Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful experience at Pacific Pet with our dog. The staff was gentle, attentive, and clearly cared about making him feel comfortable. Dr Chuang took time to explain everything and answered all our questions patiently.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chuang has tons of patient and taking good care of our dog. My dog hurt himself and need a tooth extraction and Dr Chuang is able to see him the next day and get the operation done in a flash.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chuang took great care of my dog when he had bladder stones. He was very thorough with the exam and ran all the necessary tests right away, so there was very little waiting. The blood test showed a high white blood cell count, indicating an infection, and he explained the results clearly and patiently. To prevent the infection from getting worse, he performed the surgery the same day. I really appreciated his care, efficiency, and clear communication.

Fantastic experience: bring my dog today for urgent check up because he stopped eat and drink for 2 days. called to book in morning, reception helped to arranged the earliest appointment inn the afternoon 2pm. Check in was very fast and smooth. only 5min, Dr. came to check. give us his opinion, process of exam, and the rate. Every thing is very professional and efficient. they can speak mandarin, Cantoness and English. Much easier for me to know the exactly conditions of my dog.

Fantastic experience: My cat had been puking almost daily, and after spending hundreds of dollars at another vet that barely seemed to care, I came here hoping to finally get my cat properly treated. The experience I had here was night and day compared to the other three vets I’ve been to. Dr. Sam Chiang genuinely seemed to care and didn’t miss a single detail when asking about my cat’s symptoms to make a proper diagnosis. An X-ray revealed a small piece of plastic in my cat’s stomach that needed to be surgically removed. While the surgery wasn’t cheap, the pricing was very fair, much better than what I’ve been quoted at other clinics.

The prices at this clinic were reasonable, and the vet and nurses were all friendly and very professional. After the blood test, they gave me dietary advice for my dog and called me the next day with the blood test results. Now, my dog is doing well. Overall, the service was professional and the prices were reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I have to say i was having such a hard time finding a good groomer and the last one i went to closed thank god!! the place was very dirty the worker was very aggressive with my dog and very unprofessional and my dog wasnt happy, i decided to ask my vet if they could clip my dogs nails,,,knowing that vets are not groomers they are doctors and yes they booked us in for nail trim that afternoon and boy am i ever happy i asked..my dog has been getting her nails clipped here for two years and the GREAT Gary and Marie are the BEST!! Gary holds my dog Marie clips her nails ,,its a perfect team!!!! Princess is an elderly and fiesty chihuahua ..she wont even let me clip her nails anymore since shes been sick she snaps at me now ,so to me anyone that clips her nails are God Send,,i went almost 4 months of her nails growing because i couldnt find a good and caring patient groomer that my dog could trust. Im so happy that Pacific Pet Clinic does the job and does it well,,so now i take my dog about once every month or two and it takes them less than 10 mins to clip her nails..shes happy im happy and everyone around her is happy. There are some very mean negative reviews i was just reading and i want to send a message to anyone that is even considering this clinic.. DO NOT HESITATE AND DO NOT LET THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS DISCOURAGE YOU THEY ARE THE BEST OF THE BEST CLINIC as far as im concerned, i almost didnt take her because of the negative reviews and i am so glad i didnt take them seriously and because they turned out to be the best,,ive only had positive experiences with this clinic ..the whole staff and the doctor especially are absolutely professionals that truly care about our fur babies..most loving team ive yet to encounter and ive been to several vets in vancouver like about 8 total not even the combination of all the these vets ive been too measure up to Dr Sam and his team,,my dog loves this doctor and his staff so much and REMEMBER i said i have an elderly snappy chihuahua,,so that is the true test for a good vet clinic if your chihuahua behaves and loves them its a total WIN WIN for everyone..i would be totally lost if they did not exist in our world...my dog just had mouth surgery due to cancer and i was so afraid she wouldnt pull through because of her age being put under..well because Dr Sam has so much love and faith and is such a professional doctor princess came out of smiling and full of energy!!!! thank God this clinic exists,,if not my dog may not be here any longer..i want to thank you all!! Fantastic experience: I came to Pacific Pet Clinic for my 2 year male cat’s regular health check. Dr. Sam Chuang is friendly and careful to check him, particularly his teeth. Dr. Chuang advised what’s the best treatments to clean tartar on teeth, and also suggested other affordable options that could help improve the teeth condition. Regardless of what I choose, Dr. and his team are nice and professional to take care of my babe cat.

Negative experience: **UPDATE** Just rememberd about this company. So you’re saying you didn’t accept the etransfer but you have auto deposit on. And the fact that I called you and came there in person and showed my ID. You lied straight to me and said to call back in a month. And when I did you told me you know nothing about it. Tell me if that’s an honest business. This business is a fraud. i sent them an etransfer by accident $1600 and they accepted the money. I called them to tell them that it was an accident and that I don't have a dog anymore and totally accepted that it was an accident. they told me the doctors are away for a month and they would get back to me. Since it was my fault I waited a month and called back and said have they followed up with it. They literally stole my money and is not giving it back even though it was an accident. We called the bank and is in the process of a loss claim action with the bank and I've filed a police report for theft and will be following with a small claims court legal action. For a business to actually do this really shows what kind of business this is. The fact that they can accept money that has nothing to do with them and won't give it back shows that they will literally steal your money.

