Expérience fantastique: Hello to my favorite vet's office in the history of vet's office's! I have nothing but the best of things to say about St. Norbert Animal Hospital. We started bringing our two kitties, Stirfry and Hardware, to this clinic years ago, even though at that point we have to drive 40 minutes just to get there! Now, we're a 10 minute drive away, and I can't deny that our choice to move across the city was partly based on the fact that we would be closer to them. Both of our kitties have seen veterinarians Dr. Fredette and Dr. Valencia, and I trust both of them with our little babies welfare. You can see the love and compassion that they have for animals, each in their own ways. They both explain everything so well and never hesitate to answer any of the millions of questions I have, and they're honest in telling me what tests I can forego to save money on during our annual/random check ups, and which I should make sure to get depending on where our kitties are at health-wise. RVT's and vet assistants Alyssa, Stephanie and Sabrina always have the best things to say about our old girl, Stirfry, who has to come in for monthly shots for her arthritis. Somehow, they're able to clip her nails every month without fail, too!!! They make sure to let me know that she was such a good girl and that they gave her lots of cuddles and treats, and it truly warms my heart to know that they care about her as much as I do. Now, for the faces of the clinic - Tara and Jeanine. I can not say enough about these two phenomenal women. They welcome Stirfry, Hardware and I with open arms at every visit. Because we are there so often, they know the ins and outs of our kitties' files and are always quick to congratulate us when we hit milestones with Stirfry's weight gain! They have been so supportive these last few years with Stirfry's renal failure diagnosis - they've seen me ecstatic, they've seen me stressed, they've seen me cry like a baby and took the time to talk me through it. I will *forever* be thankful for their presence at St. Norbert vet. I couldn't imagine two better receptionists than Tara and Jeanine - thank you, ladies, from the very bottom of my heart. And last but certainly not least, the renowned Meet and Greet Specialist - the one and only, Agnes. The sweet girl who pops her teeny weeny paws up on the counter the second I say hello, whose wiggly butt could give Shakira herself a run for her money, and who fills my heart with so much love and joy every single visit. Never have I ever been greeted by one so well dressed and well read - she is the smartest little girl who sits every time she is offered a cookie without even being asked! Her outfits are to die for, and no other pup could pull them off in the way she does! Agnes has been pivotal in my experience at St. Norbert vet, and I live for the days that I get to see her! Thank you to everyone at St. Norbert vet - you've made this fur mama feel more comfortable and confident in the health of her fur babies since day one, and I recommend you to every animal owner I meet, ever.

Expérience fantastique: We have been coming to St. Norbert Animal Hospital for almost 6 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. The entire team feels like family, and they genuinely understand our corgis—their personalities, their quirks, and their individual needs. Most recently, one of our pups was in a significant amount of pain, and Dr. Fredette was absolutely incredible. Her skill, calm confidence, and compassion immediately put us at ease. She handled our dog so gently and created a pain management plan that made a real difference. I was honestly shocked—in the best way—by how knowledgeable and caring she was. I didn’t even know whether to say sorry for the stress or thank you for the care… probably both. Dr Valencia as well. He’s phenomenal too! Very caring and considerate of our options regarding preventative care. If you ever need a vet for pain management, emergencies, or regular checkups, this is the clinic you want to take your pet to. I’ve been to several clinics in the city when this one was closed, and none compare. Our pups have had all of their care here—routine checkups, physical exams, dental cleanings, neuter and spay surgeries and even tooth extractions due to injury. They don’t just examine your dog and rush you out the door. They take the time to listen, answer questions, and provide thoughtful, thorough recommendations. The receptionists are fantastic—kind, patient, and incredibly thorough. Jeanine has helped with insurance submissions and pre approvals for surgeries etc. She’s fantastic. I love the price quote presentation from low costs to higher cost scale. We can also customize procedures by taking out things we prefer not to have etc. What really sets this clinic apart is that everyone gets involved. Even the manager, Leslie comes out to greet us, answers questions, and helps tailor visits based on our dogs’ specific needs. That level of care and attention is rare. This clinic lessens the stress of the unknowns when it comes to pet care. We will continue seeing them as needed. We highly recommend them and your wallet will appreciate it too Team St Norbert beats the rest

Expérience négative: Prices are ridiculous l, $450.00 for a Ear exam and drops, give your head a shake. That used to be a mortgage payment for me. They dropped it to $260.00. $600.00 for tick medication for 2 dogs, this is highway robbery. It's like Bestbuy now with all the add ons and extended warranties.

