Fantastic experience: Awe this veterinary hospital was just wonderful I was smiling with the great care and service they did for my Dog, I went to a few other places and never got this kind of service or treatment. I was very happy with there help for my Dog, the discounts on their advertisment helped lower the costs as well. It was great customer service with lowered expenses!

Fantastic experience: Okay, so no cap I have been to A LOT of veterinary clinics/hostipals in Winnipeg, Selkirk, and Interlake. I have now regret putting a good review on other clinics ( right behind is the amazing Dr. Gary Butler, Stonewall vet clinics:)).The veterinarian actually came over, sat beside me, and calmly walked me through everything that was happening with my pet Benji. That level of care is rare. Zero judgment about finances. So if your broke and you also have to figure out who your asking to borrow money, they give you the space you need. I didn't get one eye roll or pressured in any way. Instead here, the vet tech worked with me to create 3 different payment plans that fit my budget. If I didn't like the plan boom she leaves and comes back with a new one. I was treated with respect from the moment I walked in to after I left. My dog was picked up and held with care and love. There was no cold interaction and it was pure happiness seeing my dog not scared or uncomfortable!! The entire team is incredible! Every vet tech took their time explaining Benji's diagnosis and helped me understand every step. The clinic is clean, and welcoming and you can feel it's a family owned and run with empathy and ❤️ not run like a business and a transaction. I felt like my pet and I were seen. This is a place where you don't feel hopeless or confused. The tests results were fast and they even have a low income subsidy program if you are struggling. The store has a good selection of dog and cat food. I usually go into clinics and they never have enough stock for hydrolyzed food but I had many choices here! This place deserves a lot more recognition and a lot more love ! I never had a diagnosis after countless visits to emergency vets and random vet clinics. All this time and money spent when I could have just went here. Benji was excited to come into the clinic like what, NEVER HAPPENS!! So that says everything. Trust me when I say I have been to multiple vets and this one was by far the way all clinics should be run.!! Will be returning again.

Fantastic experience: My cat meowmeow passed away because of cancer here on October 2nd this year, Dr. Zheng and his team provided all the help they can provide. I recently learned that this hospital is about to close due to misact of Dr. Zheng. I just want to say that in Winnipeg, Dr. Zheng is the most resiponsible vet. He cares about your pet, and he cares about you. He will never charge extra then he should have. He is a very expericenced vet, he knows the best for your pets, it broke my heart that such a perfect vet hospital can not provide more help for manitobans. Those who reported and leaved a bad review on Dr.Zheng and his hospital, I want you to know you can not find a better animal hospital then here, get ready to pay for the service that don't match the price, and even more sadly for your pets. From a cat owner who has been to 4 animal hospitals.

Negative experience: DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE. My 10 month old puppy needed to get spaded as she just finished her first period. the operation from what we could tell went smoothly but in took a turn for the worse. 4 days after her surgery we noticed a huge change in her personality and demeanour. she stopped eating she stopped drinking and had zero energy to move. we took her back to the vet as we knew something was wrong. when we got there the vet had told us there’s nothing wrong with her and gave her more pain meds and not once did they give her any antibiotics. 2 days later our dog had to put down as she developed a full body infection that started attacking her lungs and her nervous system.

Negative experience: I would give zero dollars if i could. Complete over charge. Took my dog here because he had a stuffy nose and they tried to make me pay $1700. That's insane for a stuffy nose!!! Do not come here unless you wanna take out a loan

Negative experience: First time these guys helped my cat, it was smooth, second time my, cat had the same thing charged me 1600 dollars.

Fantastic experience: My pupper loves going here. The assistants are so great with her. Noelle for sure being her favorite assistant. When Dr.Zueng comes in, she is always excited to see him. He is so wonderful with her, gives her treats, keeps her calm by talking to her and she didn't even notice the needles. Never had an issue with the way she is treated there

Negative experience: I am really sad and regret that I brought my dog to this Animal Hospital of Manitoba, because I felt like I was robbed. I paid for my first time visit amounted to $1,374.31 and then when I read the report of what they did to my dog it said that I declined all the laboratory needed to be done for my dog. Yes, they seems are nice but to over charge you that's not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: The clinic was a bit of a distance from my home, but I'm very glad I found it. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent care for my pet. I had been concerned about the high prices at other clinics, but the Manitoba Animal Hospital's fees were much more reasonable. The trip to the clinic was definitely worthwhile.

