Fantastic experience: I took my cat in for what I thought was a tooth issue. Turned out to me a lot more than that.. they were kind thoughtful and very gracious with me as I processes all the emotions and information they gave me. After the biopsy they checked up on her the next day, and we're very kind with answering all my questions and concerns. They ladies at the front were so patient with me. I never felt rushed or silly for feeling all the things when it came to my furry family member. I'm grateful for their help, and kindness during this hard time.

Fantastic experience: I love this vet!! I started taking my Ahsoka girl here a few years ago and they have been nothing but angels, she loves them too and that’s the most important thing! I find vet trips can be very stressful for certain pets but Soka loves everyone here, they treat her so well and she knows it as a positive experience! Dr Fernanda sees Ahsoka regularly and always treats her with such professionalism, patience and kindness.

Fantastic experience: Love this clinic!! Luca’s (my dog) vet is Dr. Sanchez, and he saw Dr. Jack one time when Dr. Sanchez was away. They’re both good and professional. I would recommend this clinic to everyone in the community!! The first time I brought Luca here was for his itchy skin. They gave him medication, and it helped him right away. I used to bring him in the vet clinic near Pond Mills, and they gave him HUMAN MEDICINE, which is over the counter!! Since then, we’ve been going here. It’s the best vet clinic in the city!! Luca likes the staff in the clinic, and he’s always excited to get down the car whenever he sees that we’re in the vet clinic. Overall, Dr. Sanchez, Dr. Jack, receptionist, and techs, they are all good and nice!!

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Fairmont Animal Hospital with Dr. Sanchez. She was incredibly professional and patient. Our dog is usually very frustrated when his back/private area is touched, but Dr. Sanchez was able to perform the examinations without any issues at all. Our dog was calm, playful, and happy throughout the visit—which is very rare for him, as vet visits are usually stressful and frustrating for him. Dr. Sanchez took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, and we felt genuinely assisted and cared for during the entire appointment. On top of that, the services are very affordable, which we truly appreciate. Pam at the front desk is also amazing—she’s incredibly kind, helpful, and great with answering questions and scheduling. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the care and professionalism of the entire team and highly recommend Fairmont Animal Hospital.

Fantastic experience: Our experience was amazing. My little guy was cared for by Dr Sanchez and she’s a dream. Did exactly what needed to be done even though it was a little outside the norm, took the time to compassionately explain everything thoroughly and gave the best advise and recommendations for future care. It’s quite obvious she has a true love of animals. We were in an urgent situation and they didn’t hesitate to accept and accommodate us even though they were already fully booked. Our boy’s care was important. It was also very refreshing to see that money wasn’t the primary motivator as I found their prices very reasonable. I highly recommend this pet care facility to anyone in need! I also want to give a shout out to the receptionist who I, unfortunately, didn’t get the name of but didn’t want to ignore recognition for her as well!! Fantastic experience: Dr Jack Zhang is so wonderful. My friend recommended him to me and I drove from Toronto to see him and he didn’t disappoint. My dog had a slight limp that was very subtle and it doesn’t always show. Before I went to Dr. Zhang, I was worried she would not show it at the clinic and the trip would be a waste. Of course she was walking almost normally when she was there, But Dr. Zhang Was still able to Identify the limp quite quickly based on the slightly smaller steps she was taking on her left leg. He then took the steps to ask me questions and did different check ups on her paw and joints to rule out possible issues. He then explained to me in detail what he thinks it is and what the treatments are, as well as each treatments’ risk. He answered all my questions and concerns in detail and in a very professional and understanding manner. He was also very respectful and understanding throughout the whole process. Dr. Jack is highly educated, very knowledgeable in different veterinary areas, he also has lots hands on experiences around the world. I believe he was also trained in the US for dermatology. Most importantly, he’s very well mannered, professional and kind. I am very glad to finally found a vet that’s professional and compassionate, I would definitely keep going to him from now on!!! (Even though the drive was farrr lol)

Fantastic experience: What an amazing team.They gave Bailey the best care ever. I have had lots of pets in my life, but i have never experienced such caring people. Negative experience: Our experience with Fairmont Animal Hospital was very disappointing. The staff was not friendly, Instead of showing concern, Carla called us and start arguing with us. It also seems that many of 5 star reviews here look very similar and might not from real customers.

