But she had been living with mammarian cancer for almost two years — an absolute champion — and it was her time. I didn't want her to be in pain. My heart is still broken, but Midtown Mobile Veterinary Hospice Services were so gentle with us and provided kind, caring, and respectful services to honour Whiskey's life and provide a peaceful passing. My heart was broken when I had to make the final decision to put our 13 year-old Willy to rest. From the minute I called to get information I knew this was the right place. Expérience fantastique: From the initial contact to receiving my sweet boy's remains, I cannot say enough good things about Midtown Mobile Veterinary Hospice Services. The veterinarian was incredibly kind, professional, compassionate and he didn't rush, knowing how painful the experience is. The cost is competitive, with an added bonus that everything is done by the same company, rather than having to take care of the euthanasia and after care separately. The in-home visit is also on par with the average cost for an in-clinic euthanasia, perhaps a little more but not much. When I picked up my boy's remains, the reception was warm and caring and I assured Sunny that I would use their service again unreservedly. It was also clear that these folks really care about what they are doing and about the impact it has on the client. The little keepsakes were very much appreciated. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service and I highly recommend Midtown Mobile to anyone needing help with saying goodbye to a much-loved animal.

The whole team was so caring from the initial intake by Penny to managing Gabby’s final moments at home by Dr. Laura. I’m so appreciative of the fact that this type of service exists so that our beloved pets can go in peace in the comfort of their home. As lovely as Gabby’s local vets and specialized vets were, she really hated going to the vet. The MMVHS team made Gabby’s passing easier for us as well, as everything is taken care of including the aftercare. I will miss Gabby forever but I find solace in knowing that she was comfortable when she crossed the bridge.

Saying goodbye to Mila was the saddest decision of my life and Midtown Mobile support made it hurt a little less. I honestly didn't know how I was going to cope with the whole euthanasia process, but Midtown Mobile Vet was absolutly amazing from the very start. The vet who came precisely on time for my appointment was George Reisman and I can't say enough praise for how kind, gentle and compassionate he was. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured, he was so gentle with my baby and it all made one of the worst days of my life just a little more bearable. Their sister company Faithful Pet Memorial was just as lovely in preparing his Urn, and I know they handled him with care and gentleness. Thanks to this team, my cat Jazzy was able to live three additional happy, healthy years after a pancreatitis diagnosis. Dr. Faith Banks was the veterinarian who guided us through her continued care over those three years and who helped us navigate her final days with an incredible understanding of elderly pet care, always prioritizing Jazzy’s comfort and quality of life in every recommendation. When the time came to say goodbye, Dr. Silk handled the euthanasia with incredible empathy. My cat Jazzy has been apart of our family for 19.5 years, and losing her felt unimaginable. Dr. Silk made one of the hardest moments as peaceful and bearable as it could possibly be. I also want to recognize the administrative staff, who were consistently wonderful and caring, especially Crystal and Penny. Their kindness, patience, and support made an emotionally difficult time much easier to navigate. What truly sets this practice apart is how thoughtfully they care for elderly pets, who ( in my experience with Jazzy) seem to be underserved in traditional veterinary environments. They never treated Jazzy as just a set of clinical results. Instead, they considered her full medical history along with her personality, and age, and tailored their advice accordingly. This approach made all the difference. There should be more vets like this team.

