Erindale Animal Hospital

Negative experience: I brought my cat here for a corneal issue that started small. Over about six months, we returned three or four times for follow-ups. Each time, I was told it was likely bacterial or possibly an ulcer, and that it was improving. However, the lesion continued to grow and eventually moved toward the center of the cornea. I was also told at one point that the condition would most likely leave scarring. During this period, my cat was prescribed multiple medications and spend a lot of money, but the condition did not show meaningful improvement. After doing my own research and speaking with other veterinarians, eosinophilic keratitis was suggested. When nothing improved over a long period of time, I went to another clinic. A corneal scraping was performed there, and the diagnosis was confirmed within about 20 minutes. The other veterinarians I consulted did not believe scarring would be likely with proper treatment. After starting the correct medication, my cat improved within a week and fully recovered without any scarring. This experience involved several months of appointments, ongoing costs, and prolonged discomfort for my cat before receiving a definitive diagnosis. The staff were polite and not unkind, and I understand they were trying to help. However, in medicine, clinical competence and timely diagnosis are critical. When diagnostic escalation is delayed, the consequences are borne by the patient. I would encourage pet owners to seek a second opinion immediately if their pet’s condition is not clearly improving over time. I truly hope all animals remain healthy and safe.

Fantastic experience: Love the staff at erindale. The first time i discovered them was when I didnt know who to turn to for the death of my first hamster. They were so accommodating that I decided to trust them with the care of all of my other pets, and I think it shows. They were so caring and attentive when it came to my two late mice, cookies n' cream (cow) and Timothy Larry Mouser Bigcheese (Skunk). I will tell you though, they know more about my spicy boy Cumin, my second hamster, as he used to forced me to book a saline injection almost every month for a good while. When he and another mouse, Patches, recently passed away last December, they understood my pain. I love going to them for the care they provide to all of my furbabies

Negative experience: Took our dog in and felt they took advantage of us a bit. They suggested a tube be placed and several meds so we agreed while she was there they felt the ultimate choice would be to x rays so we agreed. Upon our return we waited over thirty minutes to pick her up and they highly suggested we keep her over night as they concluded her skull was cracked and she could seize. They didn’t show us the X-rays but we felt with all the antibiotics she was going to be on she would be okay. They freaked us out and made us feel a little less than. She’s fine. So there’s that. We’ve asked them to send the X-rays and records over to our usual vet three times - they haven’t yet sent the X-rays. When I asked to see the xrays they showed us from their phone and as they put it there might have been or maybe. So wasn’t as conclusive as they made it seem before. They charge you for everything 5 min remove the drain $90. Our other vet looked her over and didn’t note any concerns with her skull.

Negative experience: Poor experience there. They will try and milk every cent out of you and make you feel poorly if you say no to “extra care”. Better off going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff! Very compassionate! I am a client here with my leopard gecko and I am so happy I finally found a vet suited for her. She just recently had surgery here and they were so wonderful with it! I was so worried for her, she’s my baby, and they updated me as much as they could throughout the day to relieve my worries. The staff here is so amazing, the environment is so calming. I really recommend this vet!

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been to the clinic twice now but the entire experience was fantastic each time. I brought my dog in for a checkup and later brought one of my birds in to have an injury looked at and then treated. As a first-time bird owner, the whole experience was very reassuring. The vets were very helpful, showed exactly what was going on and explained everything very well. I called in and was able to get an appointment the next morning. Cost seems very reasonable but the quality of service is worth it regardless. Will definitely be bringing all my critters back here in the future!

Positive experience: Always easy to get in. They follow up an appointment with a phone call to see how our pup is doing. Though at every appointment they want to do some extra tests at a cost.

Fantastic experience: Some of the kindest people I've met. Kept us well updated throughout a difficult time for our cat, kept our boy as comfortable as he could be, and in the end helped us through the most difficult decision with true compassion and empathy, allowing us all the time we needed to say goodbye in such a comforting and peaceful room. Thank you Dr Viv and the whole team there.

Negative experience: I took my cat in for a limp, and I was told her leg was broken. I did the tests they recommended, and they said they would get a hold of me on Friday. Friday night, they told me to not feed my cat breakfast because they wanted me to bring her in for more x-rays on Saturday. Saturday came and went with no updates or information, and my cat has gone the weekend in pain and discomfort. We were sent home with no pain management or care instructions and even as of Monday, I still have not heard from them. $800 later and they are not able to give me a call. I’ve seen other reviews where the clinic called other customers on a Sunday, and I am not sure why my cat was left waiting in pain. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and this will be the last time I bring my cat here.

