Fantastic experience: Tudor Glen Vet was able to get me in quickly for my concerns with my dog. From booking the appointment, to all the staff at the clinic, to the vet were awesome. I have a very anxious dog, that is scary herself as she has a loud bark. Each person that helped us, tried their best to make my pup as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for everything! And I’m sorry again about my scary dog. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: **Review edit since I can’t add another one ** On the 28th of February, we had the worst day you can have as a pet owner. Our beautiful Cali had to over the rainbow bridge, unexpectedly. We called in the morning once we knew something was wrong, and they got us in immediately. Brenna, Madison, and Dr Ye could not have been more kind. They were patient with us as we grieved, gave us as much time as we needed. Thank you all so much for gently guiding us through an otherwise horrific experience. We always appreciate our experiences there, but this time, I feel like you all went above and beyond for us. I brought my 8 week old puppy for his first check up and vaccines. From the moment of arrival until I left the building we felt welcome and that our business was appreciated. They were very welcoming and professional. Everyone from the main reception, to the vet, to even when it was time for payment, they made my puppy and myself feel comfortable. My puppy wanted to go back to where they did his shots because he was having so much fun. We were a first time client, and after our first time there, we are now lifetime clients. Definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Love this clinic, Dr Wilde has been taking care of my pets for over 20 years! We didn’t see her this visit but the Dr and staff were amazing and got my pup all fixed up before the holidays and he didn’t have to suffer with a broken dew claw.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Dr Tammy and her team. Our dog tippi had a broken tooth and needed extraction and dental clean. I had checked around and several clinics were booking into January and February. That was not an option as Tippi was in pain. Tudor Glen got her in fast and Dr Tammy did the dental work and now Tippi is right as rain and free of pain. Thank so much Tudor Glen.

Fantastic experience: Our poor, 20 month old, Parson Russell terrier has an inflamed anus from having loose stools and we weren’t sure what was causing the problem. The veterinarian cleaned his anal glands and tested a stool sample for parasites. None were found, so he was put on a special diet to help firm his stool by fixing his intestinal flora. The veterinarian covered all of the causes of this problem and it has to do with switching from his raw diet, that he was raised on, to kibble. All the staff were great and put up with his terrier vocalizations. We were given a nice room so he didn’t see the coming and going of other pets. We were very happy with his care and will continue to allow them to look after him! The veterinarian, Jessica Fitzpatrick, was outstanding!

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone. Over the phone, I clearly explained that I have three cats with ear mites and asked if I could bring one in but get medication for all three. They agreed. When we arrived — with an appointment — we still waited a long time to be seen. We came specifically for an ear issue, yet the vet started a full examination on my perfectly healthy cat without our consent, then listed a long list of “problems” that simply didn’t exist. After that, they refused to provide medication for the other two cats, even though they had already agreed to it on the phone. To make it worse, they presented us with a huge estimate we never asked for, and when we declined, they still charged us around $102 for procedures they performed without our approval. Their money-first attitude was obvious. My cat showed interest in one of the drawers, and the staff laughed and said it’s where they keep treats for exams — yet they didn’t even offer one treat to the cat who noticed it. Overall, this clinic was unprofessional, misleading, and far more focused on upselling than actually helping. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Positive experience: Wait times to complete the appointment are not even close to what I am expecting, having had animals all my life in several provinces I am disappointed with the waste of my time. We smashed the cookie jar Devon Christman was the dog but she doesn’t type as good as I can plus SHE doesn’t have google maps installed!

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had to put our 17 Year old Chihuahua down this Friday and the entire experience from beginning to end was extremely peaceful. The Staff at Tudor Glen were amazing. Extremely kind and compassionate. The pricing was better then a few of the places I called in St Albert and they didn't charge me a Exam fee on a dying Dog. Not like those things matter when you lose an Animal but I appreciated their extremely fair pricing. I would absolutely recommend them and go back again if in the future I get another Animal.

Negative experience: Went here for 2 years. There were some nice staff like Dr Fitzpatrick. I was asked to leave clinic by the very self absorbed manager. The reason s were pathetic like difference of opinion etc. So I left and found a different clinic which I found later was owned by them. I continued to get my food at rossylynn vet 2 years. A week ago I ran into the owner and told him what happened at Tudor. He seemed sympathetic..we'll was I wrong a week later I was told to leave. Very sketchy unprofessional behavior.

Fantastic experience: Front desk staff is always great - very accommodating and nice to chat with. I’ve had a bad experience with another vet here so won’t speak on anyone other than Dr Fitzpatrick. She is so lovely and so knowledgeable, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets. Kindest human that spent countless hours and a tremendous effort trying to figure out my complicated cats illness. I don’t believe anyone else would go above and beyond for us the way she did and still does.

