Fantastic experience: My bunny Bella had her first visit at The Links Road Animal Clinic, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated her with such genuine care and kindness, which immediately put me at ease. The vet was incredibly thorough during the examination, taking the time to carefully assess Bella and explain everything in detail to me. I really appreciated how clearly and patiently she answered my questions and made sure I understood each step. It’s so reassuring to find a clinic that treats your pet as if they were their own. I highly recommend The Links Road Animal Clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and attentive care.

Negative experience: Prior to his first visit at Links Road, my budgie had never demonstrated any symptoms of disease through his 6 years of life. During his first appointment at Links, Dr Rick took him to the backroom for weight measurement and tests. He said that he had fatty liver, prescribed medication and provided a guide as to how I should reduce the amount of seeds to facilitate a safe transition to pellets – professional advice to which I strictly adhered. On the way home, my budgie appeared lethargic and fluffed up for the first time in his life. Less than two weeks later, in addition to the puffiness and lethargy, he was not eating and lying down on the bottom of the cage. I took him back to Links, entrusting him to their care for overnight hospitalisation. Dr Nour told me that he had been starving himself due to an excessively quick change to pellets and that his AST level was over 2,000 U/L. She said they had given him treatments until he was well enough to eat by himself and go home the following day. Two months later, I brought him in for a checkup with Dr Vaughan. She took him to the backroom for weighing and bloodwork, and said that his AST was 1,000 U/L, that his fatty liver disease was advanced but not yet irreversible, and that if we could get the AST back to the normal range, he could potentially live a normal lifespan. I asked whether his AST had decreased since the previous visit. Dr Vaughan said that there was no record of his AST level from any prior appointments, thus it was not possible to tell. Only a few days later, my budgie again was puffy and lethargic, going to the bottom of the cage. I took him back to Links 8 days later and saw Dr Evan, having him hospitalised and picking him up the following night. Dr Evan confirmed that he had recovered and was doing very well; the staff assured me that it would be normal for him to remain puffy for a few hours and lethargic for a couple of days. However, these symptoms persisted for over a week and a half, eventually worsening to a critical condition. I then brought him to different clinic. At Links, Dr Vaughan said that there was no previous record of his AST. However, the vet at the other clinic, upon reviewing the medical records from Links, clearly stated that the AST level was indeed indicated in the results of the first bloodwork. Less than 16 hours later, my budgie passed away at home. I admit that I do not have any evidence and that this is mere subjective speculation. Yet, due to lack of transparency, hiding of medical records, and the fact that after each $1,000+ hospitalisation he seemed to get better for only a few days before the symptoms returned, I do have reasons to suspect: (1) my budgie may not have suffered from fatty liver disease or any other ailment, seeming to get ill only after this first visit; (2) he may have been administered something at Links to make a healthy bird ill and thus in need of treatment for financial gain; (3) he had been minimally treated in the subsequent visits in order to remain dependent on the clinic’s services. I have no intention to take legal action against Links Road, as no amount of money can recompense my loss; it follows, then, that I neither have ulterior motives for writing this review. Simply, the least I can do for my budgie is to warn pet parents so that they may avoid losing their little one (and pets may avoid losing their family) due to misplacing their confidence in Links.

Negative experience: My 5,5 guinea pig passed away after 9 hours leaving the clinic. Given the fact that my guinea pig was a senior and he lost his appetite after losing his partner, I brought him here, acknowledging that there could be some problems with him. And yes, the doctor advised me about his health conditions, and asked me to agree to trim his teeth. I REFUSED, as I understand he could pass away immediately during the operation and he was too old for it. I prefer to let him spend his last days with me rather than suffering from pain. They told me that will just give me some supplementary (vitamin B,C ...), and I agreed. However, it took half an hour to do so, and when the doctor came back, she said "I TRIMMED some of his teeth, so that he could eat. I also gave him pain relief", and of course, WITHOUT MY CONSENT. He came back home, 5 hours after, suffering, cannot move, starting to lose his balance. I cannot contact them during the night time as they were close, and he passed away after 4 hours, fighting against his pain, in a really painful situation. Once I contacted them again, they refused to solve the problem, refused to count it as their responsibility, and BLAMED me to not have him stayed overnight in their emergency, EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT GIVE MY CONSENT to let them trim his teeth. I was going through the worst days of my life, so please be aware before bringing your loved ones to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this clinic were so kind and supportive while taking care of our leopard gecko, Larry, both during and after her life. They treated her with care and answered all our questions. When she passed, they allowed us to have space to process our feelings, helped us make an imprint of her feet and tail, and gently lay her in a box for us to take home and bury. Losing a pet is such a difficult experience, but the gentleness and care of the Links Road Animal Clinic staff helped alleviate any additional stress that could have come along with it. We're grateful to have had their support, and especially thankful to Amanda, the vet tech who worked with us, for her kindness and patience.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy to have located an emergency vet clinic open on New Year's Day that attends solely to exotics, pocket pets and reptiles. My rabbit wasn't eating New Year's Eve, and I couldn't find an emergency vet clinic specializing in rabbits. Luckily, I found this gem of a place and was immediately seen by Dr. Palmer. I found her to be very knowledgeable, caring, and patient to help me with my rabbit's issue. She prescribed the appropriate medicines and gave me valid, important advice in dealing with wool block. There was no pressure to upsell, unlike other emergency vets that I contacted. The cost of the visit was provided up front and I truly appreciate Dr. Palmer's care in diagnosing my rabbit's needs. My bunny was himself within 2 days! This is a clinic that cares about pocket pets and reptiles! Thank you Dr. Palmer and team!