Negative experience: I had the most heartbreaking experience at this clinic after the passing of my beloved dog, Willow. I was told her ashes would be returned in 2–3 weeks. As the third week approached with no call, I phoned to check in. I was told I was in the system, and they even confirmed her name—Willow. A week later, I followed up again, only to be told they would “look for it” and call me back. I was confused—was she not already there? Then I received a text saying they had “located Luna’s ashes.” That is not my dog’s name. Luna is part of my last name—not her first name. I left work early and rushed over in distress. When I received the paw print and certificate, my dog’s name was once again listed as “Luna.” Not Willow. On top of that, the urn I had personally gone to have engraved came back unengraved. This was the last act of care I entrusted to them for my best friend, and it was handled carelessly. My grief was already heavy, but this added unnecessary pain and confusion. Willow deserved respect, and so did I. I do not leave this review lightly. I urge this clinic to take better care when handling aftercare services. No one grieving the loss of a pet should ever have to question whether their loved one was honored properly.

Fantastic experience: They got me in within a day or so after my first puppy had a serious skin infection causing open wounds. Other vets wanted me to schedule an appointment 2 to 4 weeks out. I've come here ever since. The service is good, appointments are pretty flexible, prices reasonable and invoices can be emailed. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Had the best experience from the moment I called. The front desk person answered and was so sweet and got me an appointment for my hammy Harriet same day. The other two places I called couldn't get me in until next Wed and if any earlier would charge extra for emergency. And they called her a pocket pet! The vet and vet tech were very gentle with her and the appointment was not stressful to her at all. We got the meds and advice and on the way! 5 stars for the whole staff

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jones is fantastic with my 4 legged baby and with the very distraught human Me!! Explained everything gave me options and what it was going to cost. Called me on Sunday to let me know how my little Bella was doing and what my options were. On Monday I brought Bella home in much better shape than when we arrived Cant say enough wonderful things about Erindale Vet Clinic and Dr. Vivian Jones

Fantastic experience: Not our regular vet, but our dog had a problem and our vet was closed for Good Friday. They got him in quickly, were very friendly and thorough.

Negative experience: Would not recommend only because not pragmatic. Charged annual disease detection exam when my car got his vaccines and then charged it again 3 weeks later when he needed a couple booster shots even though he was healthy. I called and they were not helpful. If very wealthy this clinic is great. But others clinics are more affordable and seemed just as good!

Fantastic experience: Best vet clinic, we brought our dogs here in search of a new vet after multiple bad vet experiences. The staff are so helpful and accommodating, they make me feel so comfortable and i know my pet is in good hands they are aware pets are expensive and don’t pressure or judge you if something doesn’t work for you, thank you for all you do

Fantastic experience: This place i kid you not is the BEST vets i been to,they worked on my sweet bailey performed a surgery on her made sure she was safe for it, took the best care of her, staff was super nice an treated her so nicely, the facility was just amazing an so clean and fresh,they were also very clear on what needed done an what was wrong ,clear on prices an fair prices, they took time an exsplined after care as well , this place truely cares about animals i will always recommend this place 100%

Fantastic experience: We brought our other dog here for years. Sadly, we had to say goodbye with him here as well. Today, 6 years later, we start happy visits again with our new puppy from New Hope Dog Rescue. Here's to another 16 years of vet visits. The staff are so welcoming and loved getting puppy kisses from Tucker.

They team is very attentive and straightforward in letting me know what my cats need and any costs associated with care. Negative experience: NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! This clinic is my absolute worst experience ever!!! Bring my cat for a minor check up on his paw. I give him calm pills 2h prior to an appointment to make him calmer and reduce his stress during driving. I came in, they told me to leave him there and wait for a call which was very strange, anyway l got a call back in a 20min and they told me he is very stressed and they can do anything!!??? Even basic check up! The only option that they offered was to give him stronger medicine through a shit and leave him for the rest of the day there and only after that it might be possible to do something. This "stress free" procedure would cost me around 700-800$ ONLY!!! Do you guys think this is the right and reasonable way to do your job??? Does it look stress free?? Leaving my cat in an unknown place, probably in an empty dark room for a half day This clinic is overpriced and overrated!!! "Stress free" is only a marketing thing how to overcharge you for no reason!!!!