Negative experience: Horrendous. Go to another vet. Our dog has received a librela shot for arthritis every four weeks to the day. It worked wonders. Until the tech on September 26 tried to give her a shot. This is a shot that goes into the skin folds on the neck - this vet tech tried to give it into the shoulder muscle. Dog yelped the medication didn’t go in. Vet tech goes back gets a different needle (same vial of medication) again went first the shoulder muscle and again was not successful. Her response was “we got some in”. Dogs fur where the shot was administered was wet. Even though the previous months the librela shot had an immediate affect we waited a few days to see if there would be any indication that there was less pain. There wasn’t. I found out that this was an inexperienced vet tech who proceeded to not tell the truth to her manager and blamed the dog. Our dog is 12 years old and has received her vaccination shots yearly, and the librela every 4 weeks for six months. No one has ever had this experience with her. The technician should have admitted that they didn’t know what they were doing after the first attempt and gone for help. This veterinary technician is incompetent and I do not appreciate the cover up for her. I asked if I could share my concerns directly with Dr Wilde the owner and was told I could not. I believe Dr Wilde should be aware if the damage to my dog who has been crying and limping for the past 3 weeks - we were told that since they didn’t know how much she got the dog cannot get another shot until 4 weeks. We have been given pain medication. The pain medication gives her a stomachache ache. Dr Wilde your team is only as good as your weakest member. Your weakest member has left my dog in pain crying for a month. How good is your team?

Fantastic experience: Our little Snowflake wasn't feeling to good so we took her to Tudor glen the vet treated her and two days later she is doing better we are happy the staff are very helpful and kind thank you so much

Fantastic experience: They are always amazing there with my animals. They go above and beyond anytime we have needed anything of concern with our animals. They are all seniors now and they take extra care of our dog who is now getting dementia! I recently had an issue with a flea and tick medication chemically burning my dog. They seen her right away, cleaned the wounds, provided everything needed to care for it. Checked in regularly on her adjusted medication as needed. And have been following up continuously. I couldn't ask for better care!

Negative experience: Just had a terrible experience. Was effectively told not to come back because I was more concerned for my dog than I was with being compliant. Unprofessional, disorganized, and potentially harmful. Proceed with caution. Yes, there is proof.

Fantastic experience: Quick service, kind, amazing people, my pup behaved so well around so many new people and pets I wasn't sure he was mine, but they made him feel very comfortable. Great place, highly recommend if you looking for compassionate people that care for your pets well being.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in the last few months of my sweet cat's life, with how Tudor Glen Vet clinic treated us. I couldn't get an appointment with Dr Tammy Wilde who had been my cats very for many years. We saw a nice Dr but I didn't feel she was very good with her assessment. I ended up going to Boreal vet hospital who quickly diagnosed my cat with an aggressive tumour on his 'elbow'. I then made an appt with Tudor Glen to be able to deal with the palliative diagnosis requiring 2 different medications. It was a very stressful process getting these medications over the last three months of my cat's life. I would ask for the meds but then had to call to check to see if they might be ready in time. I would sometimes get a very curt uncaring staff member who would tell me they were short staffed and it may take 7 days to get (meaning my cat would go without pain medication!). I had to go to Boreal once to get a refill because Tudor Glen didn't have it ready before closing time. For three months they kept telling me they were short staffed! When my sweet cat passed away (we used Serenity to come to our home for euthanasia and the vet who came was wonderful and compassionate) we received condolence cards from them, the cremation service company, and Red Willow vet who once saw my cat in an emergency situation a couple years ago. No card from Tudor Glen. I had medications left over so I called them to explain my cat had passed and could I drop off the remaining medication. They just said 'yes'. When I brought in the medication, there was no recognition of the loss we were feeling... Nothing. They just took the med, that was it. I was feeling sad and this was the vet we had gone to for 10 years! Some staff there just don't have compassion.

Fantastic experience: We truly are so fortunate to have found this vets office when we moved. The entire team is incredible, the vets, techs, and reception staff. Friendly, caring and willing to accommodate, we know our furbabies are in the best possible hands every time we go. Dr. Fitzpatrick in particular is the best veterinarian we’ve seen, from behavioral consults, to getting down to the bottom of an illness. She’s transparent, and caring. Thank you for all you do.

Fantastic experience: I bring my dog here for his checkups. He's such a nervous dog its difficult to have him looked at. The vets here are so kind and patient. They move slowly and carefully, it brings him comfort and makes him feel safe.