Expérience négative: I would like to share my experience with two veterinarians at this clinic, as the difference in professionalism was very noticeable. During my earlier visit with Dr. Valencia, I felt he was not very professional or considerate of my dog’s emotional state. My dog is sensitive to unfamiliar environments, and his handling was abrupt, which clearly increased her stress and reactivity rather than calming her. At that time, I felt uncomfortable with how the situation was managed. After that experience, I switched to Dr. Breanne, and the difference was significant. She was extremely professional, calm, and patient. She clearly understood that dogs can feel anxious in a clinic setting and took time to build trust with my dog. She performed a thorough head-to-toe assessment, including listening to the heart and lungs and gently moving my dog’s legs to ensure there was no pain. Most importantly, she explained that my dog’s reactions were due to anxiety and environmental stress, not a “bad temperament,” and that these behaviors are normal. Unfortunately, today I had to return for a vaccine appointment and was assigned to Dr. Valencia again due to scheduling. My dog recognized him and barked briefly. He immediately said, “Oh, a Shiba Inu — we usually muzzle them,” which felt like an assumption based solely on breed and brief behavior. During the assessment, he only listened to my dog’s heart and lungs and did not complete any other physical checks. The overall impression I got was that dogs who are anxious or reactive are quickly labeled as “problem dogs” and managed with suggestions like trazodone or more training, rather than addressing fear and stress appropriately. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by Dr. Breanne, but my experiences with Dr. Valencia were disappointing and made me feel that my dog’s emotional well-being was not fully respected.

Expérience négative: If I could give zero stars I would. Dr Valencia is so rude and inconsiderate. He has no compassion or empathy when you make that decision to euthanize your family pet. I have no idea how this man is a veterinarian or how he hasn’t gotten fired yet. He does not care about your pet so don’t make that mistake when seeing him for your pets needs. HE DOES NOT CARE! all they care about is how much money they can get from you.

I was very worried of her suffering from inflammation in the back area but alhamdulallah during visit its wasn't as bad as I expected. My little one very scared of other people but she didn't had a problem at all with a doctor and team The price was very reasonable, I expected to go bankrupt, but didn't happened hhhh

Expérience positive: My vet was out of antibacterial shampoo so I decided to stop by St Norbert Animal Hospital. The lady at the front was friendly & polite so this review is nothing against her. I was told I needed to make an account to buy the shampoo. I questioned this and she said it was the only way she could ring it thru. I believe her it’s just a terrible system. So I then gave incorrect fake information for an account. So my question is……..what’s the point of this? U now have completely false information anyways. A person should be able to walk in, buy shampoo and leave not to mention the time it would save your employees to do it this way

Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend this clinic! I took my older cat in for a dental cleaning/extraction, and the whole process was very simple. I was quite nervous about the procedure, but the staff were caring and compassionate, and explained everything in a way I could understand. The estimate was even spot on to what they quoted me, and the pricing was quite reasonable compared to other clinics I checked out. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! Simon and I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work ❤️

Expérience positive: Got referred here by a friend, decided to take our dog here to get neutered. During his surgery the power went out and we were told they were in the middle of operating on him with an iPhone flash flight. Which is fine… the thing I was most disappointed about was when I went to pick him up there was no cone on him, they just handed it to me. When I got home I put it on him to find out it was too small and his nose stuck over the edge so he could fully get at his stitches. I called the next morning and the lady said “oh I kind of thought that would happen” so living in Winnipeg I had to drive all the way back out to niverville to get a new cone. I wish they would’ve tested it before sending him home.

Expérience fantastique: When I noticed that my cat was having trouble urinating, I immediately decided to seek help from professionals. Luckily, the receptionist at St. Norbert Animal Hospital was able to find us a same-day appointment, and we headed there right away. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and Dr. Marcelo Valencia conducted a thorough examination and quickly identified the problem. After running the necessary tests, our cat ended up urinating a little on the examination table, which made us feel a bit embarrassed — but the doctor remained very professional and kind throughout. The very next day, after starting the prescribed medication and switching to the new food, our cat already seemed to feel much better. What really impressed us was that a few days later, the clinic followed up with a phone call to check on our cat’s condition — such a thoughtful gesture. We’re really happy that our first visit happened at this clinic. Thank you to everyone at St. Norbert Animal Hospital for your care and compassion!

Expérience fantastique: My fur babies are comfortable going to see the vet here. The environment is welcoming for them. The staff and vet are friendly, understanding and caring. There’s no pressure for me to make decisions on test, procedures etc.