Fantastic experience: Very sweet staff were able to get my dog to see the doctor quickly even though we have never been there before . Dr Jack explained everything thoroughly and saw results in my dog the very next day. Thank you kindly .

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I found a stray kitten this week and after calling all the vets within our area, Fairmont Animal Hospital was the first vet in London who were willing to take us on short notice. We weren't initial clients of the vet but the staff showed us such kindness and transparency with the kitten's condition and her chance of survivability. Despite the unfortunate outcome, we were incredibly appreciative and thankful of their care and compassion towards our situation and providing Leia with the best care she could've had. We both want to give a HUGE thank you to the vet staff for their expertise and efforts towards providing Leia with a fighting chance. Without them, we wouldn't have been able to provide her with a comfortable place to pass.

Fantastic experience: Excellent doctors, always nervous taking your pets to see unfamiliar people but Fairmont really puts your mind at ease and their little patients don't stress out. Chihuahua's are known for putting their guard up. My jojo was settled the whole visit.

Negative experience: Ya got to watch it with these guys. Rabies vacation is good for 2 to 3 years, depending on the vet is what the London animal care licensing office told me. This Fairmont Animal Hospital started leaving me messages that my dog was due for his, and he was. So I brought him in this June. He's large and they like him all drugged up before his shots. This put him at 2 years and 3 months since his last one. I don't take him to dogparks so there are always some vacations they try and sell you. After my almost $500 bill they tell me he's Rabies vacation is not due for another 6 months. It's still inside the acceptable time window but we know what your up to. I'm sure that will be another $500 visit. It's dishonorable to guilt animal owners into a vet visit under the flag of Rabies vacation and milk it into two visits. When it comes to the normal care of a perfectly healthy dog this place can't get it done in a single yearly visit.

Negative experience: Very bad customer experience yesterday. Went in with my dog to get the heart worm test done in order to get a prescription for nexgard spectra. They charge almost 80.00 per one chewable whereas I can get a year supply for about 320.00 from online pharmacy. Of course they didn't like that so I was told I can only get a 6 month prescription. They just want the extra visit and prescription fee. Very rude personnel. I was going there for several years, but now I'm looking for a new vet since they told me I'm being trespassed from the clinic. Ridiculous does not even begin to describe the treatment I got. Stuff refused to provide even first names or contact information to the owner so I can file a complaint. Stay away!!!

Fantastic experience: My sister and I took for first time to our little dog who was treated by Dr. Fernanda, and I have no words to express my gratitude and appreciation for her empathy, compassion and love. I've visited many animal hospitals here and in my home country, and Dr. Fernanda's purity and kindness are simply beautiful. Fairmont is very lucky to have a professional so passionate about her career and with so much love for animals. I highly recommend this place. Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to Fairmont Animal Hospital and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Benny received his annual checkup and brought his immunization up to date and all went well.

Negative experience: This story is about 2.5 years ago, this hospital used to be a good hospital but they hired the wrong inexperienced vet during COVID like Dr. Davis, he gave Convenia 2 times continually to my beloved cat which is not allowed for senior(10 years old) and eventually killed him in 4 weeks(he was totally healthy, just needed light antibiotic), yes my cat passed away but Dr. Davis didn't admit my cat passed away because of his wrong prescription but now we all know it, when you see inexperienced vet, whatever they say, research all medications yourself they prescribed. I also hated that so rude rainbow colored hair female reception staff, I don't know if she still works there but she was the worst of the worst, now I can say the truth. AVOID DR DAVIS

