed to the emergency vet and were only there for about 5 minutes before we were taken back to an exam room where we waited about 10 minutes to be seem by the vet tech for our triage, within 60 seconds she had our boy in the back with the vet as he was in critical condition, they gave him pain meds and were very quick with the treatment options. Not one time did anyone encourage me to put my cat down or even mention it, they explained the surgery and the cost don't to every possible detail and provided us with a financing solution to be able to lay for the surgery, within 2 hours of being there he was taken in for emergency surgery. They called me with updates every few hours and when I called to ask them questions the vet was always quick to call back. Unfortunately his body had experienced to much trauma and his organs began shutting down. The vet on call called us again to let us know he was declining and that he was probably going to pass very soon. Because she was so prompt with her message we were able to get there with enough time to hold our best friend and say good bye! We chose to euthanize him so that he wouldn't pass in pain, but not one time did anyone force or encourage us to do so. Its been about a week and a half since he passed away and when I checked my mail I had a card from the clinic expressing their condolences for our loss. We cremated him and he was home the same week! Overall the experience we had here was so positive, all the reviews about waiting hours on end made me nervous but as I was sitting in the exam room and my cat was being taken away I realised that everyone complaining about the wait times should be grateful that they are able to wait, your pet is in a stable enough condition that they can hold off and they will still survive. Well you get extra snuggles with your pet in the waiting room keep in mind that is time that someone else would be grateful to have with their pet. While you may be waiting, they are working on saving the life of someone elses best friend, be grateful that your pet wasn't in a life or death situation and that you still have time.

Fantastic experience: I needed a second opinion on the treatment for my cat's EOL care. Every single person on this team is phenomenal, the care they showed my cat was unlike any other veterinary clinic we've visited. This has been a difficult situation to handle but they have all made it very informative process. The care and compassion everyone in this building has shown is beyond appreciated. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: We visited at 4:30 am and every staff member was wonderful. They treated our dog with kindness and compassion. The were amazing with us professional and knowledgeable. As for the price I thought it was very reasonable.