Fantastic experience: Latest review: I had to change my previous review which one can find below. I had to take my doggo for urgent care and God oh God I was pleasantly surprised. Their whole demeanor has changed since my last visit. 1. I called them at 4 pm as I came home to find my dog limping. Knowing it was late I asked for the next available time. And they accommodated me at 5 pm that very day. That was so good of them. 2. Took my dog there. The receptionist was as friendly ad they can be. So was the vet's help. She was curious about my dog and asked me everything possible to figure out what may have gone wrong. 3. Then came the vet. She is apparently a new addition to the team and she is BRILLIANT. Her name is Dr. Cousins. She was so so good. Tested my dog for any other issues. And the best part was she came up with two suggestions at two different price range. And she left it to me to decide. And also suggested valuable things to understand the difference between these options etc etc. Overall I was pleasantly surprised to meet her and to see how compassionate she was not only to the animal but also to the owner. She deserves a big thanks I have nothing negative to say this time so I am changing my 2 stars to a 5 stars. Overall I should say that if they keep this up then they will be the best Vet clinic In town in no time. Previous review: I feel like vet is a business nowadays. In stead of actually taking care of pets they r trying to take advantage of the fact that pets can't talk and can be tested or treated for anything, even if they know that there's nothing wrong with the pets. But let me assure you, my reviews r not based on my idea, rather on my experience with them so far. 1. My dog ingested something it shouldn't have on a Sunday. I called them as they r my vet clinic. B4 even hearing the issue, the 1st thing the receptionist said was it's a holiday so 150 bucks just to bring the pet over there plus other testing. She made it clear that whatever my dog ate was poisonous and that if he is not treated in next 10-15 min, things could be serious. So i decided to call the vet college at the university thinking they would have better equipments there. This vet guy listened to me, and told me that it was not poisonous at all. That it will be fine and no need of treatment other than observation. Now think about that. Erindale was trying to pocket money knowing very well that it was nothing dangerous. Whereas the vet college told me that it's fine w/o treatment. How can anyone trust a business like this after that? It's a money gobbling business essentially! 2. Another example is everytime (yearly) I am there with my dog, they try so freaking hard to sell me "great quality food" that's otherwise not available in the market. Food that's supposedly good for the heart, liver, brain etc. Trust me, they r getting paid by the companies to sell those and that's they insist. Not Caz they r actually good for the pets! We pet parents often don't understand that Caz we love our pets and do whatever we r told to do for their good! They force you to buy something at the least! What is it! Other than simple business! 3. Last time I was there I had my dog vaccinated. Of course I received the vaccination certificate which they folded and put in my prescription drug package. I came back home, opened it and guess what? They gave me the one from last year's vaccination record! What on the earth! They didn't even check it before giving it to me! I had to call them, be on hold for 5 min only to be emailed the recent most doc to me! U guys r charging money from us and can't even provide a good service ? 4. Overall, the only good thing for me was that the doc was nice. She was great with my dog and I appreciate that very much.

Fantastic experience: Welcoming atmosphere for us as newcomers. A very thorough exam by the Dr. Overall I was very pleased.

Negative experience: took my cat here because he was having difficulty urinating and passing blood. He has a history of urinary blockages. We were travelling and I stopped in to see a vet so we could get him medicated and be on our way. We got 4 days of medication (typically you get 7-14 days of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory) and when I called to get the rest of the medication needed, I was told we would have to pay an additional $21 for the prescription (even though they did not prescribe the right amount of required medications to begin with). They knew we were travelling, so rather than ask me to pay $21 to email a prescription over to Manitoba they should have just prescribed the full course of medication needed. We’ve seen many vets over the years with this issue and never have we felt so outright scammed. It’s as if they purposely didn’t prescribe enough so we would have to request more and knowing we were in another province, they could stick us with an additional $21 fee. We already paid over $320 for some medications and an exam. This issue typically costs us around $200. They proscribed gabapentin and bupenorphine (2 pain killers) which wasn’t necessary— we typically only get one the bupenorphine. Then they refused to give us the remaining 3 days of anti inflammatory without paying an additional $21. Plus we would have to get medication paid for on top of that. They clearly don’t care about the welfare of animals at this clinic and are only concerned about the bottom line. We have visited very thorough, caring vets and this one is not it. Usually a follow up and any additional medication is included in the fees you previously paid at the first visit. Really dissatisfied with the experience at this vet. Wouldn’t recommend this vet to anyone.

