Expérience négative: They let my cat die because they called the wrong person and did not have a credit card on file. Just read about this heroic cat from New York, Scarlett, that rescued her litter from fire one by one that was taken to a clinic for care. There’s a Wikipedia page they won’t let me post here. Good thing this did not happen in Toronto with the cat taken into this place. No credit card, no service, unless perhaps they realized the fundraising potential. This place is just a business. As others say, here it is all about money.

Expérience fantastique: Beaches Animal Hospital is simply the best and the only vet I would take my Guide Dog. They are wonderful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The vets are caring and have the best interests of our companions always at heart. The technicians are amazing and the front desk staff always make us feel welcome no matter how busy they are.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to Beaches animal Hospital for overnight 20 years. My 2 cats and 2 dogs were treated there from beginning to end and now my little rescue tripswd poodle Hopper. When I recently visited Hopper was greeted by name and was fussed over by staff. He loved that. Dr. Natalie Beck him and examined him with me in the room. She discussed issues as noted and gave me helpful advice as usual. I was in the room when his injections were given. It is like a family setting. Very comfortable and non intimidating . I have always been by Mark Dilworth (No longer there) and Natalie's Beck which means continuity of care. Honestly I am not an advocate of VCA but I would never abandon Beaches because of my vet and the great staff. Just love them!

When an accident occurred, we did not understand all of the choices in front of us and, in hindsight, what was proposed was the best outcome for all. Expérience fantastique: My new rescue pup was diagnosed with heartworm. We were pretty freaked out but everything about them was calm and professional. He just got his first shot - he was scared and anxious and they were wonderful with him, and us. Really knowledgeable, clear with directions, explanations and advice. The day we brought him in, Clara, the vet spent a ton of time with us explaining and answering questions, until WE were comfortable. They’ve been great. ❤️

Rooney is now a year we love this vet Dr Becks is amazing with him no problems getting appointments last minute. Highly recommend.

Expérience fantastique: Took my dog to Beaches Animal Hospital on Queen Street after noticing her eye was red and irritated. They got us in right away, and we were in and out within half an hour. The staff was kind, efficient, and reassuring, and they made the whole process really smooth. Grateful for the quick care and would definitely recommend them. Also, very reasonably priced!

We were moving back home to Ireland and was super anxious about all the documents and concern for our puppy travelling on the plane. Dr. Vanessa Choy was amazing put our minds at ease after a stressful few weeks. She really looked after us and gave us the best advice. I also want to shoutout to the receptionist who was super warm and welcoming. Our experience there has always been amazing and I would highly recommend it was worth the long trek out from downtown to this amazing environment.

They are always attentive to you and your pet the second you set foot in the door. Always ensuring you and your pet are comfortable and cared for. They saw me quickly, handled her so well, did a great job of stitching her up, checked in on her the day after, responded to my email questions I sent afterwards on how keep her from licking (she refused the cone), and were prompt in keeping the appointment to remove the stitches - we were in and out. Expérience fantastique: I have purchased our cat's food at Beaches Animal Hospital for some time, since I have found their prices to be very competitive. Only recently did we have the need to bring Romeo for a consultation with the vet. The experience was wonderful! The doctor was very calm and thoughtful. He explained the various options we had for treatment and also his thoughts on potential causes of Romeo's issues. The technicians were very helpful and the staff at the front desk are always smiling and happy to provide assistance. We were very pleasantly surprised by the depth of the care our cat received and while we don't look forward to needing a future visit, Beaches Animal Hospital will definitely be our "go-to" for veterinary care.

Expérience fantastique: I first visited BAH five years ago on a whim, and I’ve been a loyal client ever since. The staff are incredibly respectful and caring toward both their human and animal clients. My cat gets groomed every six months, and from the very first visit, I noticed that she came home calm and relaxed, a huge contrast to how stressed she used to be after visits to our previous groomer. When my other cat passed away in the night, I took him here, and they provided me with a room where I could say goodbye in private. I have sent a few people to them.