Negative experience: If I could give 0 star , I would. I strongly regret, and it breaks my heart, that I brought my rabbit Bobble to this clinic. especially after being misled that this clinic was the only clinic for rabbits. First time I brought my rabbit Bobble 2.5 years old to this clinic on Oct 7, 2025 for scheduled neutering, but it was postponed because he was underweight. His bloodwork was normal, and we were told to feed him more pellets for 2 weeks but  until….. On Oct 13 around 4 PM, I returned because bunny had not eaten or pooped since the morning. His temperature was 36.5°C(hypothermia). The vet, Julia Pietrasina, was practising under a restricted licence. But she never told us she required supervision. She said bunny was hypothermia and needed incubation, but the clinic was closing at 5 PM and no monitor overnight. He was only received dehydration treatment, and we were sent home with critical-care kits only. No emergency referral was offered .  When I asked if there was another more experienced vet, she said: “Only I am here because of holidays. If you don’t trust me, go somewhere else , the Guelph clinic.” This discouraged us from seeking urgent care elsewhere. On Oct 14, Bobble still wasn’t improving, so we returned in the morning. It’s Julia Pietrasina again! She again said she was the only vet available until 2 PM. Still No referral was provided and no informed consultation. Sadly, my bunny passed away two to three hours later. After his death, I checked the vet College’s public register and learned she was under a restricted licence requiring supervision. Later I received the medical records. I was shocked to find out the records were updated on October 31, 17 days after my bunny passed. The records were inaccurate: the temperature on October 13 was listed as 36.9°C instead of the 36.5°C we were told, and the notes claimed a referral and consultation occurred, which did not happen and wasn’t  communicated to me at least. If my bunny had proper treatment or referral to another clinic with proper facilities without delays on Oct 13., he might be survived. I believe there were serious issues in this clinic, lack of supervision, failure to provide urgent referral , lack of critical care protocols, and inaccurate medical records etc.. This experience has left me very concerned about this clinic’s transparency, standards of care and record keeping. I hope this review leads to better supervision, emergency care standards, referral protocols and honest record-keeping to protect animals welfare in the future. So this clinic might be suitable only for routine wellness checkup. They are not equipped to properly treat pets with actual health issues, even those common ones

Negative experience: Brought my 5 year old bunny here this past weekend. She was misdiagnosed and died of a seizure after receiving medication from this clinic. She died in my arms 10 minutes after getting home. She couldn't walk after leaving the vet. She was in worse condition than she was when I brought her in. I was already nervous bringing her here as her usual vet was unavailable for that day.

Fantastic experience: This vet is a cut above. Every vet and vet tech we saw there were very caring, informative and thorough when treating our pet rabbit, from 6 months to 11 years old. We were regulars at certain points for tooth spurs and antibiotics and they always did a great job at treating him. We once tried out a different exotics vet because it was closer, but went back to Links because of their better service, pricing, knowledge and capabilities. Thank you so much for looking after our bun Einstein for all those years.

Negative experience: If your pet needs to see a doctor avoid Nur at all costs! Go for any other doctor than her! Dr. Rick, Evan, Vaughan, any! Every single one of our visits with her was horrible and had to take our little one to Campus Estate right after. Our pet had GI stasis and did not recover at all after Nur's treatment but started to recover at Campus Estate. This has been the case for all our visits with Nur . We have asked others and lots of people have the same experience. !!! If you want your beloved furry ones to recover, avoid Nur at all costs!!!

Negative experience: My poor Lilly ultimately lost her life due to the doctor's inability to correctly diagnose an infection caused by subcutaneous fluid administration that was performed by their own staff days prior. When I informed them my suspicion of infection, I was told that Lilly's symptoms were likely being caused by improper organ function and not the subcutaneous fluid administration. Bloodwork showed that Lilly's organs were functioning normally. They advised AGAINST testing an abscess that had formed, as they did not believe it was due to infection. She passed 2 days later and a severe infection in the subcutaneous space was confirmed. Please be very careful receiving services from this clinic. Educate yourself and question everything that does not sit right with you - you know your own animal best.

Negative experience: The experience at this veterinary clinic was extremely disappointing and heartbreaking. My wife took our pet ferret, Luciana, who was not only part of our family but also our emotional support, to this clinic after she developed several concerning symptoms including lethargy, vomiting, and loss of appetite. After running multiple tests, Luciana was sent home with medications for a completely unrelated condition. The test results clearly indicated liver failure, yet Dr. Jordan chose to prescribe antibiotics for a supposed bacterial infection, which only worsened her condition by putting more strain on her already compromised liver. In an email, the doctor even stated that there was “nothing to worry about.” Days went by, and Luciana’s condition deteriorated. Because we trusted this clinic and the supposed expertise of Dr. Jordan, our beloved ferret was left without the proper treatment she desperately needed. Sadly, her health declined to the point where she had to be euthanized weeks later. What is most frustrating is that when we later consulted other specialist that immediately recognized the signs of liver failure simply by reviewing the same test results that had been taken at this clinic. They confirmed that the problem should have been treated from day one. This misdiagnosis, lack of proper care, and disregard for clear test results cost us precious time with Luciana and ultimately her life.

Daniela Hamed Posted on Google 7 months ago

Negative experience: I regret to say that this clinic not only failed to provide the help they promised, but they also made things worse for my ferret. Dr. Jordan Palmer prescribed medications that had nothing to do with her condition-critical liver failure (ALT 804). They didn’t even know what was wrong with her. I trusted them and forced my baby to take these medications for two weeks, believing I was saving her. Instead, I unknowingly tortured her, and she died in pain, weak, and yellow from the liver failure. When I reached out for a refund, as I am entitled to by law, they responded by offering me a refund only if I signed a release form. This form stated that in exchange for the refund, I could never speak about them, the case, or leave any reviews like this one. It felt like they were treating this entire situation as a financial transaction rather than acknowledging the grave error they made and the suffering they caused. This is not about money-it’s about the responsibility they refuse to accept. They have made a mockery of my loss, and I will not let this go unnoticed. What they did to me and my pet is unforgivable, and I strongly advise others not to trust them with your animals. As I told them, this will not be swept under the rug!! Replying to your comment: Hello, If you truly care about this case and want to take accountability for your actions, then show it. You have both my email and my contact number. As I have already made clear, I will not accept receiving my own money back only on the condition that I sign a release form that solely protects your interests, while pretending nothing happened. I lost a part of my life-Luciana-and you are refusing to take responsibility for your actions. I expect a response that reflects genuine accountability.