Fantastic experience: I recently brought my male cat Hermin to the Animal Hospital of Manitoba to be fixed, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and clearly cared about both Hermin’s comfort and my peace of mind. Everything went smoothly—from intake to post-op care—and I felt completely confident leaving Hermin in their hands. They answered all my questions without rushing and treated Hermin with real compassion. He’s now healing well, and I’m beyond grateful for their excellent service. This is the kind of place you feel good recommending, and I absolutely will—10/10 I’ll be sending friends and family their way. Fantastic experience: Dog was attacked by another dog. They took us right away. Gave us options for treatment. All the staff was excellent and it is a very clean place.

Negative experience: Id give 0 stars if I could. When I came here he said my cat had fleas and gave me a 500$ bill for treatment come to find out later she never had fleas it was food allergies. This place only cares for money... Ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE

Positive experience: Informative staff and friendly team! Highly recommend they did have a program where you brought the previous receipt for a discount on the wellness exam. They took that away which is very disappointing...it's about the money now...

Negative experience: Not the place you want to go if you have an emergency. My pet suffered while in their care due to their slow response and lack of care. They got us in quickly but instead of giving my dog medication to reduce the pain and impact of his symptoms he suffered from.They thought it would be best to slowly work on a plan… the medication needed to alleviate his pain and symptom was not even $30. They thought it would be better to discuss what is best for him before attending to his situation.

Negative experience: I called with concerns about my dog. they said we need you to come in immediately. My dog wasn’t very cooperative for the exam the doctor couldn’t have found out anything from what he did. Then I was givin a 1200 quote for all recommended procedures. I decided on a second opinion. They wanted me to pay 88 dollars for the doctor doing nothing. The receptionist was rude from beginning to end as well. I think this is more of a scam vet than a legit one. Unfortunately some vets will pull on ppls heartstrings and they’ll drain your bank account and get away with it. Some vets act right 100 percent of the time, not pick and choose who to scam. Good luck if you choose them. They’re not scamming me today :)

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zheng was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish with both our kittens spay and neutering as well as with our 13 year old dog, Tucker with his surgery. All of them are doing amazing and absolutely loved him and the assistant, our friend, Carley. I highly recommend this animal hospital for all of your needs. Thank you again.

Negative experience: I had very bad situation with their service, my cat was suffering from stones in bladder, on the first visit i paid around 1200 to get him healed. They told me that cat needs to stay for the night . Picked him up next morning and after few days later went back for recheck as per doctor instructions, doctor told me that we need mor procedures and brought me another bill with 1300 ! For blood check and bla bla. I couldn’t afford the bill . Took my cat to humanitarian society and there doctor checked the cat and told nothing is wrong. My cat is feeling good now . Wouldn’t recommend them !

Negative experience: My Cat had a grand mile seizure. This is the 2nd time this very animal hospital had turned down to see my cat. In the past this animal hospital had been fair with their visits. But since my cat had been having seizures, I have been declined to be seen. When I read up on it, I read best take my cat in right after this happens. I will need another animal hospital to go to since this one will not see my cat.

Fantastic experience: I have been brining my animals here for years, we have always received the best care and support from doctor Zheng and his team. Our family appreciates all the compassion that was offered when we needed to put our dog to sleep yesterday. Doctor Zheng came to our home so our little guy was able to be in the comfort of being at home. I just wanted to say we greatly appreciate everything.