Expérience fantastique: I think so highly of this clinic. The Vet Assistants are so helpful and very professional yet warm and kind along with the Veterinarians. This clinic is not money focussed. The animal comes first. I found them during COVID and the flexibility really meant a lot. I've phoned them when in trouble (once my cat was constipated, another time I clipped a claw and it wouldn't stop bleeding). They took the time to ease my anxiety and offer the perfect solutions. I'm so thankful for this clinic, I can't say enough about it.

Expérience fantastique: Beaches Animal Hospital and Dr. Kozsti have been incredible caretakers for our dog since he was a puppy. Throughout the last 4.5 years, our pup has had several unlucky accidents, and Dr. Kozsti has performed multiple procedures with amazing skill and compassion. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and one of the kindest, most patient vets we’ve met—always taking the time to explain everything and make sure we’re comfortable with his recommendations. They have also accommodated us on multiple occasions with last-minute emergencies, ensuring our pup always received the urgent attention he needed. We’re so grateful for their ongoing, outstanding care and truly appreciate everything they’ve done for our pup. We couldn’t ask for a better team to look after our dog’s health.

Expérience positive: Wellness Exam for my dog was $130, Professional Consultation for a cat was $135 + actual test/medication fees. We've repeatedly had issues getting called back with test results or confirmation that things are ready for pickup. My reactive dog does well here so I will continue to use them.

We recently brought our new puppy in for a couple of visits, and we've been blown away by the consistent quality of care. From the moment you call to schedule an appointment, the staff is friendly and helpful. During the appointments, the techs are gentle and thorough, and the vets are incredibly knowledgeable and caring. We never feel overcharged; their fees are always fair and reasonable. It's clear that everyone here genuinely cares about animals, and it makes all the difference. If you're looking for a vet clinic that truly puts your pet first, this is the place! 2017. We have been clients for the past few years after the passing of our previous vet. Beaches Animal Hospital has always taken wonderful care of our dog. They are open when you need them and almost always able to accommodate you on short notice (even if you're not a client). They do not charge emergency fees when you need to rush your furry friend in. Highly recommend!

Expérience positive: Going for a long time. Has seriously been on the decline since acquisition by the chain VCA. Vets are good but staff has become more junior and bills and extras pushed on for tests and medications have become seriously high. If my bill used to be like $250 for something similar before acquisition, it’s easily $500-600 now pushing extras.

Expérience fantastique: The vet did such a great job that my puppy had minimum discomfort after the surgery.

Expérience négative: This veterinary practice has seriously declined since its acquisition by VCA. They are more interested in high margin revenue generation through "Annual Wellness Checkups," then they are in diagnosing and treating sick animals. Incompetence and greed cost me over $1000 in unnecessary tests to diagnose a simple gum infection that could have been found through a simple visual examination. This led to a severe infection and over $6000 bill at an emergency veterinary hospital. Just be careful and ask lots of questions.

Dr. Coote is a super woman and the best vet I know in Toronto. Expérience fantastique: On a recent Friday night our young dog sustained an abrasion on her nose and there was blood. I called to see if she could be seen and was greeted with a warm and reassuring response - yes, please bring her over. You will feel better considering it’s the beginning of the weekend. Without exaggeration - we really did feel relieved. She was carefully examined and we were given clinical wipes for her nose and told it was a superficial wound. Really fabulous and immediate care. She is such a wonderful vet and human. She is so loving, helpful and overall an amazing human. We love her so much and hope she knows how much we are thankful for her.

Expérience fantastique: This review is coming one year late, but Dr. Dilworth helped me so much when my rabbit stopped eating. For an insignificant cost, he took the time to examine my rabbit, file down her back teeth, and prescribe her metacam. He not only called me after her surgery to give me an update but also called days later to follow up to see how she was doing. If things didn't work out he had a plan to refer me to an exotic vet clinic. Although we still don't know the cause of her illness that time, she has since made a full recovery and has been enjoying a hoppy life since. Thank you!