They're a vet HOSPITAL, which means it is a bit more expensive, but they worked with my budget and informed me of all options and updates, so I felt VERY respected the whole time. We never felt rushed, or that they were trying to get us out the door. I felt they were really taking the time to find out what was going on with my dog to then treat him properly.

Fantastic experience: You took wonderful care of Sachi when she was in for her dental cleaning. I am sure that she was anxious being left for her appointment, but someone found her a cozy little bed to curl up on so she felt at home!

She gets excited to see Dr. Wilde and never frets with her vaccinations.Poppy was discriminated against before but not this office. She is known for her cheery personality and non-aggressive behaviour! Yes, she is part Pitty but she is 100% love! This clinic embraces her!

Fantastic experience: I want to thank the staff at this veterinary clinic. I was there for the first time today with my puppy. I thought he would be very worried and stressed, but the employees are doing their job professionally. And my puppy was happy and not afraid of doctors at all. Separately, I want to thank the doctor Morgan Wawryk and Roman Mazur. They were very friendly and gentle with my puppy. They answered all my questions and gave advice on caring for the puppy. I recommend this veterinary clinic to everyone.

Fantastic experience: There was a miscommunication which meant our appointment wasn't registered, but Tudor Glen made time for us anyway. The vet was thorough and pleasant to talk to; they offered multiple solutions to our cats' pain problems and provided clear explanations for their findings. They were able to accommodate our pre-existing medication requirements on little notice. We had a great experience at Tudor Glen and would definitely recommend them. :)

The staff will take the time to get my girl to have a positive experience there and not be scared. it honestly makes the world of a difference to have a vet be a little extra patient. Fantastic experience: Gizmo is a new patient at Tudor Glen, the clinic was very accommodating getting him in urgently when he injured his back. I felt like they actually listened when I advocated for my dog, and they made sure he was not seriously hurt or in any unnecessary discomfort. We will be going back. Dr. Jessica Fitzpatrick is the first vet I've ever seen sit down on the floor and do her physical exam of my small dog at his level (pug/chihuahua mix), every other vet (and we've been to a lot due to multiple moves) has had him on the table where he always attempts to jump off the table/at me. Thanks to the Tudor Glen team for taking care of my wee guy. Side note: I saw a lot of reviews on here suggesting this place charges a lot in comparison to other vets. While I can't say if this is valid or not, I will say that they will give you the pricing for different treatment options upfront so you can make an educated decision on the level of care and your financial picture. So if you are concerned about sticker shock at check out, they will present the options available based on my experience yesterday. I think this is a good business practice.

Fantastic experience: Always welcoming and so very gentle in their approach to my dog who is very nervous. They always make us feel safe. The doctors are not just there to do their job and make money, they make Tigg feel so comfortable and care.

I have not had this positive of an experience at any other veterinarian in the St. Albert or edmonton area and won't be going anywhere else.

I've had a few emergencies in those years that they responded to that calmed me and my dog! I would heartily recommend them to others - I'm sure I have. Negative experience: I am very disappointed with the way they work and the way they make money. My dog ​​is about a year and a half old, a month or two ago we were called from the clinic for mandatory vaccination and examination, which we accepted, did, paid for and I have no objection to that. Two days ago I sent them an email with the question that since I am traveling with my dog ​​to the lake for a couple of days, they should recommend either medication or a vaccine to protect the dog from ticks. The clinic gave me an appointment for today and when I left they asked me if I wanted a vaccine against Lyme disease and all sorts of other things, to which I replied that I just wanted something basic to protect him from ticks just in case, as a preventive measure. They gave me one pill that costs $35 and charged me for an EXAMINATION that I did not ask for, nor did I want to be examined at all, an additional $95. So my total bill for a month's worth of tick prevention was $130. I can't describe how disappointed I am with the way of working and treating clients. How could they and where did they have the right to perform an examination on me that I did not ask for at all (dental examination and they listened to it with headphones). Very unprofessional on their part. From now on, I will be very careful when it comes to this clinic and they will never again be able to impose something on me that I did not ask for and that was not necessary at all. Ejjjj a month or two ago, I had an examination and now again unnecessarily, just to charge. I am very disappointed!!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best vet clinic in town. All the staff were very gentle and accommodating to us during the difficult passing of our senior dog. They guided us and supported us through the entire process and made it simple. Our experience was nothing short of amazing and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Dr. Smith & team for everything.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience! Friendly staff, great waiting area. Dr Kristie was phenomenal! She got down on the floor and created a welcoming/positive relation with our dogs before giving them their vaccines. I’m so happy that we moved here!!!!