Negative experience: Never take your pets to this clinic. The veterinarians here are negligent, lack proper training and knowledge, and show little empathy, which can put your pets’ lives at risk. If you want to endanger your animals and treated like objects, then go ahead; otherwise, find a trustworthy clinic

Maham Muddasser Posted on Google 7 months ago

Negative experience: Stay away from this place! Its a money-grab! Vets are either incompetent or negligent. They try their best to keep you dependent on them by under-treating or misdiagnosing so you keeping showing up asking for more help. At the end you and your pet will suffer. I had a personal experience with my bunny. A simple lack of grooming issue due to arthritis was dragged on for months until I sought help form another vet. Since last year, my bunny was having multiple infections due to lack of grooming; he had soreness around the mouth which was misdiagnosed as syphilis. Initially, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism when the vet blamed me for not taking care of him. Subsequently, he was given two injections to treat syphilis which did not resolve the soreness so he was treated with four more injections. The soreness came back very soon. By that time, my bunny had completely stopped eating hay and his weight was dropping fast. When I contacted The Links clinic, I was offered an appointment after 3 weeks for an obvious emergency situation. Always google and trust your online search before following this vets because they put my bunny on the wrong dose which never treated his infection. I contacted another vet and in just one appointment that vet told me that my bunny is senior, has arthritis, and prescribed Metacam. My bunny's issues started resolving soon after that. On the other hand, I used to repeatedly ask the vet at The Links that my bunny is a senior bunny, how should I properly care for him and I was told that there is "no special care for senior bunnies". The vets at The Links were cleaning his ears every visit but failed to educate me that he needs help with ear cleaning, especially being a lop bunny he is prone to ear infections due to debris build up. I understand that having frequent appointments favors the business model, but at what cost? At the cost of putting animals under unnecessary stress, exposing them to unnecessary medications, draining people's finances and keeping them in the loop of misguidance. For your information, I am not an affluent person. It hurt me how the vets at The Links failed my bunny and me.

Negative experience: My sister took her ferret, Luciana, to this clinic in good faith due to gastrointestinal issues over the past two weeks (Case No. 405385). The medical personnel who assessed Luciana failed to diagnose her correctly and instead prescribed unnecessary drugs that only prolonged her suffering. When my sister finally found a reliable clinic, she was told that Luciana had a liver condition that had not been identified by the professional staff here. Sadly, Luciana passed away this week because it was already too late for appropriate treatment. This tragic outcome has left my sister heartbroken and feeling betrayed; she cannot even bring herself to write this opinion. For that reason, I kindly urge all pet owners to maintain at least a measure of skepticism before entrusting their pet’s life to this clinic.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, we did not have a very good experience here. Our seven-year-old bunny was diagnosed with a tumour on her front paw and surgery was presented as an option at a cost of $2,000. The surgery was fairly traumatic and she died less than a week later. Her last days were probably pretty miserable. It seemed like a poor judgment call on the vet's part and we regretted opting for surgery. We would not return here for bunny care in the future.

Negative experience: I was going to start this review by saying “this place is not what it used to be” but by reading all the heartbreaking 1 star reviews it is extremely saddening and terrifying what some pet owners have experienced here. Definitely makes me scared to bring my budgie back here. We have been bringing her here for several years and the atmosphere and quality of service is drastically different when we last took her last year. I had a conversation over email with 2 receptionists about nail trimming and a vet visit. I did my part to ensure an evening time was available for that evening and was told I could come whenever I was available. I get to the vet with my elderly budgie, and everyone just seems miserable. The only person who made the experience enjoyable was a kind client with a bunny who spoke to me in the waiting room. The receptionist comes out and said usually they do not take “walk-ins” and to book an appointment next time. She said because of this I’d have to probably wait a while. I read out the email saying I was told coming “anytime” that evening was ok. Not to mention, I have a baby and so that is why I try to book appointments because she does not like waiting in the car for a long time. After a while the vet tech comes out with my budgie and very rudely says “next time book an appointment” I was so upset because they were treating it as if it was my fault when no one on the receptionist team bothered to book the appointment I expressed I wanted. When I defended myself she just stared at me with a rude face and said “we will have to take a look at the emails”. Talk about exceptional service and pet care… I’ll include the conversation because I am blamed for “walking-in” again. Genuinely if you owners or partners care about your business, you all should work towards improving service and actually making clients (and apparently pets too) feel comfortable here. You are just turning away regular clients, like myself, who have been trusting our pets with you for several years.

Negative experience: The doctor here said that the spots on my bird's beak, which were clearly caused by illness, were 'just bruises' and attempted to remove them using a machine. Of course, he couldn't remove them. Even when I explained that my bird had been unwell at home, he refused to examine him properly. He said, 'He's fine.' My poor little bird died the next day. Another bird of mine that had been examined by the same doctor also died the next day. When I had another female bird examined for eggs, the doctor said, 'There are no eggs in her abdomen at the moment,' yet she laid an egg the next day. The examination was extremely careless, especially given the very high consultation fee.

Fantastic experience: Thank god for this place. Before vacationing we had a little accident with our little Bonnie (green cheek conure) she got caught in between a closing door and my heart was immediately shattered, how could I’ve done this? She was on the floor wings fully opened swinging her head around and puking. I thought for sure this was the end of our little girl. We were told about this bird clinic and we drove her there laying in our hands basically lifeless. Took us a bit to get there but when we got there they wasted no time of taking Bonnie in to the back room and they continued to keep us with positive thoughts and asked us if we were ok with a short X-ray just to see what’s going on and that would tell us her chances of survival. We said yes pls do and a short time later they told us we were lucky and that she would need some time in the vet clinic. We told them about our upcoming trip to Portugal and we were scared, they assured us she was in the best place and we could see they were all ready to help even the receptionists interacted with Bonnie to keep her spirits high and we called every other day from Portugal cus we were worried but every time we called it was better and better news and never felt that we were being a pain in the ass or to be rushed off the phone Take took very good care of her. We got back and price was definitely reasonable and well worth it. Went to pick up my little girl and everyone was sad to see her go us they passed her around within the clinic to have some company and they would miss her. She was 95% back to normal except her black eye that we were told it would open and it did. This is a long story but we really wanted to show you how they really care and are very understanding and miracle workers. Thanks for taking care and bring her back to us. Forever grateful

Positive experience: I’ve been coming here for years and don’t see any particular vet but have always felt confident in the care my budgies are receiving. The only thing I don’t like about this clinic is they take the animal to the back to finish the exam and do to blood draws. I really prefer vets who do it all in front of you, like High Park does. But Ive received inconsistent care at High Park so I prefer Links.