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for my dog March 10th and my dog happened to be bit by another dog and they got me in that day I called. They are so lovely here! Definitely our new vet! Even convinced my mother in law to switch vets

Fantastic experience: It was our Zoomy (domestic shortbread cat) first visit to a vet. We will take her to a long travel by plane next month and the staff and Dr. Jack answered all our questions and also gave us many information and suggestions. The lady in the reception table was so friendly, making the whole visit entirely comfortable, even to our spicy Zoomy :) Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: Our vet retired after 30 years and we didnt know where we should go next for our pets. So after trying out a couple places we decided to try here. We have a very shy bassit hound and it was our first visit so we were a bit worried about going somewhere new but all the staff here were so accommodating and professional it was just overall a great experience. Highly recommend bringing your pet here for sure hands down friendliest staff ever!

Fantastic experience: My 15.5yr old dog is palliative. The compassion and support I have received from this entire team has been amazing. Each person from Pam on the front desk to the assistants and of course Dr Jack and Dr Fernandes has been kind and supportive guiding us through this most difficult journey. Fantastic experience: We had a really great experience at Fairmont Animal Hospital. Our dog got pancreatitis, and she was so well taken care of. She has cage/crate anxiety, and she had to stay two full days to be given fluids. They did everything they could to make sure she felt calm and at peace. I was so thankful for the vet tech and the receptionist who took such good care of my dog. They called and followed up with us after to make sure she was okay. I was really grateful for the way they made my dog feel so safe and secure.

Negative experience: Had to give this a low review as it’s owned by the CBC which wants to increase test and make people spend more money. You can look it up on google itself and I don’t think it’s right and want to warn people. Take care out there good people.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with our first visit with my dog transferring from a previous clinic from out of town. The staff are very welcoming and professional. Dr. Zhang was so thorough in explaining all of our options as well as being transparent and walking through the pricing. I was very impressed to even receive a typed letter from the doctor accompanying the receipt that summarized the exam and treatment plan options. It’s a lot of information to remember so that was very appreciated. Highly recommend this clinic!

My dog had an incident happen and Fairmont was just finishing up their last appointment of the day. Fantastic experience: I rescued my dog Sept 7 2024 so I’ve had him a little over 4 months now. We’ve had a string of bad luck in the beginning. He ended up catching pneumonia, and that caused a lingering cough that was very difficult to overcome, and then an unfortunate accident that left him with a very deep cut (4 stitches) in his paw. I don’t know what I would have done if not for the support we have received from the staff at Fairmont Animal Hospital. They have been so understanding of the stress and struggle me and Kobe have been through. And they have done everything in their power to help my situation and getting Kobe healthy and happy. They show so much care for him, and I’m so positively overwhelmed at the treatment and care they give him. I’ve had dogs throughout my life. I’ve seen other vets. I chose Fairmont because they are close to where I moved. But I can tell you with great certainty, it won’t matter if and where I move in the future. They will be my forever animal hospital. I just can’t imagine any other team looking after us from now on. They even call days following appointments to see how we are doing and offer support. I want to thank all the staff, the entire team from the front desk, to the technicians, to the doctors. Kobe and I appreciate you so much and we are touched by all your support and kindness. If you choose Fairmont to care for your pets, then you have made a very wise decision for your pets. Thanks again team! You Rock!!!! ❤️

Fantastic experience: Cant say enough about the staff , everyone was so nice , i wasnt a client but they fit me in when my Fargo was suffering. Appreciate the time Pam spent on the phone and finding me an appointment slot. They put my dog at ease with their kind and gentle manner. You can tell they love animals and truly care .

Fantastic experience: As a first time cat owner, I have to say this vet was a breath of fresh air. I had tried one before Fairmount and they are not even close to the care and service these guys provide. I appreciate the way they walk through pricing and make sure nothing is a surprise. Fantastic experience: I was going through a very hard time due to my cat's illness. And I felt quite relieved to have found them. After my first visit I realized that this is the place and people that my pet deserves, and I had to leave my former vet, whose #1 priority was taking money out of you. Here kindness and compassion are the first things you notice, plus the value they invest in your furry friends, not in the money. Staff is so welcoming and friendly feels like a family. They understand the issues thoroughly, explain your next steps and give you a very comfortable feeling in your moments of distress. I won't switch to another vet.