Negative experience: This animal hospital does not care about animals! All they care about is squeezing every nickle & dime out of you! One of the front desk staff is extremely rude & heartless. I paid $365 for a kitten check up. They prescribed an antibiotic which was to be used for four kittens. The vet stated I could refill the medicine if I run out. Phone call #1 I requested a refill. They said they would call me back. Phone call #2 I asked if I could also purchase a separate bottle of antibiotic for my six year old cat(dose is according to weight). My cat has the same symptoms as the kitten. They said no, she needs her own exam. I was fine with that and planned of bringing her in. Phone call # 3 i asked again for the refill for my kittens medicine. She said NO you have to bring her in for another exam. I reminded her that the vet said I could refill it considering the small bottle would be used for four kittens. She started talking over me & acused me of saying I was trying to use it on my older cat! I HAVE TWO SICK CATS. the medicine is formulated for the kitten who is still sick! The dose wouldn't even be enough for a full grown cat! Now I'm left without medication for the kitten WHO I ALREADY PAID $365 for AND a 2nd sick pet that I planned on bringing in anyway. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT SICK ANIMALS! I ALREADY PAID FOR AN EXAM THAT PRESCRIBED MEDICINE & NOW THEY WON'T REFILL IT UNLESS I PAY MORE $ Their primary goal should be helping animals, but instead they just make up policies that are the most unhelpful to pet owners. As a result pets suffering is prolonged as we seek other animal hospitals. Bottom line is they treat long time clients like garbage and cause animals to suffer. Dont take your pets there! They are horrible people.

Fantastic experience: I have been going with my pets for many years. My Buster would of died several times if it hand not been for the quick diagnosis and treatment. You can tell immediately that Dr Jheng and his staff care for you pet as the take it lovingly into their arms and talk to them. I recently took my new puppy Bella for her vaccines. Dr Jheng made sure Bella was distracted by giving her treats. After the exam he lovingly picked her up and cuddled her telling her he was taking her home. I feel very comfortable discussing my pets care and never feel rushed. Dr. Jheng are very compassionate and caring.

Negative experience: I brought my cat last week Friday after work because my cat has a UTI, all they ended up doing was give him some Half add medicine and then fill his bladder up with air to see any leaks in his stomach, my cat was choking on air when I got home, a few hours past and he stopped. He’s still meowing and In pain, also is still spraying everywhere / peeing if not even more now after going here, I do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Bad energy and the people don’t seem like animal people and that’s worrying. Please do not send your pets or any family members that may need animals checked out here at all. Was charged $457 for things I could’ve got him at a store for $30. Pathetic excuse for a vet and all of the people that work their

Negative experience: Came in for my cat who had a uti, said he wanted to sedate him and flush out his bladder and while at it also get him fixed. I politely declined as he already had an appointment for it, I thought it to be weird for him to have said that out of the blue, and not really “asking” but “telling” us he wanted to , but we continued on. He said what he wanted to do and quickly left. It didn’t seem like he cared and was rushing the entire process. Ended up spending almost $500 and came home with pain medication only for the problem to still persist. My cat is still in pain and I am out almost $500 for nothing.

Negative experience: The Receptionists are amazing very friendly and accommodating. But Dr. Zheng will misdiagnose your pet just so he can make money. His prices are outrageous for nothing. I will be switching to another vet who is more ethical.

Fantastic experience: The Animal Hospital of Manitoba saved my dog's life. Dr. Zheng really cares for the animals wellbeing and he looked at my dog with love and care, really focused on understanding the my dog's problem. My girl was really sick and she almost passed away, I took her to another three vets and no one was able to figure out the problem. Dr. Zheng saved her life!! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: My senior cat got really sick so I brought him to Animal Hospital and expected the bill to be 2000 which is what I paid last time I had to take him in for the same thing but it was half the amount and they did exactly the same thing here. If you want great people to help your pet and would rather not pay astronomical prices take them here. This is my new veterinary clinic. Thank you