The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic
The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We truly appreciate your loyalty and confidence in the care your budgies receive at our clinic.

We understand your preference for having procedures done in front of you, and we want to explain why our staff typically takes patients to the back for tests and treatments. Most of the equipment required for procedures, including blood draws, is located in the back area, allowing our veterinary team to perform tests efficiently and effectively.

Additionally, this approach helps minimize stress for our patients, as they often feel more at ease in a quieter environment away from the hustle and bustle of the waiting room. By conducting procedures in the back, our staff can focus solely on your pet without external distractions, ensuring that tests and treatments are completed quickly and efficiently so that we can return your pet to you in a timely manner.

We genuinely value your feedback and are committed to providing the best care for your pets. If you have any further concerns or suggestions, please feel free to reach out. Thank you for choosing us for your budgies' care!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic with my bunny, Cinnabun. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff was warm and welcoming, making the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. Palmer, who saw Cinnabun, was absolutely amazing professional, compassionate, and took the time to explain every detail of his care. She made sure we understood all the treatment options and answered all my questions thoroughly. It’s clear they truly care about their patients, and I left feeling confident that Cinnabun was in the best hands. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!

Fantastic experience: We are deeply grateful to The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic for the exceptional care they provided to our beloved rabbit, Apollo, over the past 4.5 years. From the moment we brought him in, the staff consistently demonstrated a level of compassion, professionalism, and expertise that gave us peace of mind throughout his journey. Apollo came to Austin as an older rabbit—already around 4 or 5 years old—and thanks to the dedicated team at this clinic, he was able to live out his remaining years with excellent veterinary care and loving support. Whether it was routine check-ups, managing his health issues, or giving us advice, the clinic always treated Apollo like one of their own. Most recently, as Apollo began to slow down and stop eating, we were faced with the heartbreaking realization that it was time to say goodbye. Letting him suffer was never an option. On the day we brought him in for euthanasia, the kindness and sensitivity of the entire team made an incredibly difficult moment as peaceful and comforting as it could be. From the front desk to the doctor who gently carried out the procedure, we felt completely supported—and most importantly, we know Apollo passed in peace, surrounded by care and love. Austin and I are so thankful to have found The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic. If you are looking for expert, compassionate care for your exotic pets, we cannot recommend them highly enough. They were a blessing to us and to Apollo. — Gratefully, Austin & Diana McNeill

Fantastic experience: 1) expensive (as they all are) 2)when they take your pet in the back room they charge you time. Better say you want your pet to wait with you if you want the consultation sooner and not to pay for the time you wait. 5 stars is for: Excellent care and outstanding veterinarian, Dr Nur who saved my little Luna‍⬛ She gave her the perfect treatment! Dr Nur talks nice and calm and all Instructions were simple and clear. Dr Nur called for updates to ask how Luna was doing and emailed the tests results. Clinic is clean and quiet I recommend it:)

Negative experience: They refused to help my bird over 2 hours before they closed. My bird died before we could get him to the only other avian emergency clinic with an exotic animal vet available all the way in Guelph. The female who answered the phone at night was dismissive and didnt care that the bird needed urgent care! Shame on this clinic and their morals. We need more exotic animal vets to avoid clinics like these taking advantage of people. YOUR RESPONSE BELOW doesn't excuse the fact that you could have atleast seen our bird at 9:30 pm when you close at 12am even for a minute to see if you could have helped us and instead he died on the way to Guelph. Guelph is very far and you know it ! SHAME ON YOU ALL. YOU OVER CHARGE AND ASK FOR CASH and DONT CARE FOR WHAT YOU DO!

We are truly sorry to hear about your loss. We understand how distressing this situation must have been for you. At The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic, we always prioritize the well-being of our patients and must triage cases based on various factors. In this instance, we redirected you to Campus Estates Animal Hospital, which is open 24 hours and can provide close monitoring around the clock.

Unfortunately, we are not open 24 hours, and depending on the severity of a patient’s condition near closing hours, we may need to refer to a facility that has a team available throughout the night to monitor and treat. Negative experience: Took almost a week to send our regular vet their recommendations, prolonging our pet's treatment. This was after both our vet and us reached out when they told us they would send the information after we had left. They also couldn't even tell what gender our pet was. The vet was convinced she was correct until she checked again and told us she was wrong..our pet of over 6 years. Editing to respond to Links comment. This is 100% the correct place in North York. We brought our ferret here. It is under my boyfriend's name, which is the reason you "couldn't find me in your system".

Negative experience: Dr. Evan did a great job with my bunnie's surgery. However, they did not take care of my bunny properly hence he died overnight. Dr. Nour told me she did her best and to revive him and everything happened in the morning. I don't belive what she says and she told me I should trust her words. They close the vet at midnight and they knew it was a critical surgery and a nurse should have been watching him overnight. They only think about your money and they see your pets as objects/profits for their own good. If you value your pets life, don't take it to this location. I do recommend to your pets to VCA 404 Veterinary Emergency hospital which is open 24Hrs with nurses and surgeons available 7 days a week.

Fantastic experience: Brought my hamster here to say goodbye. It was my first visit and I found the environment to be welcoming. The staff was so accommodating and kind–they were able to schedule me an earlier day due to my hamsters worsening condition, and they walked me through the whole process. Really appreciate that I was able to let go of my beloved pet in a place like this clinic. It was very hard to find a clinic or hospital near me that helped with hamsters so the long trip here was worth it.