Negative experience: Terrible. Save your money and just go to a different place. They took x-rays and then told me that i could do nothing or amputate my cats toe since the vet wasn't good at setting it... Then they charged me to refer us elsewhere. The x-rays were so bad they had to be redone at the second place. And they kept calling me every few weeks... ?? For why??

Negative experience: You threw away my cat’s ashes while I was making payments! I will take every legal step and whatever it takes me to see you pay for what this clinic did!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to other vets, but none compare to Erindale Animal Hospital! Their fear free model has been so good for all my pets (bunnies, a cat, a dog). They’re so gentle and kind! No matter who I see there, I can always tell they genuinely both love animals and care deeply for said animals’ owners. Their prices are a little higher, but I assure you it is worth it for the excellent service and beautiful facility!

The communication is great and the hospitality is exceptional. All the vets there are wonderful to work with and truly care about the welfare of your little one. Definitely will be coming back!

Fantastic experience: Great place with excellent staff and knowledge. Not the most cost competitive though!

Negative experience: I took my cat to Erindale earlier this week with signs of a UTI. At the end of the day, I had spent $900 with zero answers and a prescription for pain medication. This truly felt like a bandaid fix and no solution to the actual problem. I had asked for antibiotics to treat a potential infection prophylactically, however was told no. A few days later, my cat was getting worse. I called Erindale back and was told I’d have to pay for another urine collection (which I paid for on Monday) and was told no again to antibiotics. I decided to take my cat to another vet at this point as I was incredibly frustrated with Erindale. When I asked for my cats results to be sent to the new clinic, I was suddenly offered a second option at Erindale at no cost, as well as a prescription for antibiotics. I feel Erindale is in it for the money, and you and your pet come second. I spent $900 at Erindale with no answers, and $220 at the other clinic and got answers and treatment. Erindale is way too overpriced and does not listen to their clients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Samantha Tait was absolutely splendid when we took in our kitties today for their yearly check up. She accommodated our very nervous kitty and ensured she was comfortable. She gave great advice and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. You can tell she really loves her job; she was so kind and nice and gentle to our kitties. It was overall an excellent experience!

Fantastic experience: Words will never be able to express how much we love both this clinic and the staff who work there. Every single time we go there we feel like family. They’ve taken such amazing care of our fur babies, and I trust them and their opinions more than I ever have at any other clinic. They’re knowledgeable and supportive and you can tell that they genuinely care about your pet AND you. Literally EVERY SINGLE employee I’ve have the pleasure of interacting with has been amazing and kind and just all around awesome. And one of the more important things I could add to this review, is that all of our boys (2 dogs and 2 cats) LOVE going here, which has never happened at another clinic before. I can tell that they feel safe here, and they love the staff as much as we do! Their hours are another important thing that contributes to my glowing review. They are open early and late, and are extremely accessible/responsive to their texts, emails and phone calls. If you’re on the market for a team to entrust your pets health and well-being to, Erindale Animal Hospital is the only hospital you need to go to.

Fantastic experience: Our guy was a little leery but Dr Vivienne Jones was so patient with him. We're really happy with the nose to tail check up he received, the tips regarding his future eye health and that there is the option for happy visits. We're grateful our neighbor introduced us to this clinic for our fur babies.

Fantastic experience: We visited Erindale Animal Hospital as first time dog owners. To our relief, it was a great experience with minimal stress. The staff are friendly and supportive, and the facility is clean and welcoming. Joanne who was the vet that cared for our puppy was also great and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressive. I was super surprised as to how we were treated so well. I was absolutely amazed at how they treated my kitty like he was their own and gave me updates even several times a day. I was completely at ease despite my cat's serious condition. I've had bad experiences before at other clinics where they would get angry at me for even asking for an update when my cat was in serious condition. I was completely in the dark which was almost traumatizing. But my experience at erindale was completely the opposite. Also they offered me orange and or apple juice during my visit. So nice! And lastly they told me about ifinance which was wonderful. Very reputable clinic!