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful for this clinic. I had to take my dog into the vet last week to be seen. Within 24 hours she went from having mild diarrhea, having uncontrollable diarrhoea with nothing but blood coming out. I was literally leaving the next day to go out of province to have major surgery, I was an emotional/mental mess. I’ve been off work for months, and absolutely absolutely strapped financially. I had exhausted literally every resource trying to come up with financial means to be able to take care of my fur babies. I went to animal Hospital of Manitoba with 1 of my dogs (two are sick, but one had blood and one didn’t). The doctor came in, did a full exam, told me what tests he would recommend and the assistant then came in and gave me a breakdown. I told her, I really could not afford the treatments and testing. She then came back, with some other options that were within my budget, and stated that they were quite confident that they were going to work. I have to tell you, we are a week and a half later, my dogs are back to full health. No more diarrhea, no more blood, eating and drinking properly and are back to full health. I have to say, that this clinic is really a clinic that cares about the care and well-being of animals. I had forgotten to mention, that, though I only brought one of my dogs in, I explained the situation to the vet, and had told them about the symptoms. My other dog was experiencing, and they gave me medication for both dogs, and did not charge me any type of extra fees (such as a exam or consult fee) for the other dog. They were sincerely concerned about my dogs getting well. I went to the vet at my absolute worst. I was crying, I was a mess, I literally had the weight of the world on my shoulders that day. The care, the compassion, and the empathy that the Vet and his assistance showed for my pets with something I’ve never experienced with any other vet we have dealt with. I am a responsible, pet owner, who has always kept up-to-date with vaccines, deworming, dental cleanings, extractions, allergy prevention, and everything else. I literally have fallen on the hardest time of my life… and to be met with such compassion, not only for myself, but the well-being of our Pugs truly touched my heart. I will never ever go to another vet again in my life. Even if this vet was to give me a quote at some point that may be more than others, it was the compassion that I am truly grateful for. Your clinic saved my dogs lives and I am very grateful for you. Thank you

Fantastic experience: The staff were awesome and the Vet we saw seemed great and was very thorough. We came because we couldn't get in to our usual Vet and if we need another Vet again we'll definitely come here. I'd definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: We highly recommend Animal Hospital of Manitoba. We have been taking our dog there for seven years now. As our dog is reactive, they are very accommodating for our appointment time and all the staff are wonderful and so caring.

Positive experience: The overall experience was good, we called early in the morning to request an appointment and they gave us one the same day, that was very convenient. Afterwards when we arrived we found that they had some people who speak different languages, that also helped us. The staff is very friendly and they are very kind to pets. The only point we can mention is that the prices are a bit high, but the quality of services is excellent. We will definitely come back

Fantastic experience: Dr Zheng has been the vet of my two dogs for 6 years now and I would highly recommend him. One of my dogs bite and Dr Zheng is still very patient and gentle when dealing with her. He always listens to my concerns and involves me in the care plan for my pets. You can tell he’s very hard working and truly cares for all his patients. Thanks Dr Zheng and staff for your great service

Negative experience: Took my cat here last week cause she wasn’t eatting and vomitting . Was told she had pancreatitis and asthma. That by the X-rays she could have a tumor or cancer . With more tests they could find out . Took her to humane Society and she don’t have Asthma or pancreatitis . They gave her fliuds she is back home . I almost put my cat down cause I thought she was so sick and couldn’t afford more and more tests . $500 to put her down I took her back and took her some where else

Negative experience: Bad experiences here led me to find that this vet has a reputation for charging for unnecessary treatments and then blaming the customer for being cheap. I personally paid him 1000 dollars to save a cat that should've been put down. Can't recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the treatment to my bunny and myself with this vets office. Many vet offices that offer services for bunnies will gauge you financially, but this office is very reasonable, so that pet ownership is manageable.

Negative experience: I had to rate this place one star and they are an actual negative zero these woman at the front give attitude, and right now you can't go in without calling first cause someone beat me to it, they got their windows smashed. And they still sit there and give attitude, this lady doesn't realize how small this world is, and I'll see her around, this is how stupid she is.. no one has to come and bring their pets here, there is a amazing vet at seven oaks vet hospital, 1830 Main Street.. his prices are great! Way better than this pos! Go to his vet clinic! They are the best! Don't come to this vet on main and Pritchard he's a goof and he charges way too much!