Expérience négative: We take our puppy to this vet for cherry eye surgery for both eyes as recommended. when we took him in for surgery $1500 and picked him up the same day, 2-3 days after the surgery we had to take our puppy back to the vet because they didn't have stitches probably and was swollen. When I emailed and called them regarding our puppy eyes, they kept saying it's healing and it's trippy eyes also said if you are “concerned about your puppy eye you should take him to see a specialist”. I wasn't impressed by the way they treated the patient and their work. I told them if the surgery went wrong which is fine and I understand, not 100% will be successful. They didn't admit the surgery went wrong or apologize to us. I rather they had told me earlier than 2 months later. noticed but am not sure what went wrong with our puppy eyes That's why I called Beach Animal Hospital to ask them, but they wouldn't want to tell me what is wrong with my puppy eyes, they keep saying it healing. So we decided to take our puppy to see a specialist. yesterday to see a specialist, and they said Beach Animal Hospital messed up during the surgery, and our puppy's eye gland popped up and it covers half of his eye and it can be infected. We have to do another surgery for $4300 with a specialist for gland replacement for both eyes so he can see again. If they care about pets and their patients they should be responsible for their mistakes or let paw parents know as soon as possible instead blamed on something else. They are friendly staff but they are not responsible for their mistake. I wouldn't recommend coming here for surgery.

Expérience fantastique: Absolutely fantastic first experience at this office! I just moved to the area and my senior cat was due for a check up. They were able to book her in as a new client in just a week! I booked a general check up, but she does have history of a previous issue I’ve attempted to medicate, but to no avail as my little refuses to take oral medication and this process was affecting her quality of life more than the presumed medical issue. The vet at Beaches Animal Hospital was extremely thorough, kind and explanatory. She ran a blood panel, checked her teeth and vaccine status, and even looked into and offered topical solutions for this previous issue. I had a ton of additional questions about changing her diet with her age, habits to help my new roommate manage her allergies and more, and they were all addressed. When it came time for decisions on purchases, I didn’t feel a sense of urgency or pressured in the least to make any abrupt decisions. I’ve had a few health scares with him but the Beaches Animal hospital always has worked with me to see him and address my concerns. He came out of his neutering appointment and I was given full support and encouraged to call if anything popped up or I had any concerns. Fingers are crossed nothing else pops up but I love the vets and the people there!

We take our senior Retriever and 8 year old husky here for last 5 years and very satisfied with their diagnosis, surgery ( my husky was neutered here ) and their personal care. Expérience fantastique: Oh... Dr. Natalie and the technicians were wonderful. I came in as an emergency appointment with my elderly cat. They explained everything to me, from treatment to expenses, and I felt my cat was being looked after by the right people. The followup care has been just as thoughtful and respectful. I'm glad I took my cat to them.

Expérience fantastique: We moved out of Toronto in 2019 but we still come to Beaches because it is an excellent clinic. Everyone is so caring and they appreciate and understand my crazy dogs. Our last appointment with Dr. Dilworth was especially good. He really took all the time we needed and looked at both my boys thoroughly. One of the things that makes me most comfortable with Dr. Dilworth is he obviously loves and understands both my dogs, with their wildly different personalities and needs. I really felt reassured after this last appointment that my dogs are healthy and happy. He's a great vet, I would recommend him to ANYONE who had beloved animal companions.

I have financial struggles and couldn’t afford the tests my cat needed, but they worked with me and because of them my baby got to come home! The staff are all very kind and compassionate and dealing with them was overall a very positive experience in an otherwise very stressful situation. I’d give them 1000 stars if Google let me.

Expérience fantastique: When our cat swallowed 6' of red wool on Boxing Day, we took him to an emergency clinic. They wanted to charge us a fortune to do surgery (8K-10K) after already ripping us off for Xrays and overnight care. On a pension income this wasn't going to be possible, but the Beaches offered to do it for *very* significantly less and did a wonderful job and gave Gizmo great care while he was there. When they were going to be closed over the New Years Eve/Day weekend, they gave us all the meds, food and syringes to feed him with, along with detailed instructions. They were excellent to followup both via email and at the followup recheck. If it wasn't for the fact that we live about an hour away we'd definitely go to the Beaches again.