Negative experience: Helped our parrot remove an in bedded leg band. Wonderful care and our seventeen year old came home happy. Thanks to Dr Yee for the great after four service and too all the techs that supported us. Tiko is super happy with the care he received. UPDATE: I recently brought my other parrot to Links and unfortunately discovered that Dr. Yee is no longer with this practice. Dr. Yee was working with us to get Lexi (18 years old) used to the car to get her to the clinic as she had seizures with fright. Lexi is a Timneh African Grey. Through virtual/telephone appointments Lexi was put on calcium powder as most grays can be calcium deficient. Fast forward to now three years later, Dr. Yee is gone and we were directed to Dr. H. At the physical appointment with our pet at the clinic, Dr. H. a thorough physical and bloodwork was done. We were concerned as Lexi was a chest plucker and wanted to rule out any possible medical reasons for this. The doctor handled the bird very well. Lexi was very docile and calm with her. Weeks later, the BW showed that everything was normal. I communicated with the vet through emails. I could not understand how Lexi's calcium levels were normal as the BW was taken with her being on the calcium. I asked the Dr H if I should continue with the calcium. She told me to do whatever I wanted to do. I was confused. I am not a vet,if I was I would not be bringing my parrot here. I also asked if she could do a simple skin scrape to rule out bacterial infections. Her response (through email) was to recommend that Lexi have a biopsy which would cost well over $2,500.00. Lexi doesn't have lumps, she is fine except for the plucking. As for the calcium its still up to me. Off for a second opinion.... the BW that was drawn by DR H demonstrated that her calcium level was BORDERLINE LOW.If Lexi is low on calcium while on calcium then logically there is a deficiency. I now have to put her back on calcium as per the new vet's advice. As for the plucking, it is behavioral or possibly calcium deficiency. We are working with Lexi to try and break the habit. Still no lumps and no biopsy required. Just a happy bird who feels good plucking herself. I have been bringing my parrots here for so many years and have recommended many clients to this clinic. Unfortunately under the circumstances I can no longer endorse this practice. All this clinic wants is your money and not the best care of your pet. Sorry Dr H you dropped the ball on this one. Very disappointed!!! If I could give you a ZERO star I would! This place has become about money not the health of your animal.

The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic
The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate your long-standing trust in our clinic for your parrots' care and understand how important it is to ensure they receive the best treatment possible.

We’re sorry to hear about the confusion surrounding Lexi’s care. Dr. H responded to your inquiries about both a skin scrape and a biopsy, explaining that we cannot perform skin scrapes on birds due to their thin skin, which can tear easily. Therefore, the only viable option would be a skin biopsy. We always provide quotes when discussing procedures to ensure our clients are well-informed and can make the best decision for their pets.

Regarding calcium supplementation, Dr. H indicated that while adding calcium poses no harm, it was not deemed necessary based on Lexi's blood work. However, if you feel that the supplementation is improving her condition, there is no harm in continuing it. We apologize if this was not clearly communicated in her response. We are always here to answer any questions if you are unsure about your vet's advice.

We truly value your insights and are committed to improving our communication and care. If you would like to discuss your concerns further or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected] or 416-223-1165. We are here to support you and Lexi in any way we can. Thank you for your understanding.

Positive experience: I've used this vet for 25+ years. Before they expanded, they were the best of the best. I'd be able to get an appointment within days. They are very knowledgeable in small animals like rabbits, reptiles , birds etc. After the expansion it now takes weeks to get an appointment and if you want to see someone sooner, they tell you to visit the emergency vet (the expanded part) which is considerably more expensive. If you can wait, it's worth seeing them however, if your pet is sick, find somewhere else. My rabbit died waiting.

Fantastic experience: We came here with our rabbit on Sunday evening and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the level of kindness and empathy at this clinic. Our bunny was very ill and we knew we would have to euthanize him. The vet explained what was going on with him in great detail and told us about our options without giving us false expectations or trying to profit from the situation. She was very knowledgeable and very patient. The nurse and staff were very empathetic as well and were so gentle with our bunny during his last moments. They really took their time and were very supportive during such a difficult time for us. The procedure was really long and was very painful for us but they tried to make it as comfortable as possible. This was such a contrast to the other clinic where we had taken our bunny a week prior. We’re very grateful that we chose this place and will always recommend it to friends with exotic animals.

Negative experience: I had booked an appointment for my pet. They evidently needed a credit card for the appointment before I even went. Not very good practice..care more for the money than helping animals.

Fantastic experience: I came here the first time when my beloved rabbit suddenly passed away. It was devastating and the staff handled everything with care and empathy. They also did a check up on our other rabbit to ease our minds and he is healthy and we will be returning for all our pet needs.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been bringing our bunnies to The Links since last year, and they have been nothing short of exceptional. Our first visit was in September with Charlie, who saw Dr. Palmer. She was fantastic—she took the time to draw a diagram explaining his hip issues, reset it for him, and did x-rays. More recently, we brought his brother Bernard for another issue and saw Dr. Vaughan, who was also incredible. She explained everything clearly and really put my mind at ease. Finding a good exotic vet can be tough, but The Links excels because they only treat exotic pets. You know right away that your bunny (or any other exotic pet) is in the hands of true experts. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mark was so gentle and kind with our love birds Bonnie and Clyde. We will definitely go back again. He taught my kids some important information on how to care for our pair of birds. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Great place to take your pets and especially birds. Thanks, team!

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad to hear that you had a positive experience with your love birds, Bonnie and Clyde. However, I believe you meant to mention Dr. Rick, as he was the one who saw your birds. We appreciate your kind words and are thrilled that he was able to teach your kids about caring for them. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend taking your pet here. The first time we took our parrot here years ago, they had ripped her out of her cage causing her to completely break off a nail which never healed. The second (most recent) time we went there, after the visit my parrot was experiencing pain in her right leg. They did not let us see her in any of the waiting rooms (most likely because they weren't being careful with her and rough). There are other better options for vets that won't treat your pet in such a manner. Not ever going back here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mavromatis is a highly skilled and knowledgeable vet. He quickly resolved a tear duct blockage in my bunny's eye that no other vet could correct in the past 3 years. He took the time to answer all of my questions and went through all of the xrays taken, explaining everything in detail. The staff are all very helpful and friendly too. Since they only deal with exotics here, the knowledge level is the best I've seen in the nearly 20 years that I've had rabbits. The fact that they provide emergency care is an absolute bonus! Thanks doc and staff!