Negative experience: Well from reading what I did it’s a good thing I was late . I’m so glad that the receptionist was snooty like she was when I told her I was going to be 5 minutes late. I was told in a snooty tone of voice that if you’re more than 5 minutes late the appointment is canceled. So I told her to cancel and blew off the new appointment I made. I will definitely not go there

Negative experience: DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this Vet clinic.I went there a couple of months ago and my experience was horrible the doctor was rude, in a rush, and was pushing tests on me for a simple ear infection for my dog, please someone explain why I would need blood tests done for ear infection, seriously someone explain it because the vet sure wasn’t interested in explaining it! Since no one would explain it to me I decided to just pay the exam fee and get a second opinion and I’m glad I did. Then after seeing the news articles I’m grateful my dog wasn’t injured while under this persons care and to be honest this entire clinic is very bizarre no one could really answer my questions! For anyone looking for a new vet please I beg you please don’t go to the animal hospital of Manitoba! Don’t take my word for it but ask yourself is it really worth taking a risk that could cost you your pets health, well being and possible life. If I had seen these news articles and looked on the mvma website first I would have NEVER ever gone here at all! An almost $500.00 estimate to treat an ear infection and potentially injure my dog further and be mocked by the staff is disgraceful, greedy and incompetent! DON’T GO HERE

Fantastic experience: Only put 5 stars to stay in the top. ALERT BE AWARE THIS GUY IS A CON! We took our cat Normi in twice for a check up, the first time we were not able to afford the expensive treatment he had suggested for him after letting checking him for LITERALLY NO MORE THAN 3 MINUTES. The receptionist made us feel so bad about not being able to provide for him and said “okay well they I will just state that you guys rejected it” … HELLO!!! Young lady are you listening?! Clearly she was not as she is definitely another con. I made the mistake to take him again but before I called and ask if I could buy the prescription that I had already provided by her con boss and she stated “no, we need to see him again because blah blah blah” basically she meant no we need to scam you out of more money so how so about come down that way we can diagnose your car with fake stuff so that your bill is higher this time and sure enough I fail for the scam. Took my guy in again and Dr. Wenchao saw him, again no more than 2-3 mins and this time he said that I might have to come back 2 or 3 times and that he had worms and etc and after 400$ spent, left with a bottle of a prescription that wasn’t even filled to half of it and went home and followed the instructions for the medication, my guy just got worse and started vomiting and got really sick over night (mind you he was totally fine just had a rush in his tail, no other symptoms). This vet was closed so I rushed to the Pembina hospital, best decision ever. They fixed my guy and advised to completely stop that treatment and my to look up more about where I take my pets for check ups, that sparked something in my and made me look up Dr. Wenchao background and practices. Sure enough I found out this veterinarian, Dr. Wenchao has had 11 rulings against him with the most recent one that was about a month ago, where his ambition for money almost got him to kill an animal due to the owner not having money for the treatment that according to Dr. Wenchao Zheng his dog “really needed it”. Well turns out that his dog didn’t have anything that was life threatening but that he was scam by Dr. Wenchao just like we were. We will be also speaking to the media and failing a complain with the animal association as well AS WELL AS EXPECTING OUR HARD WORKING MONEY BACK (WE HAVE KEPT ALL RECEIPTS). So we are hoping that Dr. Wenchao does what is right in regards of returning us our money so that we can treat our pet with the right treatment or otherwise we will not hesitate to make him do it as well as spreading the word about his bad practices. We hope to be contacted soon so that we can discuss the refund matter. Once again folks, you might save money with the low price of the check-ups but will end up spending what you save and more with false advises of treatment.

Negative experience: I phoned to request an appointment for my senior cat whom I adopted with another older cat. They both had ear mites . When I asked if I could get a prescription to treat both my cats , I was rudely told no . I am a senior on limited income and would have brought one of my girls for exam and treatment of ear mites but after listening to the very rude person I chose not to . She told me they would need to charge me for treatment of 2 cats .

Negative experience: Tried to manipulate me into a nearly $600 care plan, after I'd already paid him hundreds. Told me I was a bad dog owner when I asked questions. I took my dog to a different, better vet, and she was cured in a single visit for less than 1/3 of what "Dr" Z had quoted. My dog got worse under his care due to his neglect and attempts to swindle. I'm grateful I took her elsewhere, as his expensive care plan would NOT have fixed the problem. Save your money, go elsewhere. The appointment fees are lower for a reason- so he can get you in there and guilt you into running unnecessary tests

Fantastic experience: First visit perfect second visit for spaying coming up. I have brought my dogs here in the past and I have no complaints everyone is awesome.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zhan and the staff has been attending to both of my dogs’ needs since they were puppies. From accidents to check ups, they never let them down and ensured they get the best care they need for their health. They have helped me numerous time and will forever be grateful for their never ending support for both our furbabies.