Expérience négative: Went there today with a friend who had to put her dog down and have never seen such rude behaviour at a Veterinary Hospital. Appalling that the tech said the dog would be placed in a freezer instead of just saying it would be held or something less unpleasant. The facility was dirty and the doctor was rude and rushed and had no compassion. I’ve had to go through this painful experience myself a few times but thankfully I was at much nicer places who know how to treat people at this very difficult moment. Just really shocked at the treatment and lack of empathy.

Expérience fantastique: Best vets in the city. I have been taking my dogs here for years and I trust each and every vet at this hospital to give expert care and advice. They are kind, patient, and dedicated to each and every animal that they care for. This is a demanding and often unrewarding job, so the level of care and expertise they provide, even when extremely busy, is truly outstanding. The techs are also wonderful and provide great care to the animals and are very patient and competent when it comes to dealing with a busy environment and demanding pet owners. Can’t say enough good things about Beaches Animal Hospital!

Expérience négative: Had a very poor experience with Maria at the front desk that is making me consider switching vets entirely. I had called for a med refill on Tuesday which wasn't logged into the system when I came to pick up on Saturday. Not the end of the world; annoying, but these things do occasionally happen. But Maria was shockingly hostile, defensive and refused any wrongdoing on Beaches Animal Hospital's end, and all but outright accused me of never having put in the order. Pro tip: clients generally don't enjoy being treated like liars when trying to do a routine med pickup. The whole thing was very uncomfortable and strange. Having a bad day doesn't excuse lashing out at innocent clients. There are multiple reviews complaining about service at the front desk, so I seriously question if someone like this should be in a client-facing role. Very disappointed especially considering that I've only had otherwise positive experiences with the vets at Beaches Animal Hospital.

Expérience fantastique: I was so worry for my cat Winston so I called the hospital this morning and took him in. He has an upper respiratory infection and I was given antibiotics. Doctor was fantastic and supportive. It was my first time here and honestly even the receptionists were really nice. I totally recommend this hospital! Also, I was expecting to pay lots of money and not at all! I was actually surprised how much little I paid considering that it was an emergency. New customer right here! Thanks so much!

The staff are kind, helpful, compassionate and I have nothing to except thank you for taking care of me and my four leggeds. The staff were all great and very attentive and helpful. We usually see Dr.Koszti whom we love! and I was a bit worried that it wasn't him seeing her but I was super happy to find out that Dr Arnaudov is also amazing! We travel from Etobicoke because the staff at Beaches and Dr.Koszti are the only ones we trust with our lil Yorkie! 5 Stars always!

My sister took her cat her all the time and she was always raving about how well they treated her cat, how they were very knowledgeable and how she would never go to another vet again. I know there was a previous place she went to somewhere in Scarborough that she hated and felt didn't take good care of her cat she so switched to this place. Even though my sister's cat Mitten died recently very suddenly she know Mitten had some health issues and felt this place was super supportive very amazing staff both from the admins to the vet techs to the vet doctors themselves. My sister never had a bad thing to say about this place. She was always telling people at her work and other pet owners to go here. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

All of the vets I have met with over the years have been wonderful however I would like to give a special shout out to Dr. Koszti who helped us through our dog’s cancer diagnosis with compassion, knowledge, a calm “beside” manner, and the special care he provided our dog Dexter when we had to say good-bye. I will forever be grateful to him!

Expérience fantastique: By far the best vet in the Eastend, frankly even if I moved west I’d still choose Beaches Animal Hospital. They always work hard to get you in even if it means double booking. I have pugs, they often seem prone to eye scratches (requires immediate attn) very single vet there has prioritized their care. They follow up and truly care about your pet. I have other vets I’ve tried since living here for the past 6 years and no one is better. They were true champions during the pandemic when demand was super high. Their extended hours means more regular care versus the incredibly expensive emergency care options makes ALL the difference in the world. I wouldn’t choose any one else.