Stephanie Geall Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: Took my rabbit who was prone to stasis here a few years ago, waited over an hour past my appointment to be even seen (I was patient due to there being emergencies), I mentioned to the vet how rabbit savvy I am and how much we’ve done for my girl and he still comes back with the most basic stuff to try for her like I haven’t been doing that for the past 2 years, but to make things even worse and made me say I will NEVER go back, he tranced my rabbit right in front of me. The reason I have decided to make this review today is because you guys are now saying it’s okay to hold rabbits like this IN A POST. Non savvy rabbit owners would trust what you say and can kill their rabbits. DO BETTER links road.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience getting my 4-year-old rabbit spayed here! My rabbit is quite old to be spayed (most spay at around 6 months to a year old) so I was really really worried. But everything went well, and my rabbit recovered quickly after she came back home and everything's fine now. Thank you so much <3

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken my bunny to Links Road several times, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and attention provided. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they genuinely care about my bunny’s health and well-being. Dr. Rick is incredibly knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain things thoroughly and answer any questions I have. My bunny is always calm and comfortable in their hands, which means a lot to me as a pet parent. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care for their furry friends!

Fantastic experience: They’ve taken amazing care of my hamster since she lost her top teeth and provided me with the knowledge I need to help her recover! This is a wonderful clinic that offers much-needed after-hours care for exotics in the GTA on weekends. Highly recommend!

Kristine L Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Excellent service over the phone. They carried critical care for small animals, which I urgently needed for my sweet guinea pig. It was impossible to find across the city, but the Links had it in stock. Great hours, which is a huge bonus.

Kat Hille Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: Our rabbit was sick and we brought her here as an emergency appt. The staff was friendly and very empathetic and the vet was informative and gave good advice. This was a place that cares for dogs and cats, but also specializes in exotic pets and rabbits too.

Fantastic experience: This place is a godsend for wild birds or domesticated birds. I took a beautiful Capunhine pigeon there to get surgery after he got lose and attacked by a Redtail Hawk! They saved the birds life ! Great staff, amazing Vet! I couldn't recommend Links enough ! Thank u for saving this amazing bird. He's doing well!

Fantastic experience: Thank you for helping our Ollie! We were very happy with the service and care provided for him during his time in need. Our little guy (rabbit) had ecuniculi a parasitic condition. Prior to knowing this diagnosis Dr Palmer did an incredible job providing an explaination of potential diagnosis and different treatment options. She's very knowledgeable and caring. The rest of the team was also great. The front desk quickly booked us in for emergency service on the day of and we are so grateful for all the care and service we recieved. Thank you team for helping our Ollie feel better! Check out the before and after videos of Ollie's eye.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Palmer and the reception team at Links Road Animal and Bird Clinic are phenomenal. They are truly passionate about what they do and are eager to help. Ollie, our bunny, was showing concerning neurological symptoms and thankfully the Links team was able to efficiently accommodate, assess and treat Ollie with close attention and care. My sister and I are deeply appreciative of the Links team — Ollie is back to his silly and loving self <3

Fantastic experience: Amazing vet team specializing in birds, reptiles, and exotic mammals. We’ve brought our rabbit here for the occasional nail trim and once for an emergency illness. Every time we are treated with respect, provided transparency and professionalism, and most importantly our bunny is taken great care of. Dr Rick is an amazing vet, and I can’t say enough nice things about the rest of the team at the Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic.

Mary H Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: After searching extensively for a good vet for my bird, I found this clinic. I had hoped they would at least perform a thorough check-up or do something specific to help my sick bird. During the check-up, they only provided information I already knew. Unfortunately, nothing was done, and it felt like a complete waste of time. I ended up paying $175 for nothing.

Madelyn Strode Posted on Google 1 year ago

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend this exotic vet. They genuinely care about your animals, and the staff is very friendly and professional. We’ve been coming here over the years with multiple pet hedgehogs and the care is always top notch. Rick and Evan have been so helpful through hard times and are excellent doctors.

Negative experience: I took my bird here (cockatoo) in 2020 when COVID just started. They made us wait outside for a general checkup/gender DNA test for my bird. Understandable. What's not understandable is they apparently SEDATED him. They never sought our consent beforehand and never informed us. I was only able to tell because of my bird behavior afterwards. Sedation kills birds. It's 50% risk a bird might not make it. It should only be done for emergencies and this is obviously not one. I would never go back here again

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Links Rd since 2020 for my green cheek conure and the level of service and care has always been exemplary. All the staff from the front desk to the vets to the boarding staff are friendly and caring and ensure that my bird's vet experience is as smooth as possible. When I put him in boarding last winter while I was out of the country, they shared regular updates with me and I felt confident knowing he was well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This place is excellent. The secretaries were very warm and welcoming. Dr. Mel Vaughn is an excellent Veterinarian. She was concerned and attentive to my pet's every wants and needs. All staff were completely compassionate. They understand that a pet is apart of your family. I suggest anyone that has a pet should go to this clinic. They are absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my African Gray parrot ( LUCA) to The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic for the past 9 years for his annual check-ups, and I can’t say enough good things about this place! Dr. Hanadir is absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, caring, and always takes the time to ensure my bird is comfortable and healthy. The team here is fantastic, and they really go above and beyond to make sure both pets and their owners are well taken care of. I highly recommend THE LINKS BIRD CLINIC for anyone with a feathered friend looking for top-notch care!

Positive experience: I was very happy to hear that they are opened till 12am on Sunday. Where I live, all the vets are closed. The reason for the visit was to have our bunny checked out due to the fact that there was a scar at the back of her head. Because this visit was considered an emergency, this Clinic charged $310. Then they took the bunny and told me I was not allowed in the room. Then they came back and said they needed to bathe the bunny and comb its fur. Again I was not allowed in the room so I am left to believe it was done. This cost $80. Then the medication for the scar was $44 and they said I needed two medications so another one for $44. So I left there paying $540. They all agreed it was pricey. But what can you do.

Negative experience: They turned away my PET pigeon (really empathizing the PET) who was also a client in the past, and she ended up dying. I had taken both her, and my other pet pigeon here years ago too so I’m not sure why there was suddenly an issue. Opal was only 5 years old, she should have been with us another 10+ years. I was able to take her to another vet, but she was still sick, and she couldn’t make it to her second appointment in time. I kept trying to figure out where else I could take her, but all other emergency vets were too far, and other then this one and the other one we found, no one else specialized in birds. Opal was my family and I was prepared to do anything I could to save her. High Park Animal hospital is the place you want to go if you’re looking for vets who actually care about your animals. I miss Opal every day and I blame the staff here for her passing. I tried so hard to save her and loved her like a kid. I’m beyond disgusted by the lack of empathy that I was shown when I called for help.