We gifted our almost 16 year old sweet Cliff our last great act of love through them - Tamara was the vet who helped him transition, and she was incredibly attuned, compassionate, connective, gentle, and explained everything simply so we had an idea of what to expect amidst feeling afraid. The process was so much more calm and gentle than I expected. We took our Cliff for his final walk before she came over, so he was ready for a snack and bed by the time we had the appointment. A sedative was put in his final meal, and after eating in his bed, he settled down on his own for a rest. He fell into a deep, comfortable sleep, and Tamara supported the final transition with great tenderness - our Cliffy noticed nothing, had no pain, no fear, just seemed comfortable and very relaxed. Knowing he was so comfortable and content at home with us nearby - which is all he ever wanted - gives us solace in our continued grief. Using Midtown Mobile's services was the best thing we could have done help close our sweet Cliffy's final chapter. I would only use their service moving forward. Expérience fantastique: For those who want the TL;DR, here's what I'll say: there are many businesses for which 5 star reviews can be a red flag, and I myself was wary of that, but if you are reading this in fear, constantly glancing at your pet whose presence may now have a deadline in your life, wondering anxiously whether these people will make this experience better or worse, I can tell you with certainty: our Khoshekh was given the most dignified, respectful passing we could've ever hoped for, and we as his fur parents were treated with more compassion that I had ever expected. Also: you will be okay. It will still hurt, but you will be okay. Our full detailed experience below: When our beloved Khoshekh was diagnosed with advanced pancreatic cancer and given just a few weeks to live, my spouse and I were devastated on a level that I don't think we've ever experienced before... 25 days later, he had deteriorated too much, and at 1AM of the 29th of September I decided to email Midtown Mobile, who had been recommended to me by our vet office at VCA Rosedale. Not only did I get a response not even 8 hours later, but every single person I spoke with was compassionate, kind, and lovely in a way that made us feel like we could wholeheartedly trust them in this devastating time. Jane and Kirsten, with whom I exchanged emails and had a phone call, were impossibly accommodating. I missed a call appointment, had a hard time speaking clearly on the phone without rambling, and yet I was treated with nothing but kindness. Tamara, who came into our home and made our goodbye softer and special, was one of the most compassionate people I've met. She listened to us talk on and on about our boy's struggles with his health through the years and the funny and quirky bits of his personality. She was informative, her presence was calming, and she handled Khoshekh's little body with such grace and respect. She made a little clay impression of his paw, and shaved some of his fur to put in a little heart container, so we could have mementos while we waited for his remains to be prepared. (One detail I noticed later that was oddly thoughtful in a way that I didn't realize at the moment, was that Tamara was observant enough to pay attention to how our front door locked and unlocked, so when we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy, wrapped in his shelter blanket in Tamara's basket, she was the one who easily unlocked and opened our front door, which a lot of people have had issues with in the past, before leaving. This little gesture ensured it wouldn't be an awkward and clunky moment during an already heart-wrecking time) I cannot remember for the life of the the name of the person who welcomed us when we went to pick up Khoshekh's ashes and mementos in person, so I am sorry for that, but she was also extremely kind and compassionate while we were there. She allowed us to sit in their waiting area (which was comfortable and warm) for a while while we just... held his little urn. She told us we could always keep in touch if we needed anything and wished us the best. We also received a letter later from Midtown Mobile with condolences a few weeks later, adding to the many grief resource pamphlets and booklets we received on the day of his loss. Thank you so, so much, Midtown Mobile. Every single day I look at the altar we put up for Khoshekh in our living room, with the urn and mementos provided by you, and I am grateful that in the darkest day our family had to experience, you afforded us the ability to grieve with no guilt or regret for how it went.

They are absolutely wonderful. Lucy and Cookie were at their homes when they passed peacefully rather than a sterile vet office. Soo compassionate and kind. Listened to me while I cried and slowly reassured me that she would organize everything! She did, other team members did. Soo organized and diligent. They accommodated us on z date change because Tyson was declining so rapidly. "No problem", they said!. Dr. Noden and Dr. Shannon camex1 day earlier than originally planned. Quietly, respectfully, they greeted us and my sweet boy Tyson, who raised his head to acknowledge them. They walked us through everything. Dr. Shannon asking to know about Tyson, what he was like, so respectful. Dr. Noden prepared everything, spike gently. They gave is all tgd time weneeded to say out heartbroken farewell to our most loved companion. They were so gentle with him, just as he was so gentle in life. They wrapped him in a cozy blanket, one which Tyson would have loved. So soft and big. Dr. Noden checked in on us a few days later, offering his sympathies and offering any help we needed during this time of grief. We miss Tyson so much!!! We also received a sympathy card from Midtown. Soo lovely. To all pet owners, when your pet's time is nearing it's earthly end, grant them the gift of their final journey at home. I have experienced an in office "ending" for my beloved dog Griffin and it wasn't very peaceful. It was dark and rushed, and sterile. My boy, Tyson deserved the best, he was the best friend and companion. Obedient and quiet to the end. I think, he thanked me Midtown Mobile Vet are simply the best. Thankyou for your kindness and support. Thankyou for caring for my sweet, beloved boy, Tyson. We will always be grateful.

Distraught to say the least. She went to shake my hand and kindly said “ Can I give you a hug?” And I can’t even explain how such a small act of kindness meant so much to me in that very moment. They have been so amazing. We’ve received cards from them and they brought our boy back to us. Although that day was honestly one of the hardest days of my life, the experience was very peaceful.