Expérience négative: Vanessa Choy was truly horrible on one of the worst days of my life; the staff is truly wonderful and the other vets are also great, but when I brought my elderly dog in for her last appointment she was abrasive, aggressive and having dramatic self righteous reactions about euthanasia, truly horrible and immature reactions; I was going to take my dog home and pay for euthanasia at home but she made me feel awful about taking any extra time. I want her to know that none of her ridiculous behaviour was what convinced me to euthanize that day, my dog told me to let her go. I truly hope nobody else ever has to deal with such an awful egotistical abrasive aggressive self righteous person the day they have to euthanize. I will never forget her awful disgusting behaviour on one of my worst days. Again the staff was unbelievably wonderful on that day, and I truly appreciate the other vets, but will never go back because I do not want to risk ever seeing that horrible person. are incredible- they will ask about your issue and will fit you in so fast if there is an emergency! They didn’t even have me as a client and took my cat in one day and my dog another day on the same day I called! Their staff is Wonderful, Caring and so compassionate, and I love that they do free ultrasounds- I am so grateful to them and their staff and so grateful they took us in so quickly- truly wonderful caring and compassionate

Expérience fantastique: Had to wait a while because they fit us in when they had some time, but the clients and staff are absolutely wonderful! I ended up meeting a woman who also rescued animals from Barbados and brought them back to Canada, it was a great chat. Really friendly atmosphere and made the wait worth it! Dr. Dilworth is an incredibly kind and passionate veterinarian, cannot recommend him enough!

Expérience fantastique: We've been coming to Beaches Animal Hospital with our pets for over 20 years. The staff is incredibly kind and very accommodating with scheduling when urgent needs arise. Dr. Dilworth is our "go-to" vet - I'm not sure when he takes breaks (or sleeps). I've never seen a harder working individual and he has always gone above and beyond in the care of our dogs. That said, we can't always get an appointment with him and the other vets we've seen (Drs. Beck, Coote et al.) are fantastic and equally kind and thoughtful. Thank you all for the work you do - it's very appreciated!

Expérience fantastique: Beaches Animal Hospital is the place we go for the care of our dog kids. They have helped us through every crisis and have been so thoughtful and kind. From routine check-ups to expert care and the difficult final moments with our loved ones, we only trust the highly professional and loving crew at Beaches AH. I'll give you some examples, we lost two senior dogs in one day - they could not have been more compassionate and helpful. We had an ill 3 yr old Boxer and Drs Coote and Dilworth were persistent in their quest to get us access to the best neurologist in the country. Dr Beck has given our littles so much care, particularly with our little rescue from Texas. She has helped us for over 7 years navigate his blood disorder and more. Expérience fantastique: I was recommended to go here with ny rescue as they are known to be amazing with rescues and my referral was right. They helped out with everything that the previous animal hospital refused to help out with. Dr. Coote was incredibly friendly, patient and sweet towards my babygirl. It's a 25min drive but definitely worth it for my dog's health unlike the previous one that had nothing but miscommunications.

Expérience fantastique: So grateful I found this clinic! I’d never been there before but they fit me in quickly after I had to take my cat to the emergency vet. Staff are lovely and Dr. Beck is wonderful - even though the clinic was extremely busy she was very patient, answering all my questions, reviewing lab results and discussing treatment options. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. She’s also been amazing with follow up calls and emails. Even my cat Raisin who is usually terrified of vets liked her! We are still figuring out what’s wrong, I’m a worried hot mess but I know that Dr. Beck and the clinic staff will do what’s best for my sweet little girl.

I’ve lived all over the city, and have been to a number of different vets, and Dr. Beck has by far been the most communicative, transparent, and generally upbeat and positive that I have been to. Expérience fantastique: The team has been so wonderful in caring for our anxious rescue; providing thorough care, taking time to explain situations and suggested approaches to supporting her health and wellness. They have made efforts to get our dog in same day to address an emergency, and the whole team was empathetic, professional, thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I also appreciate their approach in not trying to “upsell”, being mindful of what treatments, preventative care meets your animals needs.