Fantastic experience: Staff are very kind and knowledgeable. We are facing a tough situation, with (for us) high expenses (almost $3K for surgery + recovery, plus $800+ for imaging, bloodwork etc.) with just an "OK" chance of even surviving the surgery. And frankly, money is unusually tight due to illness in the (human) family. The vet was frank about the chance of survival, and offered (before I could ask!) options like skipping some imaging, and scaling down the bloodwork, whatever is manageable. Very helpful. It was a hard conversation but an honest and kind one. We will do our best for our pet, and I am confident that The LinKs team will do their best as well. A+

Negative experience: Incompetent staff and appalling care. In fact… I’ve never despised a place more than this ‘animal hospital’. They not only made mistakes … they didn’t take any ownership of their errors and turned it around saying I didn’t ask for such testing. Note this everyone: it was the reason I booked the appt in the first place!. It cost me a fortune- plus my time off work. I think it’s interesting that they quickly had a legal letter ready - must have it drafted for repeated use - I infer that’s because it’s not the first time they have been called out for incompetence.

Negative experience: If you care about your pet’s well-being, consider other options. I wish I could give negative 5 stars. 1. Invasive Procedure Without Consent — The clinic performed a risky bone infusion on my elderly rabbit without contacting me for approval—not even a single call. I suspect they were more interested in upselling an expensive treatment than considering what was truly best for my pet. 2. No Empathy and No Accountability — The staff showed no empathy and refused to admit any possibility of making a mistake. Instead of addressing my concerns, they made excuses and dismissed my worries. 3. Fatal Neglect and Dehydration — My rabbit sadly passed away from dehydration after his stay. When I brought him home, his eyes were dry and sunken, suggesting basic care like hydration was neglected. 4. Ignored Leg Injury — After treatment, my rabbit’s leg was bent and couldn’t support weight. The staff dismissed it as weakness and didn’t investigate further. 5. Inconsistent Care — My rabbit improved at home but worsened each time he returned to the clinic. This inconsistency raised serious concerns. 6. Poor Communication — I had to chase the clinic for updates on my pet’s condition. Getting a simple call back was harder than it should have been. 7. Conflicting Information from Vets — Different vets gave me different versions of the situation, leading to unexpected charges and a lack of clarity. This inconsistency added to the confusion and frustration. My experience with this clinic has been nothing short of devastating—it’s left me heartbroken and full of regret.

Fantastic experience: To the staff at the Links, Dr. Evan, Marika, Joner, Dr. Palmer, Alexia, and all other staff that have been on this journey to Nigel's recovery: I cannot put into words how eternally grateful I am for the level of care we have received from your clinic. You not only have gone above and beyond for my pet, but you have gone above and beyond for me. You have each been so supportive and kind, from answering all of my silly questions, to listening to all of my worries, and truly rooting for Nigel every step of the way. It has been eleven days since my U. sikorae experienced a traumatic spine injury in a freak accident. The Links was able to have me come in as an emergency drop in within 40 minutes of Nigel's injury. Dr. Evan gave us his initial assessment clearly and compassionately, and laid out all of our options. While the prognosis was initially grim, I asked Dr. Evan "What would you do if this was your pet?" and he replied "I would try". Try we did. The Links has been more than accommodating, scheduling my six gram gecko in for cooling laser therapy every other day for almost two weeks. Nigel was also prescribed the smallest dose of anti-inflammatory medication that they could possibly give by Dr. Evan in hopes that we would get the best possible chance at a recovery for him. In this time we have seen Nigel go from near total paralysis on day one to surprising us all by dashing across our counter at home almost a week later. Although Nigel's return to his arboreal life will be a long process, I cannot thank the staff at the Links enough for what they have been able to do for my pet. Through every small victory during this time they have supported us, earnestly believing in this little gecko who could. To anyone who has read to the bottom of this review, I strongly encourage you to put your pet in the care of this devoted staff. They are truly serious about the love that they have for their animals and the level of care they can provide.

Negative experience: I am not recommending this clinic at all. The only person whois caring and knowledgeable is dr.Mel Vaughan.she is caring about our pet and not thinking about money. All the staff specifically the manger the only things that care is money. My little boy was sick and I brought him to the clinic .they will giving me different options and they were telling me each option will cost me $$$ while I was asking the veterinarian to start antibiotics while they are doing the experiments but she was telling me not because she wasn’t sure if it is infectious or not .thanks god that my wife and me both are microbiologist and Immunologist and had knowledge about what’s going on.the person who just was killing me little boy was Becky Mott ,the person who doesn’t know anything about birds and any knowledge about animals.she was killing my little boy while I was begging her to star the antibiotics as I prepared the stool smear and saw bacteria on my own microscope that I have at home. Any way when I started discussing with receptionist suddenly I saw dr Mel Vaughan and I ask her to take care of my little boy immediately instead of Becky Mott(animal killer) Thanks god and she (Mel Vaughan)started immediately antibiotics and did more experiments . In short story this clinic and their manager not taking care of clients and what they care is just money. The question is why the manager team hire the person like becky Mott who is not caring about animal and doesn’t have any knowledge .the only answer is because manger team are like becky Mott ,the person just caring about money not our pets that we love . At the end I am not recommending this clinic because customers service. If you want to go to this clinic just ask for Mel Vaughan who is angel and knowledge and caring about animal. Again special thanks to Mel Vaughan.

Negative experience: Turned me away with a CHOKING ANIMAL just because she’s a pigeon. Decent service for my cockatiel but they’re not a true exotic vet, not by any means. It’s a shame, the doctor I saw here last time was wonderful. But this company has prejudices that they can’t look past.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vaughn provided 10/10 care for my beautiful bunny Tippy. He had been struggling with a chronic leaky eye for which I brought him in. Dr. Vaughn helped me rule out several concerning possibilities, isolate what the problem was, and provided incredible clinical solutions for my sweet rabbit. She is an incredible doctor and I am so happy to have her taking care of Tippy. Since visiting Dr Vaughn, Tippy has been incredibly energetic, cuddlier, and overall he's had a complete turnaround in his behavior. I know he feels better and I have been so relieved that my boy has been feeling more himself again. Thank you so so much Dr. Vaughn, your care made a massive difference in Tippy's life as well as my own. Thank you again.