Fantastic experience: I have taken three of my pets here, after a terrible experience with a different vet hospital. They were friendly and very patient with my furbabies. My cats and I have had nothing but great experiences at this hospital and I love that they treat your pets like your family. They have earned my business for life. If you are looking for a place that treats you and your pets like an extension of their own family, definitely check this place out.

Negative experience: If i could give 0 stars i would, i would NEVER bring my pets back here. money hungry vet techs. went in for an ear infection for my 10 yr old lab and they said it was just an infection and treated it AFTER COSTING ME 200$ it ended up coming back less than a month later because i noticed her ear was bugging her again. apparently she has a large lump in her ear and it’s cancer. He gives me a price of 1700$ for a surgery to remove her entire ear canal and walks away while im sitting there in tears. No sympathy or anything for the pet owners. Then prescribed me more medication and medicines for her which costs me more money. I ended up taking her to humane society and they helped me out, after about 7-8 treatments her “cancer” went away which was ACTUALLY ONLY A BAD EAR INFECTION. i could’ve put her down because of this. i am extremely upset and will NEVER come back. ALSO ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE BY CUSTOMERS TO GET CHEAPER PRICES. THERE IS A DISCOUNT IF YOU LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW. REMEMBER THAT.

Negative experience: I Wish they would've passed that law over 23 years ago for vets not keeping your animal until payment.. The vet on Main Street gave us an ultimatum.We brought our dying black cat into their vets. He had kidney failure and he was practically dying in my arms as we rushed him in. Dr Zheng looked and attended his few remaining moments from an oxygen tent where he passed. We were so devastated we lost him. Moments after we lost(Ditto was his name), his arrogant co partner threatened us for the payment right away(previously they did a few medical procedures, inemas for the kitty as well). Dr Zheng's vet partner rudely said to me " Well, if you can't pay the bill, YOU'RE not getting your cat back!" I couldn't believe he was dead and they were giving an ultimatum on his body, unreal! If that wasn't bad enough, she goes "'either you apply for the Pet card to make payments right away, or they'll be legal action taken against you... do you understand?!" I was on city assistance at the time and only received $80 bi weekly to live off of. Long story short, I had no choice, I had no alternative, but to apply for this high interest card,under the scrutiny of these manipulative vets. I also had no choice, but to get a pt job for a month, to pay the rest of the bill off as well(my health wasn't the best either, but I loved Ditto). All I can say is, don't ever go to the Animal Hospital of Manitoba, as they need to be put out of business.Thought I'd let you know.

Fantastic experience: I was amazed at the service I received from this veterinarian. He was so nice to my granddaughter even let her hear Ozzy ( my pug ) heartbeat. The doctor was so informative on Ozzy’s medical needs. I definitely have brought my other pet Joey (cat) to his practice. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Was directed to the Animal Hospital MB after our first dog passed away due to exorbitant costs that other veterinary offices charge. We have now been coming here with our current dog for 3 years and have zero complaints. Appointments are always available and easy to book, all the staff are very kind and smile when you enter, and Dr. Zheng is an excellent vet providing amazing care at affordable prices. I've even brought over other pet parents with other types of animals to switch to the hospital! Dr. Zheng will continue to be our veterinarian as long as we are pet owners.

Positive experience: We had to put our cat down and this was the most low cost place to do it. The staff were very compassionate. You could tell Dr. Zheng was busy but it was still a good experience and I would come here again.

Fantastic experience: I came in for the first time with my 12-week old kitten to get her first shots done. The receptionists and Dr. Zheng was very welcoming. Since I was a first-time pet owner, I was overwhelmed and filled with the questions. Dr. Zheng was so interactive and he answered all my questions and also gave me additional information. Also, the clinic environment is so neat and clean. Not pricey.