Fantastic experience: I love this Veterinary clinic. Most others I have found to try to get as much money as possible out of you. Fairmont has always told me what I should consider absolutely necessary and what I can hold off on until I am able to move forward with the next steps. Of course they encourage me to get all the treatments they feel necessary but they work with me to space them out when possible. I have used this clinic for years and would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Fairmont since we moved to London in 2017. They were all amazing when not long after we were here and our last dog Kal got very sick and we had to say goodbye. We have another dog Wallace- she’s shy in the office but she’s come a long way because they are so great with her. The last couple months our cat Gus got very sick- long weekend so we had to go to Adelaide emergency- 3500.00 later - grrr!-and not even a definitive diagnosis- but gave us meds for what they thought! They didn’t give us enough antibiotics to cure what they Guessed was wrong and he got really sick again- THANK GOODNESS Fairmont was open- Dr. Jack diagnosed him in short order and he’s so so so much better!!! And we have a new kitten that was found at a dumpster - she was 5 weeks old!! Again, Dr. Jack has given her -we named her Frankie-great examinations and proper meds to start her off to a healthy life- now she is 10 weeks old and is causing mischief!! The Staff here are Amazing and only recommend what is needed! We Thank you for All you have done- especially in the last few months! Debb, Jena, Wallace, Gus and Frankie! We tell everyone we are happy to recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Staff are always attentive to our pets needs and take the time to explain test results and treatment in a very concise form. We love that our pets matter to them and will always make suggestions that are right for out dogs and cats. Staff here are awesome and could not imagine going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Been trying to get into this SUPER 'local to me' vet clinic for a few years now; happy to have heard they were accepting new patients! Records were transferred from my previous vet quickly and the first visit was quick, painless and NO pressure. I'm used to push push push for tests, samples, x-rays special food etc. for any little thing you mention or question. None of that. I'm super happy and so was Kiwi!

Fantastic experience: Leaving Fairmont Animal Hospital was one of the worst things I have ever done. It took some years away to come to this realization. Now that we have returned our little but high maintenance Jack Russel named Sawyer has started to improve overnight. Dr Fernanda Sanchez is an outstanding Veterinarian. As for all the other ladies they are complete animal lovers and it's an absolute pleasure to be in their space. It's really good to be home.

The care has been exceptional and they treat my pets with gentleness and love because they truly care about their clients. They are always honest about diagnosis and treatment options. I think there was maybe a staff shortage for a bit, but we had a new vet last time we went and she was awesome! All the staff members seem to love animals, are easygoing and understanding, and very friendly. We are really happy with the service :)

Fantastic experience: Great veterinary office! Dr. Fernanda is great, and Daniella is a dog whisperer. Our dog Penny is very slow to warm up to people but she absolutely loves Daniella, she puts her at ease and makes vet trips less scary.

Although there has been turnover of the vets at the clinic I have always received prompt responses to any questions or concerns for any issues with my fur babies. You can tell every team member there from reception to vet techs and the vets themselves love the animals and what they do. I unfortunately had to put 2 very old fur babies down and the compassion and care they showed myself and my pet was very touching. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Fairmont Animal Hospital has earned our Trust for several decades. with all of our dogs. From Reception to Technicians to Veterinarians, all offer the utmost care, knowledge and compassion. Their teams have cared for our fur-kids from their first puppy visits, annuals, everything in between, right thru to their final visits as seniors, with their crossings of that Rainbow Bridge. Couldn't ask for Better care.

Fantastic experience: We have been to so many vets...but never experienced something like this...to be specific Fernanda is amazing and she will treat your pet as her own. We have never had a vet who is so great and make us feel like our child is in the right hands.