Negative experience: I was a customer for about 5 years with my two dogs. We have easily spend over $12,000 with them. I always hated going to appointments because they never could give you a straight answer as to what is wrong with them. Even after blood tests, X-rays, and consultations with other vets I have left their location on three occasions with the vets not even knowing what the issue of my dog was. Basically wasting $500 on the work done. Every poor review I have read about this place is 100% accurate. Don’t be fooled.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been using Erindale Animal Hospital for 9 years now and they have always been amazing! Consistently going above and beyond for our dogs, you can tell how much they care about the animals they see. Even after moving across the city, we couldn’t imagine switching to a different vet! We have seen all of the different vets in the office over our time with them, and every one of them has been absolutely amazing. I truly can’t imagine a better vet to care for our furbabies!

Negative experience: We brought in a hamster with some congestion thinking they would prescribe antibiotics. So they said they had to do radiograms to " find out where the noise is coming from". Obviously it's not her lungs making the noise when she breathes hey? Then we asked if they could look at her front teeth. So now they had to sedate her to look at her teeth..... I understand sedating if they need to grind them but not just to look if it's needed. The point being, they took advantage if my girlfriend who was obviously upset and added all these tests. Final cost, around 500 dollars for what some antibiotics could cure, but they also told me they can't prescribe antibiotics without a reason. The reason of her breathing sounding congested wasn't good enough though, they need a $$$ reason.

Fantastic experience: The staff of Erindale Animal Hospital are the kindest, most compassionate, amazing wonderful humans that I’m so grateful for! They showed boundless compassion and love to my cherished Holly, and kindness towards me her overwrought mom. I cannot praise staff enough on behalf of my Holly! They sent me frequent text updates on her status, test results, food intake and any and all changes to her health. They sent me photos of her to ensure I knew she was ok. They hugged her, held her and petted her while she was in their care and I was unable to do so. Thank you to everyone at Erindale Animal Hospital I’m so grateful to each and every one of you that cared for Holly, smiled at Holly and chose the profession you did. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience at this clinic!! My dog was having some issues for a couple days, so by Saturday, I was wanting to get him looked at. Had never been to this clinic before, but they could not have been more helpful or accommodating. They explained everything in advance (including all costs) and kept me updated while my pup was there. They explained his after care in lots of detail, and we’re so nice, kind, understanding, and helpful. Would definitely recommend this vet hospital, and will definitely be taking my pup here from now on. Thanks for helping a panicked fur mom!!

Fantastic experience: Good response and when our cat was sick, they got her in right away. I appreciate the option to drop her off on my way to work and pick her up on the way home. The new online ordering for prescription refills is also very appreciated!

Negative experience: The hospital is nice and clean inside, though don't let that fool you. AVOID THIS PLACE. This place does not care about your pet at all, they care about the money, which I suppose is business. I had been a client here for years and recently wanted a refill on some shampoo they had given me prior. They refused saying I needed to make another appointment to have the dog reassessed. The shampoo was a simple OTC shampoo which I went ahead and bought from the pet store after this. I was not going to pay an additional 80 bucks to buy some shampoo when I had already previously paid about 300+ for them to determine it was basically dogs athletes foot. I told them this and they still refused to sell me the shampoo unless I tagged on a vet visit for no reason. After this dispute I had an emergency with my dog and she needed to be seen urgently. I called the clinic crying because my dog was in severe pain. They said oh well since You didn't want to book a vet visit for the shampoo a month ago we figure you probably weren't coming back to us so we closed your account, it'll be 70 dollars to re open it before we can see your dog , we have appointments today though if you're willing to pay the reopening fee! I was shocked. I'm here crying about my dogs wellbeing and they want to make a buck to click a reopen button on the computer. Makes me sick remembering this. On top of these negative experiences I've had a vet there tell me vegan diets were healthier for my pets. I've heard vet techs talking badly about other customers. I don't even know why I was a customer at this place for so long. Do yourself and your pet a favor and find another clinic.

Fantastic experience: Exceedingly impressed with my experience at Erindale Animal Hospital yesterday. From the friendly staff through to the kind & knowledgeable Vets! My lil puppy and I had a great overall experience!