Our dog died in January and was over charge by about $2800, for the exact same testing at this clinic was only $300.00 and absolutely no wait time. Results instantly apon testing. He takes his time to explain everything in detail and will make sure he will not stress out our cat. My cat is close to 14 years old and he understands to not put too much stress on the cat. Their prices are very reasonable too, compare to many other vet clinics. Even when we were finished with the consultation, the doctor came back out to make sure I have all the information I needed. The staff there are also very nice and informative. I feel comfortable to make Pacific Pet clinic my regular vet for my cat. Even the doctor said that I can call him anytime if I have any concerns with my cat. He is a very compassionate vet doctor. Definitely worth 5 stars ⭐️

All i can say is WOW!!!! this doctor and his staff are the best in this industry, first i came in to make an appt for a check up and nail trim ears checked and i was booked within a couple of hours walking into the clinic..good vibes from the get go..when i returned with my little Princess the girl at the front desk Sandy was so warm and very welcoming which made me feel good because i was a bit anxious not knowing how princess was going to react..princess is a very strong minded chihuahua with a bit of a fiesty attitude with 2 teeth lol even though she is a senior at 13 yrs old...wasnt sure how she was going to react to her new doctor..well let me tell you Dr Sam is absolutely amazing!! right from the start princess seems to accept him..princess will bark and try to intimidate anyone because shes that cool lol..but Dr Sam was very soft spoken very gentle very caring and very knowledgeable..first thing he said is he wants to make sure princess lives a happy healthy long life and to me those words did it..he examined her without stressing her out and prescribed the right medicine for her infected ear... to treat that first before anything because she was in pain...not to have to stress her out more by doing her nails i scheduled an appt the following week to have her overgrown nails trimmed and have her ear examined again.. i received a text msg from the clinic later that day to see how princess was doing ..and to me that shows me how truely this doctor cares about our pets just following up by text was a good sign to me.Dr Sam did not charge me for her following checkup he just wants princess to be happy and healthy..so today was the following checkup and nail trim..we had to sedate lil princess to have her nails trimmed and her ears cleaned and treated and xrays performed on her heart because shes a little fiesty typical chihuahua...turns out she has an enlarged heart and collapsed trachea i just want my baby to be in better health which Dr Sam is helping me to achieve...everything takes time and eventually we can achieve this goal..Dr Sam recommends princess to lose some weight shes a 16 pound overweight dog....which is what im working on right now to get that excess weight off which isnt good for her heart ...so she can be a heathier little girl..i just love how everyone in this clinic has a genuine concern for my baby..i feel like i finally found the perfect doctor for my dog..i have no reason to seek elsewhere anymore. Thanks Dr Sam and staff for making sure my baby was in good hands today i was a bit worried about sedating her but it all turned out good shes happy and so am i....ill see you guys next wed when i bring princess back to have her ear checked again to make sure its healing.Anyone that is seeking a vet that actually cares more about your pet and knows the exact treatments to bettering your babies life and health do not hesitate to book an appt with these guys you wont regret it..Two customers that came into the clinic with their dogs while i was waiting ...i asked them how long they have been coming there and they both said for years and that its the best doctor and i totally agree with both of them..wish i didnt wait so long to bring princess here but im glad i finally did!!! Fantastic experience: Amazing vet, poor kitty sick 13 years no one could diagnose kitty. Finally I found the best doctor,honest,considerate.Dr Chuang saved my baby’s life!we had no hope whatsoever after visiting 3 clinics previously. We were so desperate and was recommended by my brother. Dr Chuang and all the staff were so caring,they gave us hope. Our baby is alive because of them. We can’t express our gratitude enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Chuang is AMAZING!!! He is an incredible vet.He is also extremely compassionate and understanding.I will NEVER forget what he did for my dog and me.He comforted me and provided exceptional care. My dog had severe periodontal disease,through his treatment.He is doing great,thank you Dr Chuang and pacific pet staff for your tender loving care.The after care provided by Dr Chuang and his team was also amazing. I feel my words don’t even do justice for the care that my dogs and I received.

Positive experience: Came in to the clinic early afternoon and already made an appointment for my cat to be shaved later that day, since he was so matted and his fur was in knots. When I brought my cat in the doctor asked if I would want to have him brushed out instead of having him shaved to which I was SO happy to hear because he is an outdoor cat and I didnt want him to have the "looks" of other cats to see him "naked"! The doctor and his two assistants brushed Loki out very thorough while he was under and the doctor would always check in to make sure that the time is right for the cat to be still under the anesthesia, so I was very appreciative of that, the two assistants very very helpful and friendly, once we finished brushing my cat, he woke up and the whole clinic was happy to see my Loki being free of mats! So I was very happy with the whole day from the appointment making to the time when we went home! Thank you again to the Clinic, to the Doctor and the assistants for being professional patient and kind with my cat and myself! Loki looks fantastic now:)

I especially love the cares from Dr Chuang. He really cares about his patients and is very thorough.Their number one concern is always the pet. They have the pet’s best interests at heart.It is very comforting to know we can always,always count on extremely professional and excellent care from everyone at pacific pet.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I've been to several vets, and Pacific Pet has been the best one. Dr Chuang and staff were absolutely amazing. Every staff member is top-notch: Knowledgeable,caring, competent,and comforting. Dr Chuang is kind,caring and professional. He even called after my dog had to surgery to make sure he was doing well. I won't take my dogs anywhere else. We love Pacific Pet. I recommend them to all my friends.