Negative experience: Dog died. They told my daughter she had to make an appointment for the next day to take him in. I use them for meds for my other dog. But she’s not going to be around much longer. Prescription I fill at another vet expired. They won’t sell less than a full bottle so I ask for a new script. Charge $20. Get the “thanks for coming in” email. I say had no other choice. Don’t like you. They fire me. Haha

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. The vet was very compassionate with my cat. It was my cats first time at the vet. Prices are affordable. They give quotes to see which option is best for your cat before they do anything so you have a choice.

Negative experience: Do not let them bait and switch you or buy so called mixed on site food. They get you in with the promise of free examination only to tell you, if you need medicine or shots for your animal you have to pay full price for exam or it's out they door you go. Should not be allowed to practice on any animal period. Will be informing Veterinary bord on so called Dr and his bizarre behavior.

Negative experience: CAME HERE TO GET JUST SHOTS FOR MY DOG! They did a poor job giving my dog shots Spent the whole time up selling My dog needs white teeth, must be neutered, The best part: I tried to sit down with the vet and talk about the recommended things I do to my dog, keep him safe They just said, don't look at that in the vet, go home and sit down and look at it, lol they knew giving me a 1800 dollar vet check up on a healthy dog! Was stupid My dog needs white teeth, my dog has a extra baby tooth not bothering him, I felt like getting my dog vax, was another scam for vets!

Fantastic experience: With six stray kittens to get their shots and be neutered, we found The Animal Hospital of Manitoba to have the most reasonable prices. The vet assistant and Dr. Zheng we’re so compassionate, kind and gentle. They explained everything and patiently answered all our questions. Negative experience: Offered no explanations on the tests that were ran, which according to the quote, was supposed to be done. Just told me dog had severe arthritis and severe pancreatitis(by the pancreatic test that was done), which I already knew she had. Just wanted to push a debit machine at me to spend more money, on tests, which weren't required. At the end of my experience, nothing was resolved, except only one option, hospitalization, which cost a $1000 a day. Been here before Covid, seem to great, provided great detail. Now after Covid, don't seem to care about anything else, accept for making up for lost money. Unfortunately, must explore different vets that maybe care about the actual pet.

Fantastic experience: Always a positive experience here for me and my cat. The staff is very patient and careful not to be intrusive when interacting with him, and they have no problem answering my questions. At our last visit, the veterinarian had specific advice on what kinds of litter to use and how to make sure my friend is eating more wet food than dry. I get an email annually reminding me when his vaccinations are due, and my receipt from a year ago got me a discount on the examination fee.

Fantastic experience: Our pet Zhavia went for grooming on Monday and when we picked her up she was well groomed, fragrant, all nails trimmed, and a soft check up was performed and as a result we are having her allergies checked up and treated. The staff educated us on preventing any issues when it comes to maintaining our pet's overall health.

Fantastic experience: We have been taking our German shepherd/husky rescue dog here for the last 12 years. We have never had a bad experience here! Dr. Zheng is always compassionate towards all his patients, he really doesn’t make you feel like your pet is one of his own! I’ve always loved how he is very straight forward with all his diagnosis’s & explains in depth what is happening with your pet. Our dog has had a few health issues over the years, with some geriatric problems in the last few years & Dr. Zheng has always taken great care of her. I always recommend him to any pet parent I know! The assistants that run the front & answer the phones are always super helpful & a delight to interact with!

Negative experience: Doctor is ready good person and All my dogs have vaccinations here. But I have to say there service are really really terrible!!!!! I remember my appointment is 10:40 am but I got email shows my appointment 11:00 am. When I be there 11:00 they told me I was late and reschedule for next week. It’s 45 mins to drive there. And it’s not my fault even no one say sorry to me. I won’t come here anymore.

Fantastic experience: Booked an appointment here last year for my cat and a litter of 3 for their third vaccine. The process was super easy, the front person was able to book my appointment really quick and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. This was during covid so I wasn’t able to come inside, however, the process was super efficient and professional. Looking forward tomorrow for my cats upcoming appointment for their annual shots.