Expérience fantastique: Super friendly, they clearly love animals and it shows in the way they interact with them and care for them. Very knowledgeable. Front desk is super nice. Appointment times can be tricky but they do their best to accommodate within the understanding of time constraints and work schedules. Seem to have many solutions to emergency vet options on their answering machine and will always ask if there’s an emergency if they need to put you on hold. Happy to have a vet in the beaches that cares.

Expérience fantastique: Words simply cannot express how grateful we are to Beaches Animal Hospital, Dr. Arnaudov, and Dr. Dilworth for their incredible compassion, urgency, and expertise. We recently received the tragic diagnosis that our sweet 4.5 year old dog, Garth, had hemangiosarcoma - a vicious and, in his case, inoperable cancer. We were able to spend 2 blissful days with Garth before he passed on December 30th, 2022, all thanks to the team at Beaches. If they didn’t accept our emergency same day appointment, it is unlikely we would have had any time with Garth at all. Dr. Arnaudov was so incredibly thorough, and he was extremely kind /quick to make many emergency phone calls on our behalf to progress Garth’s care as he was in unstable condition. A day later I received a personal phone call from Dr. Dilworth expressing his concern over Garth’s case and offered many kind words. A few days later, when Garth passed, we were sent a beautiful condolences email from Dr. Dilworth that we appreciated so much. The Beaches team goes above and beyond for their patients, as we have experienced with both our beautiful dogs Bogey and Garth. We have never received anything less than kindness and compassion when visiting the Beaches Animal Hospital, and will forever be grateful for the love they have shown to our animals, and the priceless support they have provided me and my husband. Thank you doesn’t seem like enough after all you have done for us and our beloved dog Garth. Expérience fantastique: I was referred to bring my rabbit to see Dr. Dilworth from someone in the Rabbit World. He would be the second vet I have seen since having my Holland Lop. Even though it's a further trek from home compared to the initial animal hospital in Toronto West with another popular Rabbit Vet, I value and highly recommend Beaches Animal Hospital's service to rabbit owners. I have had two in-person appointments so far. Dr. Dilworth would follow up with me to see how my rabbit has progressed post in-person appointments. It is easy to make an appointment and the appointments have been on time. During the appointment, I never feel rushed and was able to be present for the initial assessment of my rabbit; I really appreciate this. Staff have been pleasant; unlike the initial vet clinic I was going to. One other thing I noticed is that Dr. Dilworth is honest and humble. He will offer the options, and give his opinion based on what makes most sense for my pet and I. If he does not know an answer, he will look up the answer for me before I leave the appointment. From my experience thus far, I do not find Dr. Dilworth to push unnecessary meds as the 1st solution, unlike the other clinic I was going to. So grateful he was able to take me on as a new client. Expérience fantastique: Really good clinic with very friendly and caring front office staff and competent, caring vets. Over 16 years I have seen a few different vets at different clinics with my very senior terrier mix and am very happy here. Found them on recommendation of neighbours who are all clients here it seems. The vets take the time needed for a proper exam and especially: listening to the patient’s history and answering all my questions. Front office staff are extremely friendly and patient despite of the significant workload of checking in/out clients, ringing phones and getting pickup orders ready. Something I very much appreciate is that everyone of the employees are properly masking with good quality N95s. HEPA filters in the small exam rooms are turned on. (Front area could use a unit, CO2 measured at 1500 despite the frequently opening door). The pricing is very reasonable. Overall, I couldn’t be more grateful to have found this clinic.

My dog can be quite anxious. They were fantastic. They were kind, efficient, and took such good care of her. They were thoughtful with everyone in the waiting room. So glad to know they’re there if needed!