Fantastic experience: Recently switched vets to Fairmont and it was probably the best decision I have made. We have 2 pups, and one is very reactive, and our first visit was incredible. The staff is amazing and very kind and understanding of our situation with our reactive dog. They were able to get all vaccines done without a hitch and even got a nail trim in. Our other dog also enjoyed himself and the staff very much. The clinic is also very clean, and spacious, which is great for our dogs. I really felt like our old vet gave up on us and I lost total confidence in vets in general and the staff at Fairmont welcomed us with open arms and a new outlook for our pups and their interactions at vets! Fantastic experience: My pups both love all the staff at Fairmont! They are always so happy to see them and so helpful! My oldest pup has been epileptic for most of his life and the staff have made it as easy on us as possible I couldn’t ask for a better team of great workers to take care of my fur babies!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Fairmont Animal Hospital for close to 20 years now and they have always taken very good care of my fur babies. Very compassionate when it’s time to make that difficult decision. They are like a second family to all of us. The whole team have been wonderful over the years.

Fantastic experience: Fairmont Animal Hospital did a fantastic dental cleaning and tooth extraction on my 6 year old cat. They were very supportive, professional and dedicated to ensuring my cat received the best care possible. Fantastic experience: My partner and I recently just got a puppy and were super nervous about where to take him and what the process would be like. Fairmont not only eased our concerns, but we're the nicest staff that we talked to! I called around London to see what the staff was like since I've never been to any of the London vets before and this one has the best reviews for a reason! I will 100% always be recommending them. Fantastic experience: Been going here for years, and even after moving 30 minutes further away we still visit. They’ve always explained things well, and they’re very honest. I’ve book my 3 pets (2 cats, 1 dog) all together and we’re out within 1.5 hrs, I find a perfect amount of time. They also kindly offer to help me carry the carriers and watch the kitties while I have the pup. My dog has anxiety, however loves the staff (and treats, haha), and I am comfortable with how they treat her. She’s also underweight and consistently check in on her health to ensure she doesn’t lose anymore. Recently, I’ve called to get a first time prescription for travelling and it went very smoothly. I have another puppy now and will continue to bring my pets here for as long as possible! They sure love animals, and my pets love em back.

Fantastic experience: They were very patient with my pet. They even cleaned out his cat carrier after he had an accident. The vet explained everything clearly and was very thorough and gentle during the exam.

Fantastic experience: Archie my 3.8 lb yorkie loves everyone at Fairmont. They treat your pets as if they were their very own. This past June I sadly had to put my dog Bentley down but they all were so comforting. ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my pets to Fairmont Animal Hospital for over ten years and have always received first class service by the staff, technicians and veterinarians. We are always treated promptly by friendly staff and there is always transparency regarding possible procedure costs. Very pet friendly!

Negative experience: This place has gone down hill DRASTICALLY. Waited 2 months for an appointment and once I got to my appointment was informed it had been cancelled and not once was I informed of this. They have been bought out by a corporation and now their prices have sky rocketed but their standard of care has drastically decreased. Don't take your pets here, find somewhere else because that's what they'll tell you to do 90% of the time you call for an appointment.

Fantastic experience: Not only would I recommend Fairmont Animal Hospital, I have done so many times. My experience with the staff and Dr.‘a has been nothing but the best. They have taken care of all my fur babies since I moved to London in 1996. Thank you everyone at Fairmont you are the best.

Positive experience: I’ve been going here for YEARS. My mom has also been going here for like 10 years! We love it. Everyone is so kind and gentle and informative. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because sometimes it can be a LONG wait to get in if not urgent… like a month.

Fantastic experience: We've been going to Fairmont Animal Hospital for a few years now. They're a very busy clinic but Dr. Vickie Freitas has always taken her time to ensure my dogs receive the care they need. The front desk team is always quick to get us checked in and out and they're very helpful getting our meds, food and anything else. Great team and we really appreciate all they do for us!