Negative experience: Despite it being legal and quite common to own pigeons as pets or for sport. Here they refuse to do service with them Despite being an "avian" and exotic animal clinic. They provided no valid reason as to why and labeled my domesticated bird as a wild animal. If you do not want your pet to be treated with strange animal prejudice do not go here.

Negative experience: My baby bunny died the same day i brought him back home before i left the doctors they said he was good and i can take him back home because there is no need for him to be left at the doctors(Dr Vaughan), as soon as i bring him back he starts to get weaker. $500 spent just for them to bring him to “the back room” do a little spin and walk back out with him saying he is okay i’m disappointed, sad and angry. i wish they knew a bit more on what was happening with him they didn’t even tell me anything just “i’ll look at him” “he’s okay you can bring him back” I don’t recommend this place at all (my opinion) the workers were nice i just feel like they didn’t check on my baby properly and didn’t do enough to save him.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to fix my bunnies. I spent lots of time calling vets around St.Catharines, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Welland... Most of the clinics were full and don't take new patients... or won't reveal their costs upfront and push for a paid checkup like Martindale Animal Clinic (100 Fourth st. in St.Catharines). The prices were just ridiculous ($1400 + taxes to fix 1 female). The Links Road Animal & Bird Clinic was recommended to me by a vet from Nigara-Falls and was highly praised by one of my customers. I am grateful for the referral. My bunnies were given the best treatment and the prices fit my budget. It was worth the drive to Toronto. I fixed my two bunnies and ALL expenses including taxes and the trip fees were less than $900. My bunnies were kept for 2 nights and had a check-up at no extra charge. The Bunnies were caged to rest for 10 days and recovered very quickly. I am very satisfied with the clinic and highly recommend this clinic to all pets lovers. Best wishes

Negative experience: I stopped bringing my pet to this place because that ignorant Dr. Nur had the audacity to direct her frustrations at me, implying I had made my pet sick, when my pet's health issues were due to old age. My pet has lived longer than most pets of her type. She kept my pet overnight for observation, but conveniently failed to tell me no one would be present overnight to keep a close eye on my pet. I am sure she was happy to collect the extra few hundred for that.

Fantastic experience: They did an amazing job with my iguana. Iv been to many other exotic vets and links was the first vet to take my iguana from me and put her in a heated environment aswell as they took the time to reheat my hot water bottle for my iguanas long ride home to keep her warm❤ Amazing service. They really cared about my big lizard. And they took cash wich I really appreciated because I only deal with cash.

Negative experience: In our experience working with Links Road, the company is a money grab. Here are some of observations based on our personal experiences over the course of several weeks: -They upsell at every opportunity. -Staff contradicted one another on diagnosis, with some suggested diagnoses being wildly improbable. -Staff offered opposing treatment advice. For example, when we informed the front desk staff that our pet's condition declined while using a method suggested by the vet, they blamed us for using this method, despite the vet telling us to do it. -Surprising lack of empathy (see above). -For the substantial emergency vet fees paid, advice offered to care for the pet on an outpatient basis is often incomplete. For example, they told us there was no other advice they could offer us to care for our pet. We relied on Google and successfully kept our pet alive for several more weeks. Had the clinic leveraged its "expertise" to do its job, our pet's chances of survival would have been higher. Based on the above, and until Links Road can improve on these points, I suggest you take your pet elsewhere.

Negative experience: there no option of giving no stars or negative. This clinic deserves negative star and I don’t get why they’re still open. My bunny died there due to a small issue. One check was $1300 but ok fine we spent the money since we loved our bunny. The next day the vet told me my bunny died. Evans said my bunny would die even if my bunny was not in the hospital but at our home. Sorry are you trying to make me feel guilty for your behavior ?my two years old bunny shouldn’t have dead if I didn’t brought her here. This clinic only cares about money not your animal :) YOU MADE MY BUNNY DEAD UNDER YOUR HAND AND STILL WANTS ME TO PAY You don’t deserve even one cents.

Manjia Posted on Google 1 year ago

Negative experience: WORST experience in my entire life. Links don’t even take good care of your bunnies, if u still want to take them here then go ahead :) I don’t even want to give half star for this hospital right here. But since I have to give one star at least, here we go. My bunny fell ill and we brought her to the Links. despite the high costs, my family didn’t hesitate for even one sec because she’s our family member. The vet literally said to us my bunny’s illness was in the very early stages and even said we were lucky to catch it so soon. They offered to keep her overnight for observation at no extra charge, and we agreed, trusting them to take good care of her (very understandable right. Who would left their sick bunny in a hospital where they don’t even take good care of them! Links is this type of clinic). The next morning, the vet told us our bunny is very sick and they can’t even catch her temperature. We drove the the hospital ASAP. and we were told to sit for half an hour while our bunny was already passed away and nobody told us. The vet said they didn’t know why my bunny died and even admitted that because she seemed fine the previous night, which was why they didn’t check on her. Excuse me? How could they not told me they would left a sick bunny for 10+ hours, overnight with no one watching?? If I knew it at first I would never left her alone. The medical record we have on hand said that my bunny didn’t want to eat at 4:43 PM the previous day, and that’s it. the next entry was 16 hours later, stating she was critically ill and almost dying. WTH? They think she looked fine last night which was why nobody took care of her at all?! If she was home I would be watching her overnight and prevent her from her suffering. You know what the vet told me? He said accidents could happen any time anywhere. Maybe I would even get car crash after I walk out. I’m so disgusted by this experience and will never return to this hospital ever again. The vet even told me my bunny would die no matter if she went home or not. Well nono, it’s completely your fault and my bunny’s dead was unnecessarily because of your negligence. If it was your family member what would you do? Don’t disgust me ever again, is it so hard for you to just admit that you don’t love animals and you don’t have responsibility at all?