We live in Hamilton and commuting to Toronto for checkups and vaccines is a no brainer. The team at Beaches is beyond compassionate, understanding, and patient. They always greet Cooper with the biggest smile and so much love. Everyone at Beaches is extremely attentive to my questions and responsive to Cooper’s needs. Cooper gets anxious going to the vet and having his nails trimmed, but everyone at Beaches makes the process a comfortable one. Expérience fantastique: Our dog got very sick on a Sunday, and we were forced to take him to an emergency vet, which was, bar none, the worst vet experience of my 40+ years of having pets. (See review of Vaughn Richmond Hill Emergency Veterinary Clinic), Come Monday, we were having trouble finding an appointment with every vet in the vicinity - including our regular vet - being told over and over that places were fully booked or experiencing staffing issues. The staff at Beaches were so kind and caring, right off the bat. They took my number and went to consult Dr. Beck, who happened to be in that morning, and had been our dog's vet when he was a puppy. She kindly squeezed him in (along with a couple of other last min patients!). When we arrived, they took our dog inside right away, but we were told it could be a bit before the doctor had a chance to see him, but we'd get a call. But, we could immediately tell he was in good hands. Dr. Natalie Beck is everything you could wish for in a vet. You can tell right away how much she cares for her patients; I have no doubt that she saved our dog's life. She gave us a thorough explanation of what they suspected his condition might be, gave us options about what procedures we wanted to go ahead with, was upfront about prognosis, the treatments that might be needed and all costs. At no point did we feel we were making uninformed decisions about his care. Honest and trustworthy are the words that come to mind when I think about our experience at this clinic. Dr. Beck called regularly with updates, and when she wasn't in, the vets who were working had been been thoroughly informed of his case. When they recommended that he be moved to an emergency vet with 24 hr care, we had every confidence that they were recommending what was best for his recovery. It's been over a month since we took him to the clinic. He is happy and healthy, and hopefully will be with us for many more years. We took him back for a check up with Dr. Beck a few days ago, and she was so genuinely happy to see his progress. You couldn't ask for anything more in a vet than that; genuine love for the animals in her care. ❤️

Expérience fantastique: I took my friend and three of his puppies here. Based on his experience, he was extremely satisfied with the level of service he received. The puppies were well taken care of and the entire ordeal was smooth and quick. Upon leaving, one of the employees went to extra mile by assisting my friend by carrying a crate of dog food to the car. The staff were very friendly and professional.

Expérience fantastique: My experiance has been beyond phenomenal. My cat required dental surgery and I was very nervous. The reception, technicians and vets have been compassionate, understanding and very tolerant of my many many anxious questions. My cats surgery went very well and I am very grateful for the educated choices Dr. Dilworth has made for him. Throughout this experiance I felt my cat was in good hands and personally felt listened and understood with my expectations and worries. It's evident this clinic puts the animals first. Very organized and clean as well.

I’m always so grateful I was able to hold my pup during and after surgery and when he had to be put to sleep. I now have another pet that is also a patient of this hospital. With other clinics I have often felt pressed into unnecessary testing and care - so much so that I have avoided going in except for emergency. Expérience fantastique: Due to rescuing a puppy during COVID Eevee is often anxious in new situations and meeting new people. To add to Eevee’s anxiety her vet closed so we were in the search for a new vet! Not only did Beaches Animal Hospital take Eevee on as a new patient without hesitation they were so patient! All the staff were so friendly from the time we walked into the office. The doctor took the time Eevee needed to feel comfortable and did not rush her even getting down to her level! Let’s not forget the unlimited treats and positive praise Eevee was given. I also appreciated that the doctor gave you information about vaccine options so that you can make your own decision without feeling pressured. Amazing team that treat the animals and their pet parents with respect!

Expérience fantastique: The most compassionate veterinary office. Caring and considerate staff and doctor! I was not a patient and on Friday my very ill senior dog took a turn for the the worse. After not being able to get a hold of my vet for two days I started calling local vets and mobile services but everyone was booked. I contacted Beaches Animal Hospital and they were extremely empathetic to my situation. They found a way to see my dog and they handled him with extreme kindness and professionalism. I can’t say enough about this office. I HIGHLY recommend Beaches Animal Hospital and will be switching over to them for all future pet care.