Expérience fantastique: Staff at the front are just amazing. They greet you the second you walk in the door. They are always so bright and bubbly. That helps keep the atmosphere here so nice. We didn't have to wait once they checked us in. Why not a 5 star. Simple. This vet seems to change their doc's often. We haven't had the same vet see and care for our pet in a few years. We go in yearly to keep up with our pets shots and any meds that are needed or surgeries. But the Vet aka doc's are never the same. Not sure why. The level of care has never changed and the prices are competitive. A few reasons why we always come back to the location. I would recommend this location for any and all of your pet needs. They are awesome. The parking lot can been a bit of a nightmare when busy, but other than that amazing staff. If you have an emergency, the staff here really go the extra mile for you. The front staff are awesome. The techs are awesome, and today we were lucky to have the same doctor/Vet. She was just amazing. She knows our dog so well. There is a real kingship their. She loves animals. Their really isn't any way to describe how amazing she was/is with him.

Expérience fantastique: Loved the rabies vaccine for Brutus, he was well looked after by the vet the technician who cut his nails.

Expérience positive: We were having what seemed like a bit of an emergency with our older cat. Called our regular vet clinic, who agreed he needed to be seen. But they weren’t able to accommodate us. I called St Norbert clinic, never having been there before, and they fit us in quickly. They were able to help us out quickly and with care.

Expérience fantastique: The staff are always very pleasant and accommodating. Always comforts our pup and gives the best care possible. Answers any questions we have and is always looking to help further.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Naherniak, Dr. Fredette, and the whole team have been amazing with my little Roxie. I had a rough experience with a previous vet clinic that sadly triggered seizures for her, so finding this place has been such a relief. They've genuinely helped improve her health and lifestyle. The team here is so gentle and caring—Roxie has anxiety, yet she’s so much calmer with them than I ever thought possible. They always follow up to check on her, and it feels like they’re truly invested in making sure she’s doing well. Thank you, St. Norbert Animal Hospital, for all the kindness and care. It means everything to have found a place where Roxie feels safe, loved, and cared for.

Expérience fantastique: I took all 3 of my cats in for routine checkups with Dr Valencia. Each cat has their own temperament - from the two year old being lovable to the 11 year old who was acting rather feral before calming down in the room. They all had routine vaccines and dewormer. He was very informative and so good with all of them. I will definitely request seeing him in the future.

Our dog was diagnosed with diabetes and they were amazing with showing us how to give him his insulin and always told us in advance what the price was for any treatment before performing it.

You can tell they really care about their patients and love their job! Thank you St. Norbert for fixing my little man. :)

Expérience négative: Honestly, I probably would not come back to this vet clinic again. I wasn’t impressed with the Vet. He was unable to explain to me what was wrong with my dog rather than he used technical terms rather than just telling me what was the issue. He did not need to explain things so technically he could’ve just plain and simply said what was wrong with my dog, He was Very persistent that I get complete blood work done on my dog while I was there and that I need to change her food to a vet store brand. I didn’t feel that the issue was resolved so I brought my dog back to her regular vet two days later and my vet said she had a bacterial infection Which did not come up on the tests that were done at Saint Norbert. I honestly feel that it was a complete waste of money to bring my pets there to see that Vet I brought my dog to her regular vet which the service was way better and a lot cheaper left with a complete diagnosis plus a plan for my dog The only good thing about Saint Norbert Vet Hospital was the two amazing women working at the front

Expérience fantastique: Our dogs are always treated so well by all of the staff here. The vet and staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and they obviously love animals. I will always recommend to people to bring pets here because the staff treat our girls like the family members they are to us.

Expérience fantastique: Tbh, this is one of the places I want to gatekeep! Haha. Everything and everyone in this clinic is more than the best!!! They give the outmost care for the patients and their owners. My senior dog loves coming here. When you tell him he’s going to the vet, he goes straight to the door and is ready to go. Compared to where we used to bring him in, he was always so anxious, shaking, peeing himself, even just passing by the establishment. I can’t stress this enough on how grateful I am that I transferred the pack here. With that being said, I highly recommend this veterinary clinic; the doctors and nurses are all knowledgeable and helpful. They won’t take it just for the money. They do love and care for your pets.

Expérience positive: They are very nice at this vet but very expensive but all vets are. The vet visit itself keeps going up in price just to see them and you never can see any vet without hundreds of dollars for tests.