Positive experience: When we adopted our eldest cat from her prior owners, she was already an Erindale client, and when we saw the standard of care given by the staff at the clinic we were quick to switch our other two cats as well. During an acute emergency, as when one of our cats required hospitalization during the COVID-19 pandemic, Erindale truly shines. They allowed us to visit our cat daily, even though because of COVID we could only enter one at a time. Dr. Jones in particular checks in on the animals even on evenings and weekends, and she stayed late one night to do an ultrasound on our hospitalized kitty. The staff cheered her on throughout her recovery, and at future check ups staff who cared for her during hospitalization even popped by to say hello! In more day-to-day medicine, the care Erindale’s team has for the pets they treat remains clear. From getting to the bottom of a chronic vomiting issue to confirming the cost of a medication that had accidentally been priced incorrectly, the staff are good at what they do. I would feel dishonest if I didn’t mention a significant drawback we experienced while we were clients of Erindale (we have since moved away): the communication between vets, exam room staff, and administrative staff could really use some work. After one ultrasound it took over three weeks to get the report for the findings, despite calling multiple times - a stressful silence when worried about a pet’s health. This is frustratingly fairly typical of my experiences trying to get in touch - I’ve had texts to the text line go unanswered, and test results, even those done in house, often take weeks to come back. I know when images are sent for specialist analysis it is normal to expect a wait, but being told by a front desk staff member that she would inquire as to a time estimate and get back to me and then never receiving that time estimate and resorting to regular calls was disappointing. Still, even though communication issues often left me frustrated, I would recommend Erindale over any other vet in Saskatoon. I’m going to miss their friendly staff, their familiarity with our family’s pets, and, of course, their waiting room refreshment mini fridge.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jones, Courtney and the entire Erindale staff went above and beyond for my cat when he had some complications following his dental surgery. They communicated daily, were thorough, and I truly felt he was in the best of hands. Im incredibly grateful for the time and accommodations they took to make sure he was back to his normal self and would recommend them to anyone!

Positive experience: Usually pretty good especially with reminders and good with dogs. This last visit they forgot to trim my dogs nails as she was giving them a hard time, but they remembered all the shots and expensive stuff.

Fantastic experience: They are the best! All my questions and concerns are always addressed during appointments and all the vets are super attentive and understanding. Also, the stuff is always very friendly. Absolutely love this clinic!

Negative experience: Not very happy, not very professional in my opinion. My mom Made an appointment to have the dog put to sleep, so they should have known…yet the girl started asking questions like is the dog eating well etc…then the vet comes in and starts talking about grooming etc….it’s like they had no clue what they were there for Made mom second guess her decision …it wasn’t till my niece said “you know we are here to put her down right” to the vet, that they clued in! what a horrible way to make a person feel when it’s already a tough day….do better, show some compassion or at least know what people are coming in for!

Negative experience: Daughter's dog went in to get neutered in November. Vet said they needed to do a scope before the surgery. Ended up paying over $600 more for all the tests. His trachea was damaged from the scope (confirmed by different animal hospital) so now has breathing problem. Never had a problem before this. When she took him back to vet they said he had kennel cough and rushed him into quarantine. He had been nowhere other than home so the vet said it can be transferred from humans if their dog has it. She had no visitors. Even though they thought it was kennel cough, my daughter was in the waiting room for a couple of hours and they didn't disinfect the waiting area. He also came home from the surgery with a cut on his paw that became infected. It took 2.5 months worth of antibiotics to heal and 4 visits to animal hospital to look after it (obviously a different one). The neutering cost over $1200.00 and another $500 for antibiotics. Now she will be looking at surgery for his damaged trachea. Please do your research and read reviews when choosing a vet, we wish we had.

Negative experience: Please don't go to this clinic! Non professional and rude personal. My puppy and me were there 3 hours, paid $600 for nothing. Feels like they kept my girl there just to get more money! A week past I still don't know what the problem was with my puppy. We did all tests they said and I trusted to them...but I think I help my dog more than professional from Arindale vet clinic. She is fine now and I won't go to this clinic any more!

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressed with every aspect of my experience. Staff was kind and professional, and were so great with my senior cat. Communication regarding treatment options and pricing was clear, and honestly really reasonable. I had to leave my cat for treatment during the day, and was thrilled to receive a text update, including a picture, reassuring me that everything was going smoothly, and communicating next steps. The technician that handled the discharge of my cat was extremely thorough, walked me through everything, and clearly cared very much. Can’t thank you all enough!