Negative experience: The vet spent very little time examining our cat and suggested various diagnostic options for between $600 and $1,000, we took him to another vet and found out there is nothing medically wrong with him, just some spring allergies! I called to complain to the manager and received no follow up, or recourse. Very poor service from the vet and the manager.

Fantastic experience: The Drs and whole clinical staff were amazing today with me and my bunny. They were able to trim my bunny’s nails with ease, something impossible for me. They handled him with care and made both Daisy and myself as comfortable as we could be in this new situation . Big ups to the entire Tudor Glen veterinarian clinic. 10/10 will be back.

Fantastic experience: Great service, and quick appointments. This is a great vet clinic, our cat is very bad with anyone but our family and one of their techs was actually able to pet her without getting attacked. This has never happened with anyone in 10 years, great staff that are fantastic with animals.

Fantastic experience: Very satisfied with our visit! Our visit was for a neuter for an 110lb St. Bernard. The workers and staff were very kind to us and our sweet pup. He was very comfortable from the moment we stepped inside the hospital. His incisions look wonderful and don’t seem to bother him at all! He acts like nothing ever happened.

Fantastic experience: I can’t believe how good this vet office is and how nice the staff is plus the veterinarians they are so caring . When we go in the veterinarian that our dogs may have they play with them so our dogs like them. We have been with Tudor Glen Veterinary Hospital for years and always happy with their great service and the care they have for individuals pets .

Fantastic experience: I brought my cat Oreo in for an emergency and I could not have been more impressed with what I've seen. They showed tremendous compassion and the service was above what Google would let me post. Prices are very very good. Keep up the good work.

Negative experience: I was very sad to see how they handled my family dogs euthanasia when my mother brought poor Tinkerbelle in— 17yr old yorkie-poo. Not only was it her time to go, they still took advantage of my mom and suggested performing chest rads and bloodwork beforehand. $1000 knowing the final outcome would be the very same — I work in the industry and don’t feel the vets decision was made out of moral kindness, but rather from a business standpoint. Very sad to see that situation occur.

Fantastic experience: From my first phone call for help, to every visit afterwards - I can't say enough. Every visit has been timely, informative and met with a care and compassion that I had never experienced before. It's about your pet here - for sure. Just getting in to see someone when you really need it, means so much. So impressed with the after care, and follow up phone calls too. Higgins will be going here for a looooong time.

Negative experience: I don't normally leave reviews, especially not bad ones, but I found their business practice to be questionable. The quote I got on the phone was 350 and when I had arrived it changed to 650 on the low end, and up to 950 on the high end. I felt like leaving right then and there, but because I had already made the drive with my pet, I felt I had to pay a lot more than what I was told on the phone. I understand that the vet can be costly but they should be honest about how much it costs on the phone, instead of quoting you a lower price to get you in the door.

Fantastic experience: I was happy that they identified my dogs as soon as we walked in (I had three of them with me!) They were very patient with all of the dogs as they sniffed around excitedly and then got us into a larger room so that we could remain comfortable. Everyone I dealt with was great with the me and my animals. It was a lovely experience.

Fantastic experience: Took our 12 week old to Tudor Glen when her eyes began to swell due to an allergic reaction. Rushed in at 9:00 at night and had her home and on the road to recovery within a couple of hours. Highly recommend this hidden gem in St. Albert!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shannon and team attended to our diabetic senior cat Benny when his regular vet clinic couldn't see him for several days and we felt his issue needed attention immediately.......we appreciate the extended hours your clinic has and that you were able to get him an immediate appointment. The caring attitude of all the staff during Benny's appointment, the fact your team took the time to provide Benny with treats and made him feel very comfortable, handled him gingerly and with great care and took the time to check him over for any other issues besides the one he presented with. Benny has been part of our family for over 16 years now. His care and extended life are of utmost importance to us. Thank you to the vet tech for her kindness and the receptionist too.....your services are greatly appreciated. We would recommend this clinic for your pet needs. Fantastic experience: Our little girl Pepper passed away at an odd time over the weekend. Tudor Vet was one of the only clinics open later on a Saturday, and they couldn't have been more sensitive and accommodating. We were in shock, but they handled us with the utmost care and understanding. I really appreciated their calm in the midst of a very traumatic and emotional time.

Fantastic experience: Went with my daughter to have her old Dane put to sleep. Emotional time, to say the least. The staff here are so compassionate and caring. The environment is lovely. Nice room with couch, fireplace, tables, and bookshelf. Like a small living room and not a clinical exam room. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. Even had treats for the dog that my grandson enjoyed giving him. Couldn't ask for a better experience. This is second time using this vet office and highly recommend them.