Expérience fantastique: My cats where well taken care of. The only concern was the Dr I saw today did not agree with the Dr I saw yesterday on the 19 with the administration of the shots. Rabies and distemper. That was a bit concerning but it is all worked out.

Expérience fantastique: I am so grateful for this staff. I have had mixed experiences here in the past with previous vets but Dr. Breanne Fredette and the entire team were incredibly informative and compassionate dealing with myself and my pet.

Expérience négative: They killed my cat. They did an ear cleaning on my 20 year old cat and basically lobotomized him. He has no balance now and his head wavered and his eyes waver and pupils are not the same size. They deny it of course. He was fine before he went there. And he’s like this now. My cat is my best friend and I have had him for half my life, and now I have to put him down ahead of his time because of their malpractice. Do not go there. It’s Not the same doctors there that used to be there. I am devasted for my cat. He was there for a standard yearly visit and they suggested his ears get cleaned while he was there. Now my cat has been reduced to an invalid and I have to make the choice to let him go. My poor baby deserved better

The only downside was that both the dr. and I knew that our pup had something going on in her ear- yet she went and did an unnecessary 65$ test (without informing me that there was an additional cost) I only found this out at the front desk. So informed consent was not a part of their MO

Expérience positive: Fast, friendly staff ready to help and suggest additional services I didn’t think about them. Only one complaint- for people like me (I am a truck driver who never knows when he comes home, you need to have possibility to squeeze us between appointments). The rest is fine.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been a pet owner for 25+ years and Dr. Fredette and the team at SNHA are the best I’ve ever encountered! Dr. Fredette is a certified fear-free veterinarian and she is the most calm, patient vet with my extremely nervous Australian Shepherd!

Whether it was the care that they gave him when he was neutered and kept me informed every step of the way or the simple things of helping me when I bring him in for his tick prevention…

Expérience fantastique: My cat was diagnosed with diabetes and had to start a new diet and insulin injections twice per day. The staff were kind to both of us and checked with me about the cost before completing tests. They booked an education session the same day, so we could learn how to safely give insulin and things to watch out for. I appreciate the care we received and will be following up to manage his diabetes over time. Thank you!

Expérience fantastique: Great staff with helpful suggestion for after my dogs surgery. They were able to answer all my questions. polite and explained what was going to happen and cost.

Expérience positive: Vet and vaccines are necessary for my pet. I do however feel that most visits are $80 plus med/vaccine costs for less than 10 min of consultation on average.

Expérience positive: We were greeted politely and promptly. My dog was uncooperative but he was handled with care and patience. All my questions were answered. Definitely a good experience.

Expérience négative: Used to have a good vet. I went in concerned my cat has a hairball she can't get out. "Dr. Brar" charged me $50 for five minutes only to give me a laxative for my cat. I told him she wasn't constipated. He said after this, if it doesn't work a blood test has to be done. What does a blood test have to do with a hairball? The receptionist told me normally an xray is done when a hairball is suspected. Yet, he kept ignoring that I'm certain she's got a hairball, and she very well could have a blockage that could kill her. He'd rather give me false diagnosis so he can get another $180 for the blood test, then, what, another $180 for an xray? I know my cat, and I am not stupid, this guy is a complete sham, and honestly I wouldn't be surprised if he let your pet die just to get the most cash from you. Update: She had an infected womb, and almost died. Luckily, one of their competitors ACTUALLY TOOK AN XRAY and her womb was removed and subsequently lived. No thanks to this vet.

Expérience négative: SHOCKED that after multiple visits, medications, getting put on pallative care, always told to call if we need anything and then when we are devestated and call to say the time has come, we have to Euthanize they say I'm sorry we cannot do it today, you can come in tomorrow, Well we couldn't wait until tomorrow. ZERO COMPASSION for what we were going thru, IT'S JUST BUSINESS I guess but I was hoping for more. Very Disappointed, we will NEVER GO BACK.

Expérience négative: I do not recommend this vet office. Not only did they completely downplay my dogs dental issues that caused him to lose almost all his teeth within weeks of his check up, they also accused us of poisoning our other dog instead of checking for the real issue. They ignored our concerns, just accusing us instead, and insisting on hundreds of dollars of tests to "prove" we were poisoning our dog. Ignoring the masses we found and the breathing issues he was having. When I asked to get our files for our dog so we can take him to a different vet to get a 2nd opinion, the vet was very angry and hung up on me mid conversation after stating that he didn't see the point in getting another opinion because nothing was wrong. This vet missed diagnosing my dogs cancer because he was for some reason convinced we poisoned him, when we absolutely did not. If you want to feel like an animal abuser and have your dog's issues ignored, go here. Otherwise, go somewhere else.

Expérience fantastique: I'd just like to thank all at St. Norbert Vet for their top tier service during a tough time, specifically Dr. Chahal who is extremely kind, compassionate, and it's clear she loves what she does. I only met with her twice but each time I could sense how much she truly loves animals. She aided me in saying goodbye to my loving cat and I am so grateful she was the one to help my baby rest peacefully. St. Norbert Vet goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction and if I ever own another pet in the future, I will be sure to go to them for all care. Thank you!

Expérience fantastique: Have used St.Norbert vet since adopting my dog in 2016. Always great, friendly staff and amazing service. Doctors and techs show genuine care for your fur babies

Expérience négative: Wanted to stay loyal but couldn’t after 24 vet visits in 12 months. Anal glands , every food possible before trying their $240 food every 3 weeks. After finally agreeing to their food still 0 progress. Went to vet on st Anne’s , completely disregarded everything we were told. Back to normal food and different diet no issues at all, and our big dog didn’t need his anal glands squeezed every two weeks because he is 100lbs. Poor dog wore a cone when alone for a year. Couldn’t be happier getting proper advice from else where. They even recommended not using the vet food because it was not necessary. Thousands and thousands of dollars wasted at st Norbert vet.

Expérience fantastique: I have 4 pups that all go to St Norbert Animal Hospital and I can’t recommend them enough. My lil wiener Obi was diagnosed with a heart murmur last year and they treat him so well when we go for shots or tests. They are honestly the best and super accommodating.

Expérience fantastique: Excellent experience getting shots for the new puppy. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Procedure was done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely make this our permanent veterinary office!

Expérience fantastique: I was nervous about taking my dog in to a new vet. We had to get our dog's teeth cleaned. We received great service my dog's teeth are pearly white again! The staff were friendly and told me how they enjoyed cuddling my dog during the day. I will defiantly be bringing him to this vet clinic again. Update: This is now my 5th time bringing my dogs to St Norbert Animal hospital for teeth cleaning , and I’ve always had such great experience. I will keep coming back. They really go the extra mile to ensure your dog is comfortable before getting a. If surgery.

We have 10 cats amongst the 5 of us, and we brought our family dog here up to her very last appointment. Everyone here is extremely kind and truly make us feel like they care for our animal babies. Highly recommend this place!

Expérience négative: NO WONDER their rating has dropped from 4.8 over the year. I have been visiting St. Norbert since 2 years ago and my cat did his surgery here and recovered well. We had an emergency visit to another hospital (because they open on Sundays) a year back and we did a follow-up in February in that hospital this year. As he's all normal now I would like to bring the regular visits back to St. Norbert as I loved the vet services previously, they have a more comprehensive record of my cat too. As I would like to start with a full-body check and blood work, I would like to understand the price so I asked the receptionist if she could provide a price. She said no, I asked her if she could estimate, and she said we needed an exam first, and cannot hold the line for long. Oh by the way the whole call didn't even last for 3 minutes and this was only probably 40 seconds in. What’s the hassle when your job is to provide clients with help and information? As far as I know, the receptionists there do take payments and provide invoices as people walk out so they should at least know the minimum and maximum they've seen, and it's not like I would want an accurate number. Your vet rooms are literally 15 steps away from the reception, all you need to do is probably ask someone and let me know “blood works start at $395”? I just want to know so that I am prepared before going in. She was also very impatient before I actually told her I visited St. Norbert before. If this is your attitude towards new clients, good luck with keeping them:)

Expérience négative: At one time they were amazing. Now there seems to be no care whatsoever. I called for an emergency for my one dog, and was turned away. Fast forward a few months and we had to call again as our new puppy was throwing up all over. They told us to just monitor her....thank god we didn't! She had parvo and also needed emergency surgery. If we had listened to them, she would have died. Spend the extra and go to Centennial vet, they are absolutely amazing!

Expérience fantastique: Sabrina is a four year old tortoiseshell domestic short hair cat. She is active and healthy and I took her to St Norbert Animal Hospital for her rabies shot. The appointment took place promptly, my pet was treated kindly (she was quite the skittish kitten) and I was asked if I had any questions or concerns. Since there was nothing further to be done, I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes, with a sense that Sabrina has been well taken care of. I highly recommend them!

Expérience fantastique: From the front desk staff through to technicians and veterinarians, my doggo is warmly welcomed and very cared for. Any health issues and/or costs for medications are explained clearly and options are given for price comparisons. Highly recommend!!

Expérience fantastique: Everybody at the clinic is so friendly and obviously love the animals in their care. When my cat became diabetic, they helped me through the process compassionately and professionally. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on procedures or product and I am so grateful for that

Expérience négative: I really liked when this vet office opened because they were not charging the high prices as other vets. The doctors there are fantastic but we brought in our two dogs at the same time for shots and the doctor looked at them for literally a five minute exam and we were charged 75 dollars per dog for the exam PLUS the shots. Disappointed they are the going the way of other vet clinics.

Expérience négative: I was disappointed the most recent time I brought my cat in. He was sick starting Thursday, so we brought him in. Fluids were given to him and we were told he should start feeling better in 48 hours. He actually started to get more sick, so I emailed them at the 24 hour mark. I got no response, so we called and they had no availability to see the cat until Monday. It was disappointing that we were told to bring him back if he isn’t getting better, yet they weren’t able to be flexible in actually having the appointment time available. It doesn’t help that the clinic is no longer open Sundays. Luckily we found another office that helped us, and we avoided needing an emergency vet clinic which would have come with a heftier bill. We never got a call to follow up and see how the cat was doing either . The lack of communication and organization was upsetting. Every other time has been positive but it’s too bad about this situation.

Expérience fantastique: Highly recommend this office. Friendly efficient staff who have consistently accommodated appointments for my kitty cat. Always a pleasant experience and very fair prices for care. When our kitty was ill, the vet was honest and recommended just the things he thought were needed. Great place!

Expérience négative: Take your pet there if you want to forever remember a horrible euthanasia! I would give this clinic a no star review if it was possible. The word incompetent came up today as I struggled to come to terms with what they did to my poor cat Jenna. They didn't like the sound of that. Call a spade a spade. I have had pets put down throughout my life and usually as bad as it is to lose them, the process is done competently. I spent my last minutes with my cat apologizing to her for the cruelty and undue stress she was caused by their "protocol" as they said. The concept of taking a pet to another room and having to hear them growl, hiss, howl and scream as a shunt is tried to be placed into their fore paw without any sedation is completely ridiculous. Usually an animal is sedated with you there and then the process carries on. Then, the staff come running to ask if it is okay to use the sedation first. Really? Do you think? If I had known I would not have put her/me through the horrendous experience and then have the insult of paying for it on the way out. Then bring her back flat out and laying there knowing she can hear you and how stressed out she is. Think carefully before bringing your loved one here..at this point, I would say you could hedge your bet that ANY vet clinic could perform this sacred process with more caring, dignity and competency than this clinic! It will be my lasting memory of my darling girl. Update: I have since connected with another pet owner who had their senior dog put down there. They had never put down an animal before so thought the horrendous experience they also went through was normal. Think carefully about this vet clinic. "Warm regards?"

Expérience fantastique: We switched to St Norbert Animal Hospital a few years ago with our Bichon Frise. They have always been great to work with and when it came time for our baby to pass they treated her with such dignity and it made it a bit easier for us. Now we have two Bichon Frise puppies and we definitely brought them here too. From all of their regular check up to getting spayed, St Norbert has just been so easy to work with and all staff are so friendly and they even checked in with us when one was having some pain to make sure she was ok. I highly recommend bringing your pet here because you want someone treating them like how you treat your fur babies.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to St Norbert Animal Hospital for at least a decade. They have been right beside me as I've gone through the best of times and the worst of times. I lost my little guy to cancer and they did everything possible to make his last weeks as good as possible. They also provided me with the utmost kindness and support in his last moments. When I got a new puppy they were excited and happy for me. They treat him with amazing love every time we visit and make me feel like I can survive this crazy puppy stage. I've called for advice a few times and they are so helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about St Norbert Animal Hospital! Everyone is AMAZING! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Expérience fantastique: The kindest staff. They are great at empathizing with pet owners, and don't charge you if you just wanted to see a doctor for post-vaccine checkups (like if a lump had formed at the injection sight). They're all very nice and very considerate!!

During the Pandemic, our 11 year old dog had reached the end of his life and they were so incredibly compassionate and warm through the entire difficult experience. It was also the only location that would let us be with him (masked) for his appointments in the last year of his life. Other vets weren’t as understanding. I appreciate their honesty, kindness and knowledge.
